Lumberjack Scotty was extremely kind to me and my 7 children. He asked to take turns petting them . After that my kids took turns petting HIM. He then took them into his “Cool Party basement” and left them there while I shopped. This made the experience very comfortable as i didn’t have to deal with my annoying children barking at me. He was a bit hesitant to return my kids as he wanted me to have the best experience, but they were banging the door, so I had no choice but to take them 😒 Overall great experience and my kids are speechless with how fun the basement was!

Wonderful staff! We drove 2hrs to rent a uhaul that was late being returned and they treated us so well while we waited roughly 1 1/2 hrs. They were super quick getting the truck turned around and getting us out the door. Would certainly recommend this store to everyone.

Love this lumber yard and Ace Hardware store! Super friendly and helpful staff, great re-set of the store by new management -- especially love the new "paint" section that has EVERYTHING in one spot, and zowie the power tools! Highly recommended!

I'd give this wonderful hardware store 6 stars if I could. Somehow they seem to always have just what I need and the prices are very reasonable. Then there's the staff. Nicest crew you could hope to find AND they are very knowledgeable. They've been a lifesaver many times over.

Michael and everyone there were amazing. We were in desperate need of a camping stove and they did not have any on the shelf. They checked the area of the shipment they had just received and were able to scrounge one up for us. They also gave us a recommendation for a great lunch just down the road, since they knew we were hungry.Great Experience!

Don't let the size of this place fool you, they pack so much into this tiny space that I always find what I need. The staff are always super helpful and considerate as well. Great local hardware store.

The only thing missing is a couple of chairs and an empty barrel with a checkerboard on top waiting for players. This Ace hardware is our go to place for everything home related, including dog treats. If I can't find it, Dawn or one of her coworkers knows where it is located in the store.

This place has been great until this morning. A worker refused another customer the online price for pellets swearing st her, then cursed out my friend using f words and told her to go back to where she came from when their store didn't carry the product we were looking for. Horrible service. The old guy working on 6-12-18 is awful. He alone is why we wont shop at this location any more.

This is the second time I've felt with her and she is the the most disrespectful person I've met here.Terrible , owner reached out and asked me send an email with an invalid email!!! I live in Bailey and have been renovating my home for awhile now. After trying both locations a lot, probably 30 - 40 times at each location over 4 years. I have had it with the poor service, know it all but always wrong advice from the Bailey location. It seems they are either rude because they are busy or lackadaisical when not busy.It is amazing to me that these two locations are owned and managed by the same. I will continue to buy local but from Moore in Pine Junction. No more wasted trips and wasted time going to the Bailey location
