Tail Waggin was great!! We took out standard and mini gooldendoodles in to get groomed. Kerri was amazing making them feel comfortable (they had a bad experience at another groomer and super nervous). She asked detailed questions about how we wanted them groomed and definitely followed through! They were very well priced and didn't try to price gouge us because we have doodles. We will definitely be back in 4-6 weeks!

I absolutely love Tail Waggin. They are amazing and my three pups had so much fun! My husband and I expressed how we were so concerned about leaving all three of our pups with someone. (This was their first time away from us.) They reassured us with pictures and gave us daily updates. This helped us a lot!!! The price is absolutely unbeatable in my opinion as we reviewed many options. The building inside and out were also clean. Tail Waggin will continue to have our business and our trust. Thank you guys again for everything.

Renée is a highly skilled professional, and I am impressed with her grooming abilities. She handled my two dogs (a 4 month old Yorkie and a 5 year old Australian Shepherd), both of which came to her for their first-ever grooming experiences, with care and class. I would definitely recommend Tail Waggin, LLC to anyone needing doggie daycare for their fur babies! Renee is wonderful! We took Jacx, our German Shepherd last week while on vacation. Jacx has never been to doggie daycare before. She sent us videos and pictures and checked in the first couple of days to let us know he was doing well. She lets you know that your fur babies are in good hands and very well taken care of while you're gone!

We are so happy and blessed to have found Tail Waggin. We were apprehensive due to a recent bad experience boarding at another local facility; however, our worries were immediately put to rest. It was obvious Renee truly loves dogs. She took such good care of our puppers, and they came back perfectly happy and healthy. She sent pictures throughout our absence; and she accommodated us having to extend our stay with grace and understanding.We will definitely be going back; and we encourage any and everyone considering whether to board your furbabies here to do it.

Recently boarded my pup with Renee. She was responsive and accommodating to a last minute request. I was provided with updates and pictures during the stay which is always peace of mind for me while away. Could work on better communication with new potential clients. I've reached out 4x via Facebook messenger with a response to only 2 messages and that seemed to be because I'd send another one a couple days later. You can tell the messages are read and ignored by the way and I definitely have been ignored. I also left 1 voice-mail that was never returned. I was looking for dog boarding for a couple days and unfortunately with the lack of response I cant trust my dogs here. Very disappointing!
