DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM HOME DEPOT, EVER!!!! If you send a bad review for home depot and they say they would like you to fill out a form to "resolve your issue", don't waste your time, this is the response you will get...."Thank you for reaching out to express your thoughts regarding our policies and product warranties. Home Depot as a whole has gone very down hill. I called their 800 number yesterday and it wasted 10 minutes of my time trying to sell me a 911 emergency device. Are you a home improvement store or a 3rd party emergecy device seller. Pull your head out, you could become the next K-Mart of home improvement stores. Your website is great but the continuity of service get gets scrambled at times.

Worst policies and customer service. Not only were they not helpful, but to stick to a 90-day return policy when it was a manufacturer’s warranty issue that electrified our pipes is not ok. We spoke with Rheem multiple times and they will reimburse Home Depot, but then Home Depot would not reimburse us. I’m not sure how we were supposed to know there was an issue within the water heater until it broke down which happened 6 months after it was purchased. We should have learned our lesson the first time we purchased appliances from Home Depot. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT, THEY’ll SCREW YOU. Response to below response - WHAT A JOKE!!! Ignore home depot's response below. I wasted more of my time filling out the web form so they could "resolve my issue" and they just sent me an email giving us more lip service that they will not be doing anything to resolve the issue, but that they will be standing by their 90 day return policy even though it was a manufacturer's issue.

Called 20 times over several days to make a small change and finalize a kitchen appliance order with protection plans. I just can't get anyone to answer. Twice I was able to get customer service to try to get someone at the appliance desk but no luck. They left a note yesterday for the appliance reps but I still have not had a response 24 hours later and I'm in a rush. I'm about to go to somewhere else further away and pickup appliance myself rather than have them delivered because I just can't wait any longer!

I waited for 1 hour, after asking 5 different "home depot staff" for help to get carpet. Nobody showed up...if you can get to Lowes in Glenwood, do it. %110 better customer service. The second person I asked for help didn't even stop walking, just said over his shoulder as he walked away, "I'll get ya someone" He and the other 3 folks I asked for help gave ZERO Fs. Hey CONTRACTORS, send your people to Lowes, longer drive, but better results.

To whom it may concern… Y’all over water your plants in the Garden Center. Causing most of them to carry diseases regularly. Specifically fungal diseases that easily transfer from plant to plant. Check the soil before you buy, often you can see fungal diseases already growing as well as brown spot on the leaves. More often than not I’m purchasing already sick plants. Just something to keep in mind! Hopefully y’all have some sort of program in place for folks that can’t cure the sick plants- to bring in the dead ones & replace them? Or refund them? Those $50-$100 plants are not cheap…

We were driving from Denver to Moab with our camper and got into an accident which did significant damage to the side of the camper. One stop, got everything we needed for a patch that got us not only to Moab but all the way home. It was perfect! They staff was amazing, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with this location!

This Home Depot is amazing. My review is in response to something that the company as a whole has been doing.Please stop using this adhesives for your barcode. It does not come off easily and leaves square a shadow when the wood is stained. For the cost of lumber the barcode should not be this horrible. Every piece of plywood has this ON THE MIDDLE OF THE BOARD. At least put it in the corner.

Tell you I walked in the door and encountered a Hispanic lady in uniform. I asked about fans she pointed down the lumber aisle and said, "Two guys back there." No one was there, and definitely no fan met another African male employee and another set of bad direction.Frustrated? Yes. I left without ever finding a fan

After contracting with this company for 7 Anderson Windows, 2 were incorrect. The installation was faulty. All home Depot wanted to do was walk away. We were left with inoperable windows that were visibly crooked and leaked.. They refused to remedy the situation.

I am a pro customer who builds in rural areas and do most of my pickups here. I called four days in a row to check on my online order that was showing weirdness in the tracking. I could not reach anyone at the front desk; the phone just kept ringing. The text option also did not get a response. Seems like something that needs fixing. I heard another person in line complaining about the same issue.

I am very irritated with this Home Depot. Unfortunately my order 2qs sent to the Avon store instead of the Grand junction store. The order 2ws not only not delivered, they lied and said they tried to deliver it. I was home, waiting for them, all day. I advised them I have cameras everywhere and did not see them once. They then started to back pedal. After talking to a manager, I was assured that my order would be dealt with in a timely manner. Over a week later I called back to confirm to follow up and nothing has been done and nobody knows what's going on. Not that it shouldn't really matter but I haven't spent almost $20,000 at the store in the last month and have been treated awfully with horrible customer service. I will ensure all of my future orders come out of the Grand junction Colorado store

A short while back, I needed to buy a bathtub for a home improvement project. Sam at the Customer Service desk was fantastic! I had the product number with me, and she found that they might have one in stock. She wasn't able to find someone in plumbing, so she went herself to find the item and help me with it. I really appeciated her extra effort, and I was able to have the tub ready before the work started again. Thank you Sam! Also - I've had great experience with the paint department. Friendly, patient, and helpful.

Called and asked about having a trailer in stock since website said "1", they said yes, drove almost 2 hours and they don't even carry trailers at that store, and it took them almost 25 minutes just to figure that out. Not impressed with associate knowledge or customer service.

One of the worst HDs I’ve ever worked with!!! It’s been almost three months and we still don’t have the washer we ordered. I’ll update if this gets fixed but as it stands they have no clue what they’re doing.Here's the update: Store manager did a really nice job with service recovery, but when the final delivery came the 3rd party delivery guy said the store made it an outside delivery only. Had to haul-in and install the washer on my own.

I like the store itself but in the entire time this store has been here, I have NEVER had an associate ask to assist me. Except once when I was staring at the exhaust fans figuring out in my head what to do... the a lady manager came over and asked if "everything was alright". I was so happy until I realized that I was standing 10 ft from an emergency exit and she was just play security. The store is clean but if you need any assistance or good customer service , go to Ace Hardware.

Worst Home Depot experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been several stores sometimes daily. I asked 4 separate employees for assistance. In all my other experiences when you do this the employee will take you to the item you’re looking for. Net here, every employee just seemed to shrug and point to and section of the store I could check. One even seemed to be upset that I was distributing her conversation with another employee. Needless to say I left and will not be returning even if that means driving further.

We ran into a difficult situation and she was able to help us quickly find a resolution to our issue, remembered us from previous visits, and I had no doubt at any point that we would be taken care of. I reserved a tiller for the garden 3 weeks ago to ensure I had it for a certain day. Paid a $50 deposit. Day before my rental date, I received a notification that the tiller I reserved was no longer available.Luckily they had other larger tillers that were able to get the job done when I went in the day of and was able to accomplish the job.BUT WHAT IS THE POINT OF RESERVATIONS IF IT DON'T HONOR THEM.

Really disappointed with the management. The amount of time to get help is absurd. Some of the worst customer service considering they won't take the time to help and would rather be on their phones. Thank you to the only 3 people who helped me get what the other 6 people couldn't. Or at least they said what I was looking for "wasn't available". Please make sure to recognize Eli and his Co worker in lumber as well as the guy in the rental area. They seemed to be the only qualified employees.

Worst experience ever. Checkout staff was incredibly condescending to the extent that I left without purchasing my full cart of goods. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told repeatedly that one was on the way but after half an hour no one had shown up. Will be shopping elsewhere even at these high gas prices.

I tried to get help for over an hour to load pavers on a cart and my truck. Three workers stood around chatting in the plant area the entire time. I asked customer service for help and the three idiots chatting in a group. I have a walking boot on my foot from surgery and it was clear I could use a hand. It took an hour to load 50 pavers on a flat cart for my 15 year old son and I. Still needed 50 more. We pushed the cart out to my truck before paying....I know looks like I am trying to take them, however, I wanted to see how quickly I got help if they thought I was stealing them. I still needed 50 more pavers and would have gone back in to pay. The voicemail advertisement even states someone will help you load...just ask. The three lazy employees in the plant department all came out as well as the service desk woman that was so rude! I did not purchase anything. Instead I went to Lowe's in Glenwood Springs the next day and had perfect service. I am only one person but my 700.00 went to Lowe's instead of Home Depot. I am sick of lazy workers in some of these stores.
