Overall a pretty typical store. Biggest issue is the self checkout. The employees don't seem like are paying attention half the time or they just disappear and leave you standing there when they are supposed to be helping you. Also ever since they remodeled they refuse to open all of the self checkout no matter how busy they are or how long the line gets

Overall, this store isn’t bad as far as grocery stores go. What makes me rate them so low is geared towards customer service, the staff that manage the self check out station in particular! They are rude, aggressive, and downright obnoxious! Digging into my grocery bags, standing directly behind me when I’m scanning my items, even going as far as to make me empty the bag of groceries I have already scanned to see if it matches what’s on the screen!? Customer service not customer harassment! I prefer the regular checkout line on a normal basis, however sometimes I need the convenience of self checkout. I shouldn’t have to trade convenience for annoyance!

The produce department always has bad produce and is poorly merchandized. The organic section is very difficult to shop from because it very rarely has produce that can be used. Also saw workers violating good organic retail practices while shopping. The workers act like you are in their way and I have not once been greeted. They also are always short on cashiers which I feel is done intentionally to encourage people to use self check out. I just moved to Bennett but will be taking long trips to other towns to shop elsewhere. I have 10 years of produce management experience and have never seen a produce department this consistently bad.

You have an extremely discriminatory employee towards the handicapped. I was there 2 days ago, went to use a motorized cart, as you would agree…. Someone with a handicap placard is allowed to use…. Especially if it’s due to a mobility issue…. The tall lanky old geezer who was working the self checkout had the audacity to tell me, I don’t need to use the cart and to get off of it. Also asked why I was even on it to begin with… I stared him in the face and said I’m handicapped, even parked in the handicapped spot, asked if he wanted me to prove it and called him a jackass before driving off…. All he sees is someone who isn’t doing things his way. He has also harrassed me numerous times for not using bags and now the motorized cart. One previous time, which I have called about, he shoved his hand into my face and waved it around like an excessively rude toddler demanding attention, all of this immature behavior occurred while I was on the phone with my mothers doctor having a very serious discussion about cancer treatment for her and her at home care.

I just wanted to especially thank Natalia in the Floral department. My granddaughters 5th birthday and the flower shipment got too cold. She put together the most beautiful arrangement despite the fact. Thank you so much!!

Do not use curbside pickup unless you want them to put a pre-auth hold on your account AND take the money out in Addition. I think it’s ridiculous that they put a hold for the amount that only drops off a week later. This happened twice in a row which made my account funds deficient. Customer service initially told me there was nothing they could do and I needed to call my bank. My bank said the same. Called Kroger 1-800 number and they state they will take the hold off after midnight tonight and gave me a store credit of 30$. I guess we will see if it actually happens. Regardless I will not be doing curbside pickup again- especially since I did not change or substitute my order at all.

Nice people, but vegetable selection could be better.Often out of certain vegetables. Today I wanted to buy parsnips. There were a couple of shriveled little ones plus one enormous parsnip that has been on display for at least 2 weeks. I did not buy, and no one else who likes parsnips is likely to, it will be woody and inedible. They should have been thrown away, which is what happens at Parker.

I drive truck over the road and I go by there all the time on my route from Miami Back at Board to Seattle.Good place to stop got playing room to park run in.Get some groceries and get back to trucking.Thanks for all your hard work.God bless all of you give all the hard workers a raise and remember jesus saves

8:00am and no checker had to do self checkout with $300 worth of groceries. Unbelievable poor service, no one caresAgain here at 8:00am May 18, 2024 one checker this time no bagger, checker had terrible attitude and rude. Did not help me bag groceries, let all my stuff smash against each other as I was putting stuff on conveyor belt. She was the most unfriendly worker ever had there. I will not post her name.

July 26, 2022. Just wanted to again let everyone know that the people that take care of the clicklist is outstanding. Tonight Nate made sure our eggs were ok before he let us leave.We also ordered flowers for a funeral and Wow they were beautiful. We are very lucky to have this store and the people that work here. 3/9/19Now even trying to avoid the mess inside by using ClickList is a mess. 25 minutes waiting and they bring me someone else's groceries. 3 of us waiting all all that time. Apparently a computer issue but they could have sent someone out to tell us.Always stocking at busiest times, leave stock carts blocking everything, moving placement of products too often, and still out of stock of things often.Today I had to crawl over a pile of toilet paper and behind a stock cart to get a item off the shelf! Oh and what was up with the wet slimy husked corn on the cob? And don't even try for milk or eggs. The traffic flow there is always bad but then they block with stock carts to add to the issue.Have used ClickList a lot but they often can't find what was requested but we can go in and find it. Also hearing recently that the service there is worse. I have had missing items and even times they were not there when I came to pick-up.All told we have finally decided to go 27 miles to shop instead of dealing with the stress at this store. As a note it was pretty good until 12 to 18 months ago.

Went today tried to get some deli meat. I was the only person at the counter. A employee behind the counter walked back and forth in looked at me several times but never offered any help.. UNEXCEPTABLE 😡. There are several great employees here but the bad ones really excell at being the worst. Side note this store is consistently understocked and lots of empty shelves. It's our only local option I wish they would do better. Sadly nothing much has changed except now construction of some areas 😔

It’s nice to have a king Soopers in Bennett so we don’t have to go to town to get groceries. This location is pretty well stocked usually and clean. The workers are all friendly. The only reason they do not get the full five stars os because their prices are noticeably higher than Aurora/Denver for convenience… I get it, but sometimes the price difference is excessive for a standard grocery store. It’s not sprouts.

Still awaiting resolution for the fuel issue they had 14 months ago. I have never experienced such poor customer service. None of the managers I’ve spoken to have ever contacted me. At this point I stop in weekly and they lie to my face ‘I’ll get back to you by the end of the week’ - thanks Rachel, that was over two weeks ago. Their level of incompetence is frightening.

This place is not an Albertsons, or Stater Bros, for that matter... A bunch of lazy Hill Billy's, They sell rotten and expired food....u got better luck going on Saturdays to Bennett food bank, bunch of teens make up the majority of King's employees....no experience needed they will train you how to push buggies... THEY DO HAVE AN AWESOME EMPLOYEE, BEN... LOVE YOUR WORK ETHIC... WAY 2 GO BEN!

I shop here all the time because it is local but would much prefer the location in Southlands. Today I went to get gift cards for my Christmas shopping and when the transaction went over the limit the system allowed me to continue adding cards. When the associate saw what had happened the contacted a manager (Theresa) who voided the entire transaction and told me to go get all new gift cards. I explained to her that I already selected my cards once and if she would have an associate go get the cards I would be happy to stop back by at a later time and purchase them. She refused, I will go ahead and take my business elsewhere.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the selection was plentiful. Those shopping carts though! I get it, truck stop door. However, the carts don’t even work inside the store! I was dragging the damn cart behind me the whole time. I actually had some lady laughing at me as I dragged my cart and ran into some coupon thing. You guys got scammed buying those garbage carts. Reset the wifi on those things or something. Unplug them and plug them back in because they don’t work.
