If I could zero stars I would. The first thing I noticed upon walking in was the smell. It smelled so gross and disgusting. Why isn't this shop being cleaned? That alone makes it so unsafe for the dogs. Any shop should be cleaned throughly and frequently ESPECIALLY if people's fur babies are getting services. The amount of illnesses and diseases they could catch is awful.The second thing I noticed was how uneducated the owners seemed to be. Do you even do any grooms? I'm not sure how you can own doodles and own a grooming shop but know nothing about grooming.One of their doodles were behind the counter and seemed so aggressive. Having a reactive dog around other dogs is so so dangerous and can seriously trigger reactivity in other dogs as well.Not only did they have a reactive dog behind the counter but there was no type of security or gate at the door protecting the dogs from running out. How many dogs have you guys lost because of this?When I called to make an appointment the groomer I spoke to was rude and had unreasonable lengths of time to do the groom.We did not end up getting our dog groomed with mountain k9 due to all the red flags we saw right off the bat. I would NOT recommend this place. All in all it was a dirty, disgusting and unprofessional experience. We all love our fur babies so protect them and take them elsewhere to get groomed!

The owner was very rude to me in the store. When I voiced my opinion he threatened me ( who does that …that is never ok but esp as a business owner , not smart on top of it)It got to the point that I was scared he would get physical . I hope he gets the help he needs.

I had the pleasure of bringing my triple coat Pomeranian to Chris yesterday for a complete major grooming. The staff were so welcoming, and nothing short of amazing how he looked when I picked him up. Friendly staff, highly recommend to anyone with a fur baby. Sandy Stegall

Thus shop is fairly new to the area and the owner is fabulous We used the bathing station and it was first class. The store had the best goodies for our dog. I highly recommend Mountain K9

Everything your dogs need, from quality foods, snacks, accessories, toys, etc. There are also large stalls for bathing and a groomer. The owners are so helpful and knowledgeable and are the nicest people you'll ever meet.
