First of all the staff is delightful and very helpful, kind ladies working today. We came in for the first time. Excited about the new location in Eagle, no dog wash, but closer to home. Goal was to self wash our lab! There was no wait and they made us feel right at home. After the bath, Mac sniffed out some treats and we were on our way. So convenient, soap, towels, grooming tools, dryer all provided. Thank you, worth the trip up valley for a “Christmas” clean pup.

After talking to one of the very experienced and amazing employees of this place I was recommended a Urinary cat food that has honestly saved me hundreds of dollars in vet bills. My cat loves the food and hasn’t had a UTI in over a year! He’s prone to UTIs and even while one prescription foods sill got them multiple times a year! Not any more! No joke this place is awesome!

So many amazing toys, collars, treats, dog backpacks and carriers....so much fun it's to much to explain. They have any kind of food or treats that your searching for that are healthy and fresh! An experience you and your pup will enjoy.

Love this little store for our pup. We can give her a bath and buy her goodies. Last time she picked her frog toy. Didn't like the bath though. The staff is extremely friendly.

What a great service and shop. After coming back from camping the Dog was beyond dirty, quick unannounced visit on way back to town the Fresh Tracks Pet Shop do it yourself wash stations were just what we needed, full with soap and conditioner, combs and scissors to pick out the grit and tree sap which collected on the dogs long fur.

Great place! Dog wash is fantastic and the new owner (also named Steve) is fantastic. Our 5 month old loves the treats! Great selection of food (no crappy brands), excellent selection of leashes/trainers & treats.

This is a great store. Offering not only good quality products but also excellent customer service and advice. My dog started having GI issues and after buying a recommended supplement, ten hours later big improvement was obvious. Whenever around - I will be stopping by there. Thank you !!!

Had a great visit here, loved the assortment of high quality treats/meal toppers etc. The owner was also very nice and super helpful. He helped measure my dog and fit her to a rain jacket!

This shop has a great selection of high quality dog food. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. I wash my dog here and I have to say that the dog self wash area is always clean and ready to use. They also have everything you that you will need to wash your dog towels, shampoos, conditioner, grooming instruments, etc. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here.

Best pet store in the valley by far! Owners are friendly and knowledgeable and the food and toys are higher quality while still affordable. They focus on pet nutrition so if your pet has any allergies, you can get a test that will help pinpoint the problem foods or environmental factors for a fraction of the cost to go to the vet. As an added bonus, they will interpret your pet’s results and provide you with recommended foods. My dogs’ and cat’s lives have changed for the better as a result. Skin, coat, appetite, energy level and demeanor are all better because of Fresh Tracks. Thanks for being a welcoming store with a hip vibe.

The self service dog wash here is amazing. They have everything you need from shampoo, nail clippers, towels, a blow dryer, to an assortment of brushes. They even have aprons for you to wear to avoid getting messy. The treats and soothing music playing in the room are a great added touch, as my dog tends to get nervous when it's bath time. The grooming area is top notch, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a great pet shop

Amazing shop and good prices for the valley. I am always trying to save, but during Covid I had to wait too long to get my dog food online so I went here. Glad I did bc they were quick to show me to a healthier dog food for the same price as online with no wait. Also, we got a doggy life vest and cooling vest here as affordable as anything we could find online but we had them there to let us try it on. They told me the first time I came in that they make sure everything in the store is safe and digestable. You can tell they really care about nutrition and my fur baby's well well being. We really like these guys.

Steve and Dee are two of the nicest people I have ever met. Rocco the manager is extremely knowledgeable. Everyone here is a straight shooter and they will do everything they can to get you what your canine or feline needs. Best selection of raw food I have seen. There is a DIY bath in the back also. Check this place out and be amazed

I sent my wife in to pick up puppy food N&D lamb blueberry and pumpkin. The clerk gave her adult food. Boar apple and pumpkin. When my wife said pumpkin and blueberry. and lamb. The clerk when I went back to get the puppy food. He stated that my wife asked for the yellow bag blueberry and pumpkin. If you don't know the difference between a blueberry and an apple maybe you should look them up.

We’re from out of town and stopped in to get our little puppy some treats. I wish this store was in our hometown. The owner was awesome and the lady that helped us was incredible too. Our dogs love the beef and Buffalo frozen bones! They also have selection of dog food and toys. We have also used the self service dog baths,the water pressure isn't great but otherwise the amenities are on point.
