We have had an invisible fence for more than three years. Works great, allows our dog to explore the yard, front and back, safely. Staff is friendly and more than competent. Prompt service but we have only had to rely on them a few times. Only area of concern ( which they addressed promptly) is that the batteries haven't lasted a full three months. Andy and Melissa have been great.

We had recently adopted a second dog that can jump up to 5 feet or more, which he could go over our wall. Bob who did the install did a wonderful job, placing the wire away from our wall. Neither of our dogs jump on the wall. The greatest test of all was when our other dog went after a cat. He wants to get them really bad. The invisible fence stopped him. THAT was the ultimate test. These folks are amazing! After going to the invisible fence that is close to work and finding out it had closed I was ready to let someone have it! It was still on google maps and said it was open! I thought I was calling corporate but somehow got connected to the Basalt invisible fence. They could sense my desperation because my dog’s batteries had gone out and they were so nice and sent the batteries that day! I will continue to call this location and give them my business instead of ordering online.

Kenneth showed up on time. I have an invisible fence that was installed 20+ years ago. It was not working when we arrived sometime ago. The fence goes under a driveway, a large boulder, and a small creek. Within just a few minutes, Kenneth found the break. He not only fixed it but offered to do it for free. He then gave me a battery and made sure my lab was still safe. I would recommend this invisible fence dealership highly.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Invisible Fence. The office was responsive and their office manager Melissa was quick to reply to our initial inquiry, scheduling us within 48 hours of my first call.Their installer Bob was prompt, helpful and very clear in his explanations of how the technology works, and he did a wonderful job with the installation. He was also patient with us and our dog in relaying training tips--a huge help to both our active adolescent dog and our "new to invisible fences" family. He knows his product after many years and linear feet of installation (he estimated 1million feet of fence installed(!) and offered us lots of good tips that were easy to implement with our dog.I am not one to write frequent online reviews but we had such a positive experience I felt moved to write this one. I could not recommend this company or the installer Bob Sigg more and we would readily use Invisible Fence of Western Colorado again. We had an A!++ experience in all ways.
