I've had good and bad experiences here. Sometimes the sales staff are not knowledgeable about the products, but the last time I was in the girl was super-helpful, asked questions about what I was looking for and offered several recommendations based on the problems I was having getting my dog to eat. Also the stock seems to be low quite a bit - they offer points programs through blue buffalo for the canned food, but they have to be cases of the same variety, and they often don't have enough of one kind to make a whole case. If you do have serious questions about the products you may want to start with your vet unless you get lucky and get the girl I spoke to on my last visit. Otherwise I like to support my local small business owners as often as I can.

This store is great for food and general pet supplies. They do not sell live animals which makes me very pleased because I encourage rescues and responsible breeders. The store focuses on dog and cat needs, and has a great selection of natural based foods including a couple brands of raw. They have a nice selection of cat furniture and dog toys. Their staff is friendly but small. Sometimes they aren't immediately available when I'm ready to check out but they always apologize for not being there right away and get me checked out quickly. There is a frequent buyer program but I don't shop there often enough to take advantage of it. Pets are welcome to come in with you and they host vaccine clinics.

The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful! The first time I visited the store I was looking for options for a higher quality dog food because I had the feeling that my dog was allergic to something that I'm feeding her, even if was grain free. One of the employees gave me few options and explained how are they different and why she recommends some of the brands. But right before I made my decision she asked why I'm making the change because the food that my dog is having is a good one too. I told her about the problems that my dog is having and she said that my dog was probably allergic to chicken after explaining why these things happen with dogs. Since then my dog is in love with her chicken free food and I stopped spending hundreds of dollars on vet bills. Told the vet about her allergies and they acted very surprised! This store has very good selection of food too and I never go wrong picking any of the brands they have, prices a lot better than the big pet stores too!

I've recently moved to the Aurora area, and needed a locally owned store to purchase my dog and cat food. My first visit, I purchased a bag that was 50% off, only because the expire date was close. I wasn't paying attention, but I paid the full price. Upon my next visit, (I'm sorry the names are escaping me) I talked to the firm that was there, explained the situation, and she gave me the 50% off of that purchase... At that point, they had a happy and future customer. My next visit, a different employee, talked to me about 2 different brands I was considering changing to, for my Corgi fur kid. She gave me so much information. More than pleased with this store.I'll definitely be returning!

Natural Balance offers a preferred purchase program and with the 12th bag the company gives 1 free, which is amazing but The Pet Club has told my husband he is on the 10th bag, the last 3 times he has been in their store. Super frustrating! We have contacted the manufacturer of the dog food to let them know too. We will definitely be purchasing our dog food elsewhere moving forward. Not impressed with The Pet Club.

We always buy our dog food here. Its pretty much one of the few places within maybe 10 or 15 miles that sells natural/organic pet food options. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the dog food is fairly priced.

I love this store! It's the only place I can find the Diamond brand Performance formula for my energetic pup. They have so many natural chews and treats for my power chewers. Helpful, friendly staff!

Employees are usually cheerful, they have a great selection and unique options and items.My dogs love Sojos-Human grade freeze-dried raw dog food. Just add water!

I come in twice a week and buy the canidae dog food. I love that they always have it in stock and that thwy do the customer program where you buy 12 bags amd get one free. Staff is super friendly and love pets! :) Everytime I come in we talk about rescues and our current foster dogs! They also have amazing treats, my dogs love the yak milk bones and bully sticks. They are much cheaper than petsmart or petco and they carry only the best dog food brands.

The staff here is AMAZING. I spoke with Nez, the employee at the store, and she helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. She also provided me with a lot of information about the product line from which I was purchasing, Stella and Chewy. I've never been to this store before but I will absolutely be back!

This pace sent out coupons to the whole neighborhood with listings of what food they carried. For example Pro plan. Nope they didn't even have it. They said the would order it. Never happened. good thing I didn't wait. Because it never came. Never got a phone call about it being in or sorry we can't get it in for ya. Just go to your vets office or Petsmart or the other big name place. Which the name just escaped me. Don't go to pet club they don't have what they advertise.

I went in looking for cat food for my 4 cats and Adia helped me. She is amazing and extremely knowledgeable! She knew exactly which brands were the best and I left extremely happy and confident in my choice! I will for sure be back. Thanks Adia!

lies, lies, lies. Became a part of their “loyalty” program (buy 10 get 1 free) to be told the food I’ve been buying (6-7 bags in) is not a part of their loyalty program. Young kids, no customer service and not a place I would EVER recommend.

This blonde girl is such a jerk. I'm literally in the parking lot writing this. She wouldn't help recommend a dog food for my puppy. I finally picked one out alone. I went to pay and she grabs the card out of my hand and throws it back along with my ID. I picked them uo and said thank you anyway. She just scoffed, threw my receipt and walked away. What a frickin jerk. Definitely won't be coming here again.

Made me very paranoid being followed every where in the store asking if we needed help every five seconds judgmental people with a friendly mask i did not like my service their today very disappointed and feel violated as ifI wwas being kept a close eye on for my skincolor happens a lot more now a days I feel like. way to ruin somsomeone's day if only you guys knew how insignificant your guys jobs are to mine I have no need to steal anything stop following me around the store its beginning to feel like a race thing again

This place keeps their betta fish in TINY water cups, about a third the size of the already too-cramped betta cups you see in most stores. Most of the fish were so squished in that they couldn't even fully extend because the container is so tiny. Disgusting.
