I come to whole all the time and the hot bar is great along with the salad bar and all the other snacks but my family and I have been getting “custom” pizzas for years but every time we order it feels like we are asking for the world and interrupting them, i asked for just mozzarella and was told that they would have to walk all the way to the cheese department(which is like 20 steps away) and get the mozzarella that WE PAY FOR. Very rare to have a good experience ordering a pizza from there. Would rate customer service a negative here. When they do provide the toppings you for you get maybe three pieces in one spot of the pizza. Don’t even try asking for more or coming after 6:30 pm you might yelled at for asking them to do their job.

Disappointing customer service from the young butcher at the fresh meat counter. Pretty rude, and when asked to cut more lamb leg steaks (the cabinet was empty) he said no as the saw had been soaped, and appeared a) not wanting to do his job.... b) reclean the saw. This was at approximately 2pm, so not end of the day.His suggestion was "come back tomorrow" which undoubtedly is his day and and not his problem.Loss of revenue should be a concern for any business

Amazing selection, very polite staff and super clean! We stopped here on our way to Aspen and could have spent a couple of hours just looking at everything! Some of the students we were with had never been to a whole foods and they were in shock and awe!

Meh- have lived in the valley for a few years. The Dillon/ Frisco location is so much better. What happened to the deli?? It’s been closed for 9 months and there is no where else around to get good sliced lunch meat. They are frequently out of things and selection is poor. On top of that, customer service is touch and go- some employees are friendly and helpful and some barely even acknowledge you when checking out. I keep going because it’s the only option ..

From the moment I stepped into Whole Foods, I was impressed by the vibrant atmosphere and the exceptional customer service. The aisles were neatly organized, making it easy to find everything on my shopping list. What really sets this store apart is the quality of their fresh produce. The fruits and vegetables are always ripe and bursting with flavor, a clear indication of their commitment to freshness. Moreover, the bakery section is a real treat with its array of freshly baked breads and pastries that are both delicious and reasonably priced. The staff at Whole Foods deserve a special mention for their friendly and helpful attitude. They were more than willing to assist me in locating specific items and even offered cooking tips for some of the produce I bought. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, and the store's commitment to eco-friendly practices, like their recycling program and use of biodegradable bags, is truly commendable. In conclusion, my experience at Whole Foods was nothing short of delightful. It's not just a place to buy groceries; it's a place where high-quality products, outstanding customer service, and an enjoyable shopping environment come together seamlessly. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a top-notch grocery shopping experience.

Produce was pretty fresh, there were a couple things I wanted to get (butternut squash) that looked not great. The store is pretty small for a Whole Foods, small aisles, small parking, but they stock most things. It’s nice you can order through Amazon, pickup is available.

Best place to spend the afternoon shopping. Whole Foods! The adult "Candy Store". When I saw the Hot Bar I about fell over, they served the best Meat loaf, Mac N' Cheese and all other side dishes and gourmet picnic style meals to go. Everything was delicious. They have the freshest Seafood department. Delectable pastries, desserts, cookies, brilliantly designed cakes. The macarons; if it were up to me I would change it up a little differently.. but overall this is the place to be for all your grocery needs. Salad bar is endless. .. very clean store nice and tidy everyone very so friendly. I realized I forgot my wallet in the car halfway through my shop trip and the gentleman at the pizza bar was so kind to watch my items. He even kept my macarons nice and cool. Lol. Thanks guys! Also I feel like you could just come here for lunch (no grocery list needed) since theres a pizza bar, sushi station, deli, salad bar, and hot bar. .. all with nice shady outdoor picnic style seating.Enjoy y'all and welcome to the Whole Foods of the Roaring Fork Valley! I love this place and surely you will too. 😉

Great selection of good food. By the slice pizza, salad bar with everything that you would want, huge deli section and fabulous seafood.

Employees are always super unhelpful, they always just refer you to another employee who refers you to another one and so on. Often employees are rude when you ask for help too. Besides the meat/seafood department, those guys are always super nice and helpful. This Whole Foods also seems to always be out of whatever it is I need. The bakery/sushi section is always bare unless you go in the morning on a weekday. After 5 it’s super hit or miss as to what you’ll get.Food in the hot bar is always old and dried out.Overall just a pretty disappointing Whole Foods.

Typical Whole Foods store. Not the biggest, but parking is free and it’s the only game in town. Not a long line either and has a hot bar and pizza oven.

Not like any other WF's I've ever been to, they used to be awesome places to shop and work.

One of the rudest cashiers ever! Late 40's, brunette with glasses. Spent 5 minutes talking with the lady checking out in front of us, slowly scanning items, then scanned our items so fast we couldn't keep up with bagging them quick enough. Asked her one question, "Did my Prime account register?" and she responded with a "Yes" and a major eye roll. Won't be going back to this store.

While I love buying my groceries from Whole Foods, I shall NEVER buy anything from the deli/fridge section again. Yesterday was the first and last time I did so on my short Aspen overnight. I purchased a potato salad, mac n’ cheese, and tuna sandwich and guess what happened this morning! Yup stomach upset and a minor bout of food poisoning. The sandwich was fine but the potatoes were hard and mac n’ cheese tasted bitter. That tells me there’s no care being taken in what is being prepared and they’re just shoving stuff into the shelves.

It's really the only place to get organic food on the valley. Pricing is high like all wholefoods and selection is limited. Staff is friendly . I go here out of pure necessity and having no other options in the area.

I'm kind of a dork for healthy alternatives. Delicious pizza, nice staff and very nice to customers. Despite having 2 bad experiences at this whole foods - they have never left it unsettled. It is inevitable that when you shop fresh in the middle of nowhere, it is possible to find some spoiled things. They are great about making sure the customer gets what they need. I hope their service stays the same even though now they're a part of amazon.

Worst Whole Foods check out lines in the state of Colorado. They have nobody working the checkouts. Lines took over 30 minutes to checkout today (see the pic of the line that wraps around the store). Do yourself a favor and go to the King Soopers 1/4 mile down the street. You could walk there and back in the time it would take you to check out here.

We stop here every time we head up-valley to pick up supplies. This time, we were really surprised at the poor stock and low quality of the fresh produce. Maybe things had been picked over, but a real disappointment.

Nice staff, good location and parking. They're constantly out of stock of several things, but this isn't really their fault as they're the one of few grocery stores in the Roaring Fork valley. Would love to see another couple stores in the future to help ease demand.

We love our store! Grateful for the cleanliness. Just shopped at the Frisco store on way home from Denver and it was not clean, nor up to date on simple fixtures.

Staff were very friendly and accommodative. Though they are running out of stock on a few grocery essentials... It is a good place to get quality items.Ample parking available. Staff in the meat section were super helpful.

Dear Whole Foods, your Vegan Brownies are the best brownies (vegan or otherwise) that I've ever had! I had to stop myself from eating all of them every day! Thank you for making my first Vegan Brownie experience so memorable.

Good store, decent selection, and you can find what you need. However, it's way too small. Aisles are very tight. When the store is busy it's a pain to shop around other people. I suggest working out a deal with 4 Dogs or the store on the corner and expanding.
