Today was my last visit to this store. I've tolerated the narrow aisles for years because this store is old. However, my last several trips "out of stock" has been the byword. Today it was russet potatoes and onions. The previous trip; Kosher salt and coffee. Every visit it's something different. Today was the total champ with no sacks at checkout, forcing me to purchase a reusable tote.

What has happened to this store? It's the small thing that matters, and during my last couple of visits, there were no hand baskets. The explanation, "they just flew out the door." No grocery bags, just those plastic "pick up" bags. The explanation, "we just aren't doing grocery bags anymore." They seem to be out of stock on a lot of items. I'm switching to the Table Mesa store which is beautiful and has everything one needs.

Will somebody please tell the deli not to put tomatoes on top of the cheese on their sub sandwiches? It turns the cheese into disgusting goo if it sits too long. Put meat on the tomatoes, then cheese. Any order I don't care, just no cheese touching tomatoes. Ruins the sandwhich. This one was just starting to go to goo. The last one I bought I couldn't hardly eat, threw most of it away, what's worse is every single sandwhich in the stack was made this way. I don't want to say anything to the lady that works there , but seriously, please stop.

Having used Whole Foods and Walmart, King Soopers is my favorite pickup service. I never have an issue with the selection and the team that brings the order to the car are always pleasant! :) Today, Andrew helped me, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Consistently helpful staff and management. Fair prices, great service. I've received great customer service and I've seen some of the staff get some abuse from entitled customers and the unhoused community and each time they handled it with composure and professionalism. 5/5 for staff, 4/5 for the company.

No public rest room. Stoped for lunch. There cold case for sandwiches and cold chicken turned up too high. Who want a frozen "fresh" sandwich. Go anywhere but King Soopers. Lot of king Soopers are becoming this way. We want you to shop here and spend you money but we refuse to let you use our restroom.

Sad to have a security guard at a grocery store. This grocery store is unsafe please avoid it at all costs King Soopers has a high crime rate you might get mugged shopping.

Grateful to the young man working in the aisles, noticed I was looking at the Freshpet for cats and offered to make sure to order more. My next trip in it was restocked! Means alot to someone in pain that has limited mobility. Thank you my friends at this King Soopers🔥🎖

5-17-2023 big massive store. Lots of parking.Gas station on the premises. Some beggars here and there. Plenty of choices.The place does seem a little crowded, not with people but stuff to buy.

As it's typically cheaper, I prefer it to Safeway even though it's farther away. The staff is both pleasant and helpful, and the checkout is noticably shorter.

BATHROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Customers who spend more than 15 minutes in a store are required BY LAW to have access to a the bathroom.They clearly don't care about their customers' health. I will not return to such a discriminating environment.

This King Soopers ia absolutely marvelous. The hot chicken from the deli is super delicious. And the friendly atmosphere is great as well . Of course they have great food products as well as random sales and deals And they have a excellent apothecary section that definitely rivals whole foods sprouts and. Other marketsThis King Soopers is highly recommended when grocery shopping in the downtown boulder area .

Amazed that a big chain will not allow paying customers to use the bathrooms. the signs explains the illegal activities happening in there that caused this decision... think they would clean up that sleazyness.

I am stunned and horrified for all who lost their life here. I use this grocery store when I'm in Boulder. The scenery outside the building is magnificent. I will continue to support this business when I am in town.

I come here for the Sushi counter most days for lunch. The location is kept clean and tidy, and the Sushi counter is always fresh, the workers are very nice and respectful. Thank you!

Give the store manager, Luis, a raise.Not sure how many hours this guy works but he seems to be always there, is incredibly friendly, quick to respond and resolves any issue without hesitation. Thank you!

No public restrooms. No cart returns in the parking lot, beyond immediately at the entrance. There's enough homeless to make you question your safety, but then again they have massive flashing cameras on poles in the parking lot like a 3rd world. Boulder looks like an inner city at its worst.

My bag ripped and 2 jars of cherries feel and smashed in the parking lot on the way to my car. I didn't want to take an L (they're $5 apiece). Went inside and manager was cool as they come and supplied me with 2 more free of charge. Will shop here again.

I am so beyond frustrated with this store. King Poopers. The store is unorganized, a little grimy, very hard to find items, store workers are hard to find so if you have a question, good luck. They are so sneaky with their deals as you have to use both your card and digital coupons. Recently three deals didn’t go through and I had to take my receipt back and get the money they owed me (thankfully they did refund the money. That’s why I gave two stars instead of one). I had also bought a watermelon and cut it open only to find out it had already gone sour within one day. One of the five popsicles in the box was smashed and the wrapper open. I always leave exhausted and frustrated. They don’t treat their workers well enough for the workers to want to do their best. So I don’t blame the workers. I blame the company.I’m so done that I am probably going to start shopping at Whole Foods despite the price difference. It’ll be worth it to me.

I was on a road trip and stopped at Kingsoopers to get gas and use the restroom. Turns out they aren’t providing basic customer service even to paying customers. So if you are a mom with kids, on a road on simply need to use the restroom while you are shopping, do your self a favor and give your business to a local competitor who at cares about provide good customer service.

The floral manager went above and beyond helping me get flowers out the same day, I being late for everything called after delivery deadline for the day but Shannon I think was her name said she would do her best, the flower n balloons got delivered 2 hours later! Excellent service thank you !

Managed to get the things I needed it's pretty much self check out. The isles are narrow and shelves are stacked very high. I always get a closed in feeling and I'm quick to get in and out. You have to pay attention for miss marked prices they are not speedy about updating their prices.

Called you before noon on their graduation day with request for sheet cake with names on it , not expecting it to be possible, but you pulled out a cake out of 4/5 available and decorated it with their names within minutes, ready for pickup. The staff is nice but the Weekly Ads are bogus. At first, I had trouble adding the coupon on my phone but I was eventually able to get the coupon on the app and "clip" it. Unfortunately, when I go to checkout and enter my customer code, I get the regular price and not the extra "Weekly Ad" deal. The cashier was unable to help me and the line behind me grew - I ate the additional cost ($5) and went on with my day. I learned an important lesson about Soopers, Caveat Emptor.

This is now one of the worst King Soopers in Colorado. They have closed their restrooms to the public. Down in Denver they also have keypad locks on the doors, but at least there you are able to request access.I will no longer shop at this store and I ask that everyone else boycott this King Soopers until they return to providing good customer service.
