This Eastern European deli/store is the best place to stop for a bite to eat within 100 miles. Being introduced to such authentic Polish sausage here made me wish I lived closer! The picture truly doesn’t do them justice, and not pictured are the tasty butter pickles provided on the side! Nothing tops the extreme care and effort that goes into each handcrafted order, not to mention the engaging conversation between the store owner and their customers who are all treated like family. They also sell rare Euro beers, specialty goods, and other European convenience items that are a sight to see.

I picked up a load of potatoes at Blanca potato and didn't feel like cooking in the truck. This place was the closest and had great reviews. Before hitting the road I stopped in and got the classic polish sausage and a Chicago dog. The young man at the counter was welcoming and courteous then the owner came out what a great guy. They were awesome with their service and the food is amazing real meat sausages and hot dogs not a thin bun that bun was tasty as well. Overall great experience, good food, and the owner and staff make you feel welcomed they talk to you not just stare in space like they can careless. Drivers picking up at Blanca potato drop in before you leave its a short walk or park on the side of the road if your gonna be quick in and out.

Polish sausage sandwich is the best I’ve had. Breakfast burritos are great. The store has so many different candy bars, canned and jarred soups, stews and chili’s. Great place to stop at.

Went in to ask about any restaurants in the area that might be open for dinner and ended up staying for a great meal right there! We had polish sausages and perogies that were very good (and I've been to Poland). Talked to the sweet family that owned the place and they sent us on our drive with warm coffee. Great place, even greater people.

Went in tonight for food. The diner area was closed. There were only 2 people inside at the time. One was the store clerk and the other a local. They were both very friendly and entertaining. The clerk said the only thing to eat besides grocery items, was their famous polish sausage dogs. Neither my friend or I typically eat anything like that. But the friendly clerk just kept talking them up and he’d been making them over 20 years. Well, I’m very glad for his salesmanship skills as we both got one. They were freaking amazing! We were glad we stopped into the store.

Radeberger 150? It is a 3 dollar beer! Pilsner? I am biased. It is a questionable Pilsner. No Lomza Jasne, yet, heavy 4 pils. Very good beer! Good pick Mark! Thanks!

The owner is a super high energy man, who serves incredible polish sausages for a very reasonable price. Quirky little hole in the wall that contains the best sausage sandwiches I have ever tasted!

This is my favorite place to go shopping. I hate shopping. I don't even like Wal-Mart, city market or the dollar tree. But...... I love to shop here!!My family has been shopping here for over ten years. We enjoy the excellent customer service and the generous staff. I would recommend this wonderful convenience store to anyone! I have made requests for certain products, and most of them have been met! Everything is always well organized, and clean. This grocery store makes shopping a wonderful experience! Their gyro sandwiches are the best! I like to eat at one of the tables near the window!

Claudio's Kitchen is a fantastic upgrade. The chicken sandwich was amazing! Great food, great selection of food, sweets, drinks from Europe. Really a unique gem in the SLV, well worth a stop. I always find something new.

A hidden treasure in the San Luis Valley. Mark sells all kinds of authentic Polish and Hungarian salamis, sausages and delicacies in his well stocked store. If you're driving 160 and find yourself in Blanca Colorado, be sure to stop for a taste of the Old Country in Southern Colorado.

This is a jewell in a very tiny town. They serve the best polish sausage sandwiches. They get their sausage from Chicago and is great. If your hungry stop by and enjoy a polish sausage.

Mark and Paul are awesome. Great selection of beers from around the world and well stocked for other items as well. The gyro from the deli was amazing. Stop by and chat with them for a while.

I don't know how it is possible to love a convenience store, but this place really is the bees knees. The food is great, the selection is great, the atmosphere is great, the owners re great, and the location is great for those of us in the boonies around Blanca. If you want a roadside bite to eat, if you're craving a cold Faygo (yes, my fellow Michiganders, this store carries Faygo!), or if you need a few basics without driving to Alamosa, this is the place to go now that Smith's isn't around anymore.

The hours of operation are wrong on the website or they just didnt want to serve me. Got there at 7:10pm on Sunday, the person in the store saw me and turned off the lights. The website said they were opened till 9 pm, please put the right hours of service on the website.

OMG! Best Polish Dog I've ever had!
