Wonderful friendly service and you can joke around with them. We got a ton of wood pellets and they are the best price around. We bought a wood pellet stove from them a few years back and we love it. Thank you so much tractor team your the greatest.💕

It's hard to give it a solid rating here. I found cute pillows on clearance... with my husband was trying to find a TRACTOR part and they had nothing. He now calls it Pillow Supply. He has a point. They dont have tractor supplies 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Good location for most of the essentials, but have some issues keeping items in stock, and have several times reported over the phone having an item only for me to discover (upon driving into town) that they were mistaken, and their physical stock didn't match their computer system.Prices are good and employees are friendly, though they seem understaffed as the working employees are always trying to juggle customers in my experience.Still, if you need products for animal care they're one of the only stops in town. Not bad, could be better.

Today was my 2nd and likely last time ever shopping here. My first experience was decent. This one was some of the WORST customer service I've received anywhere. Jenn, the cashier rang up my items and one of them scanned $5 higher than the actual price on the shelf. I politely brought it up something wasn't right. She argued saying "well that's the price it's supposed to be, the item is likely in the wrong spot"I tried to assure her I double checked and made sure the register rang it up wrong because there was a whole stack of the same pants in that spot and the price tag description matched. She called a manager over and the manager took me over to where I got pants and I proved it to her that the price rang up was wrong. She agreed with me and told me to tell Jenn to simply mark it down.Unfortunately I had to start over in line all over again when I could have already been checked out and there were 5 people ahead of me now. I waited again, when I got to Jenn I asked why isn't there another check out lane available, she replied "it's too expensive to run 2 registers. Anyway what did the manager say?"I told her she was to mark them down to the correct price and told her I was a bit annoyed that I could have been on my way already if she sent the manager to double check the price on her own rather than get kicked out of line for their screw up. Jenn copped an attitude with me saying "well it's not my fault"I responded "I agree it's not your fault it rang up wrong but how you handled it is. And your attitude right now will likely make this the last time I shop here."No apologies, no responsibility taken. I likely won't return here.Side rant. If it's too expensive to run a 2nd register when they are busy with several people in line maybe they shouldnt be in business.****To the owner: I edited this review 12 hours ago because I found a typo. (I am not sure why this is acting like it is a new review, it isn't) This actual incident happened a couple of years ago. It is old but I do appreciate you taking action now.

This is a very nice and neatly put together business. Even though it is some-what separated from the big cities, it keeps a constant coverage of all materials. All workers are willing to help you until your needs are met and all employees are very joyful. The second you walk in, you are greeted with a nice smile and a simple "Welcome!" or "Hello!". Everyone at this Tractor Supply are skyrocketing in customer service. There is a staff member in every aisle ready to answer your questions and/or assist your needs. When I ordered 300 T-Posts. These staff members made sure I had enough. Large items can be a little bit pricey. Welders rarely drop in prices and so do others. Yet, if you are looking for good quality items. Tractor Supply is the way to go.

Before I came from Denver I asked if they had 80 grit sand blast media and said yes, when I got here they didn't have it, so disappointed after driving 40 minutes for nothing

Employees have seemed to have lost there personalities. Used to have the friendliest faces working here. This location is going downhill. Prices are great still. Only reason I give it 2 stars. Really disappointed in management at this location lately. Staff is not very helpful when looking for items. Honestly, not very knowledgeable of what you sell and don't sell. I will definitely limit my business at this location till I can find somewhere better suited for my business.

Their prices keep going up to the point that they are higher than other places in the area. They usually only have one cashier no matter how long the line is so the wait to check out is usually long. When I asked why they don't get another cashier, I was told it cost them too much money. Some of the employees have real attitudes and give wrong information. When they first opened they were great but over time have really gone down hill. I only go there out of desperation, so not very often.

We like coming to the local Tractor Supply store. Employees are friendly and helpful( mostly). They usually have what we need in stock.We did receive a raincheck for an item recently and was told it would be 2 weeks until it came in.After 2 weeks, we called and was told they would call us.After a month and a half we called back, we were informed it may be on Wednesdays shipment. Called Thursday and nothing yet! We informed staff of situation and they simply said they will let manager know. I'm just wondering why say 2 weeks and keep stringing us along? Can someone figure out something to get our item?Update: More then 3 months later, still no call. Ended up getting item somewhere else. Just something to keep in mind when getting a raincheck.

Tractor Supply in Bennett Colorado - Manager Anthony:I spoke with Anthony on Sunday (Nov 22, 2020) regarding a Blackstone 36" Griddle which had been advertised for sale. Anthony indicated that he had just sold the last Griddle however would have a 'truck coming in on Tuesday (Nov 24, 2020) and for me to call back after 02:00 PM and he would set 2 Griddles aside for me.Tuesday Nov 24, 2020 I called at 02:30 and spoke with the Asst Manager who stated that the 'Blackstone' sale items did not come in however they had a 'better Blackstone Griddle' she would let me have for the sale price. i verified that the replacement griddle she had in stock would be at the sale price and she once again confirmed that it would be at the sale price.I immediately drove to Bennett and arrived at 03:15 PM. Locating the Asst Manager I inquired about the replacement sale item and was taken in the back to view the replacement griddles which had just arrived. I agreed to purchase 2 of the replacement griddles at the sale price.Upon checking out and near the completion of my transaction; an individual who identified himself as 'Anthony the Manager' came forth and stated that the item I was purchasing would actually cost me $200 more per item which was a non-sale price.I reviewed the history of my attempted purchase including the commitment by the Asst Manager to honor the sale price.Anthony kept trying to cajole me into purchasing the griddles at the stepped up price.When I declined to fall for his 'bait and switch' tactics and turned to leave he quickly followed me and said: "I have more of the sale items coming in with-in 10 days and I will be save 2 of them for you"If Anthony is representative of the Managers employed by Tractor Supply; I will be happy to never shop Tractor Supply again and even happier to share my negative experiences with my clients from this day forward. I am not so naive as to believe that my not shopping at Tractor Supply will result in them going out of business or even turning a profit; however if I can effect them to the extent of few thousand dollars worth of business each year hence; then my satisfaction as a consumer is rewarded.

They have plenty of selection, but the checkout speed is, STOP. Nice people, but average checkout times exceed 10 minutes in average, even if there are only a couple customers in the store. All of the employees say that Management at TSC. Turns a dead ear to their concerns.

Always a wait in line ridiculous, OK today I have decided I'm not longer going to wait 20 minutes in line so go before they close, with only 2 registers on a Saturday for me it's too costly and rude on there part to there customers extremely mismanaged location

I visited Tractor Supply three separate times in the last week to purchase a trailer, and all three times I was told that a manager needed to be on duty to sell a trailer, and that the manager of course wasn't there all three times. So you're telling me that the only person capable of selling a trailer is a manager, but there seems to never be one there. 🤔Needless to say, they lost out on a $1200 Dale because I took my business elsewhere, where I left with my trailer in 5mins.

Many times find that the products I'm looking for are out of stock. They dont carry All Grain All Poultry feed which is disappointing. Lots of Purina products which I'm not a fan of. I like that they carry grain free cat food, lots of useful items and clothes to gift at the holidays. Lately I'm not getting my monthly coupon, I'm just meh about this place. Usually drive to Byers to the feed store that has everything I need in one place.

I drive from Denver to Bennett to stop here because, well, its not Denver. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Ended up having to make a return today and the team-member who helped was absolutely amazing and helpful. The return was completed without undue hassle or questions. Thank you!

Well the staff is super helpful and very friendly, the manager knew us by name after just a few visits, he goes out of his way to make sure everyone is taken care of and feels welcome. We're in the store twice a week every week and it's always the same.

I haven't been to Tractor Supply but twice in Bennet but can't speak highly enough about their store manager, Anthony. I ordered some cattle panels to be delivered through their delivery service, Roadie yesterday. Ordered the panels before 2pm and was told I should be hearing from the delivery service shortly. 3 hours go by and still no call from the delivery service, so I call up Tractor Supply to speak with Anthony. He tells me he will get to the bottom of it and they will be calling.Another hour goes by and still no call. So Anthony tells me on the second call trying to find out what's going on that he will personally drive the panels out to my house in Aurora. When he arrives, he helps me unload them into my back yard and I go to try and tip him for his service and he would have no part of it. After he refused the tip (and believe me I tried), he told me that he would be refunding my delivery charge but couldn't do it over the phone, so I would either have to drive out and get the refund done in person or he could call his ops team on Monday and see if he could get it taken off and back to my card.Even with having to drive out the 30 minute drive out to Bennett to get the refund done and pick up some other things that I had forgotten on the first trip, I will say nothing but good things about this company!It's good to know that there are companies that still care about customer service even with the crazy times we are living in!Thank you again Anthony & Tractor Supply Bennett!

Consistently poor customer service. I went in for two items today and both were sold out. I will make every effort to avoid shopping here and shop at a local feed store in the area. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but really think something needs to change here.

This is the place to get some great tools you won't find anywhere else staff is great store has a good old town feel. I find myself shopping there more than any where else . I would highly recommend this place to all those handyman Mr fix it people out there it truly is a one stop shop for all your needs from clothing to hardware and tools.
