Took Willy to his first trip to the groomers. I'm glad I found Pawsh Pet Salon. They were attentive and did a great job with Willy. He was so excited he came home and crashed out. He was so relaxed. Lol. I'm a customer for life!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Pawsh Pet Salon and Boutique, and I must say, it was highly disappointing. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that the staff lacked professionalism and basic customer service skills.Firstly, the salon itself was unclean and had a lingering unpleasant odor that made me question the hygiene standards. As I tried to express my concerns to the receptionist, I was met with indifference and a lack of concern for my pet's well-being.Moreover, the grooming service was subpar at best. Not only did they not follow my specific instructions, but it seemed like my pet was handled roughly during the process. The end result was far from satisfactory, with a messy and uneven haircut that I could have done better myself.To top it all off, the prices were exorbitant for the poor quality of service provided. It is evident that Pawsh Pet Salon and Boutique prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.Overall, I would not recommend Pawsh Pet Salon and Boutique to any pet owners seeking a reputable and reliable grooming service. Save yourself the disappointment and find a more competent establishment that truly cares for your furry friend's well-being.

Had to go back 3-days later some nails trimmed to short some not trimmed at all. Wanted ears left long they cut them short. Had to trim hair behind legs that was longer then the rest of body. Was told she would be done at 1:30 by 2:30 no one had called so I went there and was told they tried to text me. So my experience was not good.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my beloved furry friend (Stella) to the most amazing dog groomer, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness.The staff at Pawsh grooming salon are truly experts in their field. They were not only skilled in handling dogs of all sizes and breeds, but they also displayed a genuine love and passion for what they do. It was evident that they truly cared about the well-being and happiness of every dog that walked through their doors.The grooming session itself was a work of art. My dog came out looking like a superstar! The groomer paid great attention to detail, ensuring that every hair was perfectly trimmed and styled. The end result was a dog who not only looked fabulous but also seemed to have an extra skip in their step.The salon itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for both dogs and their owners. The groomer took the time to listen to my preferences and discuss any specific needs or concerns I had for my dog's grooming. Their expertise and professionalism were truly top-notch.Overall, I cannot recommend this dog groomer enough. The level of care, skill, and attention to detail they provide is truly exceptional. If you want your furry friend to look and feel their best, look no further. Pawsh is simply the best in town/best in the area. Five stars all the way! We are now forever customers!

Pawsh is the best groomer ever! I’ve had a lot of dogs and gone to a lot of groomers. They were wonderful with my very cranky, very old, bichon/poodle. He was extremely tough to groom and they did a fabulous job. I’m now left with two additional, elderly dogs, a yellow lab and a mixed breed that both shed like crazy. I can’t get one hair off either of them, they did such a wonderful job de-shedding. That is so rare for a lab! Plus, the mixed breed dog had a difficult time with the noise of the dryer today. They cared more about how my dog felt and her fear than they did their schedule and found a great solution. I so appreciate how clean my dogs are, but attending to how they feel means the world to me. You will be very happy when you take your pets in!

Took my hairy mutt in for her first ever bath and brush. I felt like that classic, overbearing, nervous mom dropping her baby off to the babysitter for the first time. Ty put me at ease and was so good with my little spaz. She came out with big smiles and looking like she lost ten pounds of fur that I won’t have to vacuum off my floor and couch!As someone who previously worked in a grooming shop and did all my own dog bathing for years, I gotta say, Ty and everyone at Pawsh were so sweet, helpful, and did such a great job, but most importantly, my girl seemed to even love it! I’ve converted away from the back-breaking home tub dog washes and will definitely be sending my messy mutts to this place regularly! My floor, vacuum, and baby girl very much appreciate Pawsh!

Holy moly. We have found our forever dog-grooming location. The staff & owner of Pawsh Pet Salon went above and beyond when it came to grooming our dog, Titus. When I picked him up, he looked the best that I have ever seen him looking from a groomer. Her prices are competitive and their services are worth every penny I spent. We will happily be coming back and recommend Pawsh to all of our friends and family who are pet owners.

New to Durango and could not even get a call back from any Durango groomers. Pawsh had no problems scheduling us in and the grooming service was awesome! Our Havanese was super happy when we picked him up, he’s usually worn out and not in a great mood so that alone says great things about the groomer who we really liked talking with. We’re definitely a regular customer now..

I recently adopted a senior dog from the humane society. He is a little grumpy and hard to handle I'm told. Pawsh took him and gave him a shave down. He looks so much better! almost 5 years younger! I was shocked how much better he looked. The laddies were so sweet to him!

Carol did a wonderful job getting the tangles out of our cat, KittyBear's, fur. Infact KittyBear purred like she was getting a massage! And Tye clipped her nails without even a struggle. As a friend and past employee of the Owner it makes me sad to see a couple of these posts. I know the hours and appointments have been a bit unpredictable these past couple years, but I hope people would take into consideration the circumstances. Living with a terminal patient while raising a teenage Daughter, maintaining a household and running a business would be daunting for anyone. To top it off anyone who has lived in this area for any length of time and been in the work force probably realize how difficult it is to find qualified reliable help. I loved the job and working with Krista. I would still be doing it if not for physical restrictions. It is extremely hard work and not many people are cut out for it. Krista is an excellent and compassionate Dog groomer as well as a very hard worker. She has always gone out of her way to try to take the best care she can of all of her clients. I think most of them realize this and will continue to appreciate and support her.Thankfully she is at this point staffed with some reliable and responsible help and things should be moving smoother. I hope those who have not used her services will give it a try. But please try to be patient and plan ahead as much as possible. it will be worth it!
