This was our first groom at Petco and I wasn't sure what to expect. Our groomer was very helpful and recommended a specific treatment for my pug's dry skin, which I appreciated. When I picked him up he was happy, soft, and looked great! The treatment they recommended really did help his skin and he looks so much better and it's clear he's much more comfortable. We will definitely be going back :)

The young lady that did my dog's trim and bath did a really amazing job. He really never looked better. I liked her attitude as well, the appointment was for 8:00 a.m. and she was very kind and helpful even at that early hour.

I gave these scores because our groomer Sara is always accomodating to Sassy's needs. Sara always explains what Sassy needed and why she may have cut more hair off of her. I really like Sara and although she (Sassy) will not say so, I know she likes Sara too! Thanks Sara for all you do .

Sara is always friendly and passionate about her work. Sassy use to be nervous when we took her in but sara makes us feel comfortable with leaving Sassy. Sassy seems more comfortable too.

Our groomer, Shannan, was so sweet with our dog. It's obvious that she really cares about animals and she was gentle with him. He's afraid of water and she took that in to account. He seemed happy afterwards. I was worried he would be traumatized.

The staff was professional, knew the services and carried out the rabies policy to the letter. Reason I gave a 8 instead of a 10. I was quoted a different price when I scheduled my grooming, they did not have the type dog correctly and I didn't get a sheet afterwards as to how my dogs behaved.

The staff at Petco in Green Valley Ranch is amazing and they take such good care of our fur babies! We can tell that they really love what they do and they really care about the animals that they serve. We highly recommend Petco!

Lena hates to get groomed, but Melissa does a great job of hanging in there and giving Lena good grooming. It is one of the few services that I actually feel like I got my money worth.
