The first Medical store I visited when I moved to Boulder. Tyler, Matt, Ocean, Maya, Josh, Luis, Erin… I felt like family from day one. Great selections all around. They’ve helped me through a lot of tough times and have always taken care of me with the meds I need. Live Rosin Gummies, Live Rosin carts from Lazerkittens & Olio! So much to choose from. The prices have gotten even better over time. Three O.G.’s have spread their wings and flown away & now i’m spreading my wings too.I love everyone in front doing work and those doing work behind those closed doors.Thank you for everything throughout the years. I really love this spot. The employees always make me feel like a friend, literally everyone is so kind. Also, I really appreciate a business that grows with live soil. It’s far more sustainable and in my opinion produces more “wholistically” good bud 😊

Wanted to say how absolutely impressed I was with this place for a variety of reasons- particularly with the staff. Luis was extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He makes you feel right at home, and will answer any number of questions you may have about their products (I had many, sorry Luis...), no matter how tedious it may seem. Another thing that impressed me was the business culture here- they stock high quality products, and seriously stand behind them.On a side note, the location is great as well- right in the middle of town. Once you've done your shopping, take a walk around Boulder, grab coffee or lunch, and enjoy the atmosphere.The parking in front of the shop does require you to pay, but it's super cheap ($1.25 gets you several hours), convenient, and gives you plenty of time to explore.Overall, this is a great place for first timers to connoisseurs. The staff is unbeatable, products are great, prices are fair, and location tops it all off. You won't be disappointed.

Their product is phenomenal. The staff is always amazing (Tyler rocks!!). However, I question the business practices. One minute they have ounces for $87, the next it’s almost doubled in price. I understand sales can’t last forever but $160-170 resemble Rec prices. I have enjoyed getting my medicine from here but will unfortunately have to shop elsewhere.

Stopped by this place on my way through town. Cute little shop nestled upstairs. The employees are kind and welcoming. Have to give special shoutout to Shawn (sorry if I spelled your name wrong dude, there’s a lot of ways to spell it!) for talking with me and showing me all of the very interesting products the store carries. Very wide variety to choose from, decent prices. Very happy to have such a large selection. Anytime I go through boulder- I’ll be sure to stop here. Great place guys!!!!

Best shop in Boulder, Tuesday is the day to drop in for an amazing deal on solventless carts! Luis is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. They also sell outstanding in-house flower!

The quality of the products here is excellent, and the prices are competitive, but what really stands out is the quality of the staff. I have never felt rushed here as I have at other places. The staff is genuinely friendly and really try to be helpful without giving that vibe of superiority or "just do as I say" that I have felt from other shops. Also, I really appreciate the fact that I have not encountered a staff member that was stoned - I wouldn't want a drunk bartender any more than I want a stoned budtender.

Summary: Grown in-house, has some good value stuff on the bottom shelf. Go elsewhere for top shelf/wide selection.Store: the store is a bit hidden but has a sign. They grow all their own bud and it feels cozy/homey. The budtender was friendly and glad to show the bud. There are multiple tiers of flower, a reward program, and a few brands of dabs available. Edit: I shopped on the rec side.Product: I got an 1/8th of the top shelf Strawguava. It was very dry and a bit leafy but smelled unique. Mild flavor and a nice effect. Ok but not what I expected for a 30$+tax eighth. To their credit, it looked like the bottom shelf was also good and at a much lower price.The Durban Poison would be my recommendation, it looked like the best value and smelled great for being on the bottom shelf.

This dispensary is amazing! I haven't been treated better by any other store since moving to Colorado 5 years ago. The strains are high quality flower and they have a great deal on the Keef Cola. I can honestly say the customer service is the BEST and I am willing to drive an hour one way to visit this dispensary! Luis was amazing! He is friendly and knowledgeable, just someone you know you can trust! He is the reason for this 100% satisfied customer and because of Luis I will keep returning.

I was helped wonderfully by this business! I put in an online order and they messaged me for a picture of my MMR almost immediately and confirmed that I was all set! Pick up was very easy and clean, and since I was a first time medical customer, they gave me some goodies: a cute lighter, hemp wick, and wrapping papers. My order was done perfectly, and the wonderful person who helped me was very kind!

Helping hands is incredible. I have been coming here since I originally came to Boulder on vacation and now that I moved here I’ve been coming back ever since. Everyone, especiallly Luis, is so wonderful and accommodating. I made an error on the online ordering system that was my fault and they rectified itimmediately for me. The quality of the bud is also unmatched. I’m so thankful for these amazing budtenders!!

Very good dispensary in Boulder. Easily some of the best flower in the area and it’s all for a really good price. They no longer have member and non member pricing for the medical side, instead the prices have all been lowered. You pay about $110 an ounce for flower that I truly believe has a better quality high than most if not all the other flower I’ve tried in the area. The staff has always been incredibly friendlier and nice as well as patient to answer any questions one might have.

My first time to a dispensary was beyond perfect because of the staff here at Helping Hands Herbals! Raymond was ESPECIALLY knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate about educating my friend and I and making sure we got exactly what we wanted but also exactly what we needed. Everyone we spoke to knew what they were doing and enjoyed doing it. I'm visiting from Atlanta and a very good friend of mine who has lived here in Colorado met up with my friend and I while we were shopping and talking with Raymond and when we left the store the first thing out of his mouth was how we had picked a great spot for our first time because he has been to a few less than amicable locations and dealt with some people who seemed to care more about getting you out of the shop than actually helping you to find exactly what you need while providing excellent customer service. I visited Helping Hands after getting their newsletter for a few months and it was a great experience. Exceeded expectations. Cool location right downtown in the main tourist and hip area and very nice staff; welcoming, no hurry attitude. Helpful and informative and went out of their way to help me choose the right strains, which also exceeded expectations. Dense flower, well cured and I think there were 15 or so to choose from. All organic. Powerful and fun experience. Mix of locals and tourists. Lots of edibles to choose from. A recommended stop when you’re in Boulder.

I'm fairly new to cannabis and dispensaries so first impressions really set the tone. Amazing staff and dispensary! Bryan is so passionate about what he does, it's contagious! I wish I remembered the names of the other guys there because they all deserve recognition! Instantly felt at ease and was educated more than expected. Honestly just after one visit, you feel like family there and they truly care about improving your quality of life. 100%. All the products I ended up with have completely exceeded my expectations! Honestly Corinn was very fast and friendly! Gave us the full spiel on what all they have to offer! I usually just shop medical but her amazing service will definitely be back for more!! They have printed prices so it makes it easier for tourist! Definitely a tourist friendly vibe! 😍 Also if you donate 4 cans of food for the homeless you can get a 10 cent joint 😁 Can’t go wrong with helping the homeless while helping yourself! I just love the place and service so much! You’re definitely getting quality buds from some of the best!

This place is great, I only come here for my weed. The staff is amazing; they are out to get you your best experience, and they are very customer service inclined. Sometimes they have discount weed and they have a lot of sales around events. They are an independent grow house which lets them breed and sell their own strains as well as many well known commons, but they offer it at lower cost than most shops around.
