The WORST place for your pharmacy. Constantly understaffed, always overwhelmed. Unapologetic about not having your prescriptions ready within two days, they don't care that a person needs to make an hour separate trip when they say something will be ready and it's not.Boy do I miss Pharmaca.

I just got back from this king soopers 15 minutes ago and when I went to pay my electric bill at the customer service desk, the Mexican girl with super long fingernails was rude as was the old lady at the only checkout aisle that was open. Rude workers but the store is very clean and well stocked

There supermarket seems nice. Part of it doesn't yet functions, like the ready-made food section.The self-checkout if the most non-intuitive I've ever seen. After you pay with a credit card you have to tap on the credit card icon on the screen so that the transaction would be approved, there is absolutely no indication that it's required. I had to ask assistance, and the store representative said, this is just the way it is and they have no control over it and that he gets asked that all the time.

I've worked nearby at school for 7 years, been getting stuff for lunch here all that time, the employees do the best theycan for the ridiculous traffic and overcrowding of the last 5 years.

Beautiful remodel but still a bit of a dark cloud remains from the horrific mass shooting that took place two years ago. The cop cam system in the middle of the parking lot and the armed security guard at the door are something you would expect to find in downtown Denver, not Boulder. The employees and overall atmosphere inside the store was reserved . The store itself is different than other King Soopers locations . Wide aisles and tall white rafters add a spacious feel to the store. CCTV cameras are everywhere including a tv screen near the back door that follows all who pass by .

Placed a pickup order the other day, and Lane was so helpful, he provided the best service and went above and beyond. Amazing conversation and was so friendly to me and my friend, i would 100% recommend going here just based off of him! Whoever trained him did amazing and he deserves a raise. it’s so hard to find genuine connection in this industry and will definitely be back because of the awesome customer service he displayed with me!!

NOT SAFE!!!DO NOT USE THE BIKE RACK OR YOUR BIKE WILL BE STOLEN IN A MATTER OF MINUTES.Bike theft is rampant here!! Bike was stolen from the Table Mesa King Soopers bike rack at this store in broad daylight on Saturday afternoon. Thief cut the lock and stole the bike literally in under 10 mins. "Security" did nothing AND King Soopers wouldn't show us the cameras to see what the theif looks like so that we could tell the police.LOCK YOUR CAR!!! I have seen people walking around the parking lot and looking into car windows to see what they can steal out of people's cars.

It's great to see this store thriving again! I shop here regularly and love their selection of fresh veggies and nicely stocked meat counter. The sushi they make in store is also great! It's always clean and the staff has never been anything but friendly to me. All around a great community grocery store!

Convenient store for South Boulder with a huge selection of items, more than probably any other such store we've shopped at in the area. The store is still a bit cluttered with free standing displays in already small aisles but that has improved over the years. Managers do their best to make sure checkout lines don't get too long. Pharmacy staff are always pleasant, even after a long day of dealing with insurance companies.

Sales price on shelf’s is often different at checkout. This has become so bad we have to check our receipt after paying. This is really a problem with the soda. We are on our 6th refund due to soda that was marked on sale, being a different price at check out.

First time in this location. For starting points, THANK YOU for having imppecible public restrooms. The location off 30th and Canyon only has restrooms for the employees. Second, I appreciate the healthy selection of needed items as well as the overall atmosphere of the building.

Apparently when a bike gets stolen from the bike rack, they won't even check the footage for you. And the bike racks are too far from the entrance. Good job.

Nice new renovation! Watch out for the security guards though, they prowl around the parking lot, follow people around, and generally seem to be there to harass folks. If armed security officers make you feel safer, you'll probably appreciate the increased surveillance. But if you're like me, and feel uncomfortable when a uniformed armed officer is creeping around and just staring at you for no reason, you might want to just avoid this store. At least until they relax the surveillance there a bit.

Would really love to shop here but the absolutely insane amount of brochures you send me despite not consenting to direct mail has completely turned me off. Will be reporting this to the attorney general for harassment as I’ve notified you multiple times of my wishes to stop. Why is it so hard to do right by customers? Are you that desperate for advertising?

The new remodel really brought king shooters back to life! It’s nice having a real grocery store in the neighborhood again, whole paycheck doesn’t count. Also the armed guard presence is much appreciated.

King Soopers needs to work on their pickup department. I called several times with no answer. I’ve received moldy items in my orders and cannot get these items refunded. Once I got through to customer service, they transferred me to someone that clearly does not care. Management speaking to others in a rude tone is not a good look for any business. I placed the pick up order because I did not have to time to go into the store, so this is frustrating.

Great layout. The store is always clean I like the prices. Employees seem to be friendly and care and that matters to me and I can get fuel after I shop. What could be more perfect?*update* renovations have made this store a complete nightmare. The layout is horrible. The only employee friendly enough is an older gentleman at customer service. The rest of the staff are not very friendly to us anytime we go to this location. We now goto a different location. We are also considering shopping at a different brand as the experiences have left a negative taste in our mouths.

I used to love this store... before they remodeled it. Today was the second time I went to this newly remodeled store and both times I left feeling disappointed and a little irritated. The pharmacy staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable and quick. I might like these guys better than my old pharmacist but I won't sacrifice my favorite cereal again. (Kroger's Multi Grain Peanut Butter Cheerios) I also missed the small seating section that I used to enjoy while waiting for my ride. I had to sit outside in the sun on the cement edge of a planter box.

Never been to this place before came in just to grab some food and use the bathroom. it's Insanity for some reason the bathrooms packed but while I was waiting I got a coffee at the Starbucks with SHEILA MUNIZ was very customer orientated took care of me and the rest of her customers that came in and I definitely recommend management gives her a raise and keeps her taking care of business thank you

The store itself is good. A little smaller than their newer locations, but it's not tiny and not too cramped. I really dislike the parking setup; they've got a big entrance lane right where all the prime parking should be. I prefer King Soopers to Safeway. Kings tends to have better prices and better store brand options.
