They did great he looked amazing just small things that felt a bit unfair when it came to a charge although another dog was in heat at the same time my male intact dog was getting groomed...They did call me to compensate for that charge. I appreciate the effort in making things right. He looked very good. Nice staff and great service was just a little upset in the fees and the reason behind it. But they have since made things right and I have no complaints. I highly recommend. Grooming staff was very kind and they left my Bodhi looking amazing. Would go there again.

BEING a new client I had an emergency situation on a Sat to put my very senior cat down. They worked me in and we had a beautiful private room to discuss the issue and be with our beloved Abbie in her final hour. Everything was handled with most respect for us and our cat. Even had a nice side door to exit in private. Was very impressed at their care. All the staff are kind and helpful. This is my" New Vet office". Can't thank them enough for their kindness

I just had a great experience with the staff at Living Springs! They were so caring and compassionate towards my anxious dog. They made sure when he entered the clinic that there were no distractions to upset him. He has to be sedated just for exams and vaccinations and our past experiences have been a bit traumatic at the vet. They really took their time to try to make him comfortable. When they realized how afraid he was, they offered to make a farm visit to my house instead and no charge for the clinic that day.They were able to reschedule only a couple days later! They were so careful and loving as to not intimidate him. So patient and kind. He did still need sedation, but being at home made it so much easier for him. They were fully prepared and up for the task! They gave me some really great advice and reassured me that I'm doing the best I can to keep him happy and healthy. So that made me feel really good of course! I am so happy with the outcome, I'd highly recommend you see them if you're in the area! Thank you Dr. McAvoy and all the staff that helped with Harley. He might not like you very much, but I love you guys!

Last weekend we had to put our kitty to sleep. It's never easy when you have to say goodbye to a part of your family. The staff treated us with kindness and compassion during the visit. About two years ago, Jan 2022, someone decided to subject my double-coated dog to grooming at Living Springs as a gift. The sessions were a complete disaster as in many places, the dog's outer coat was stripped away of the top layer, leaving only the white undercoat. It's disheartening to realize that, even after two years, the top coat has failed to regain its former glory..Grooming is January 2022The photos,Left, is May 2022Right, is Nov 2021Upon inspection of the dog, my groomer, who is highly competent and has expertise working with double-coated breeds, instantly raised serious questions about the drastic change and the physical disappearance of the top coat. My groomer questioned the shedding tools Living Springs employed on the dog. My groomer said she would never engage in such aggressive grooming over two days back to back as this clinic did. Stating the "lack of a substantial gap between sessions is a red flag"The dog has full blood panel, including a comprehensive thyroid examination every six months across three different clinics, soon four, and the results came back normal and healthy, and the dog remains highly active.I welcome this clinic to showcase before and after pictures.

About 2 months ago, our Duck Alfred was attacked. We called everywhere to get her seen unfortunately no one would see her but living Springs Veterinary was able to, my husband drove an hour and a half to Living Springs in hopes we could save her. Unfortunately they couldn’t. The vet office was so caring and compassionate of the situation. It was a very hard decision for my husband to make because Alfred was not just a duck but our family. Living springs was so comforting and was with us through every step. A few weeks later we received this caring card. This brought comfort to our family. I have been bring my dog for about 6 month on a monthly basis and I drove 40 minutes to get to living springs, and for about 5 months Sarah has been my groomer and has been the best with my dog. We had to book with Nicolette because Sarah would be out and it was the worst experience ever. She charged me $100 more than what Sarah charges on a normal base. I called to request to get Sarah back and she said she’s not doing large dogs which is understandable. But Nicolette started to yell at me once I told her that I didn’t have a good experience with her and I wanted Sarah to be my dogs groomer.She told me to go with someone else, I can’t believe that she is a member of living spring as living springs has a loving staff except her. And I would be sent to another business instead of helping me resolve my issue. NEVER BOOK WITH NICOLETTE 0/10

The Dr. did a PPE exam on a 13000 dollar horse. Very professional, knowledgeable, and she explained in detail some potential concerns. The cost of the exam was under 300 dollars, which in turn saved me 13000 dollars by not buying the horse. Best money I've spent, and well worth calling Living Springs Veterinary Care.

Dr. Gochanour Is top notch! She has gone above and beyond in making sure my fur babies are well taken care of. She recently performed an amputation on my dog and is now the only one I trust with them. She’s kind, patient and understanding when caring for my girls. 10/10 recommend this clinic!

I was recommended to LSVC and I couldn’t be more happier I took the recommendation. They were able to get me in an urgent care appt day of at a reasonable price compared to other places. The techs and the Dr. who saw Armani was amazing! Everyone was so loving and supportive. I went here in an urgent care setting and this clinic will now be my home clinic. Love this clinic and their mission to help all those fur babies in need.

Such a great vet for a small town. They treat exotic animals and that is exactly what I was looking for. Andromeda and Dr. Jackson treated my rat, and they were so sweet and answered all my questions. Dr. Jackson even called a few days later just to check in on my rat to see how she was doing! Living Springs Pet SpaZach has groomed my dogs for many years and has by far been the absolute best groomer I’ve ever worked with. Given I have very high maintenance dogs in the grooming department (large doodles and non-shedders that matt very easily). My dogs know and love him and have bonded with him over the years. He has always taken care of my dogs with detailed care and attention and if any issues arise, he is quick and clear at communicating the situation and offering ideas that will work best for the animal. He truly prioritizes my pet’s best interests with health and safety.

I called them on a Saturday morning, after contacting the other 3 vet clinics near us in the i70 corridor, because my 14year old Golden/Chow mix was seeing her last days (hours at that point) and in a lot of pain, and a legion on her side wouldn’t stop bleeding. The receptionist was helpful, took down all our info and spoke w a veterinarian to see what they could do as far as home euthanasia goes. She called back within the hour and said they’d be by around 4p.m. that day. They arrived at 4p.m. On the dot. 2 ladies(vet and vet tech assistant I’m assuming and when I get their names, I’ll update this posting) arrived that were very experienced and helpful and GREAT bedside manner and informed us of everything that they were doing before they did it so we’d understand what would happen throughout the process. My 2 young kids were present and they made the entire experience very calm and comfortable for all present especially for my Foxy. We will only do home euthanasia going forward and will use Living Springs for all our pet needs, thank you to Living Springs.

Our little pug Lucky got into rat poison yesterday. I called ànd they told me to bring him in right away. When we got there we were rushed right in. They knew just what to do and after we agree to the treatment they went to work. They came in and gave us updates and asked if we needed anything. The whole process didn't take long. I am glad to say he did ingest some poison but with the quick action of the Living Springs team Lucky got to go home with some meds and a appointment to see him soon. My husband and I will always be thankful to the Staff for their quick action that saved our Luckys life.

My husband and I have several dogs, so we have spent a lot of time at Living Springs Vet. Every visit has lived up to our high expectations. When we initially moved to Strasburg from Broomfield, the only thing we missed from the 'city' was our vet. I did some research and read reviews for all Vet Clinics out here and we decided to take our four legged family to Living Springs. So I wanted to add a new review. So my experience with living Springs has been phenomenal. They have really really taken such good care of my boy Emory. Emory Was found to have rare disease And Doctor G Has gone over and above to figure out the best treatments for him. All the doctors there have been very involved with Emory And they have all showed himexceptional care. I am so grateful I found them this vet. I want to also mention Jess And her massage therapy. If you ever get a chance to take your pet for massage therapy, it does amazing things To improve your pets health. Take that opportunity if you can.

Shannon the receptionist went above and beyond to helpMe with my cats ring worm situation and answering my question after having a terrible experience at another vet office. She got my fur baby in first thing in the morning and they will be helping me get my Nala girl headed down the right direction.Dr McAvoy listened to my concerns and made sure all my questions were answered.
