I've been to several groomers over several years. I have finally found our place. My puppies are cared for and look fantastic every time. They used to come home stressed and now they're always happy and relaxed. Best place ever. Liz is amazing. Can't beat the prices either. Highly recommend. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur babies!

Place is quite clean, people there are very polite. I thought my furry friend's clipping was too close, esp. by genital area ! They said the fur will grow back, nothing to worry about. However, he keeps licking that area, no blood but the person might have nicked him. It has been 4 days since the visit, so am not sure 'bout this.

My family and I have been bringing our dogs to this amazing groomer for several years now and have not had any complaints until this week due to their new hire. I brought in my elderly Pomeranian and Long Haired Chihuahua to have them groomed by a new groomer. Allie or Alyssa did a poor job on their cut and shaved their bellies for some reason. Both of my dogs have irritated bellies from some sort of razor burn and now have to see the vet. My Pomeranian came home with an irritated, squinty and itchy eye that still hasn't fully recovered so she will need treatment. Both of my dogs are currently in cones until they can see the vet. The new groomer could not tell me what caused my Pomeranians eye to get injured. I have left a 5 star review here in the past because Angie has always been an incredible groomer to my pups. I trust Angie with my dogs and I hope to work with her to mend this situation. This updated review is for the new groomer who saw my dogs and injured them. I don't recommend her grooming anyone's dogs. In my two decades of having my pets groomed I've never seen a multitude of injuries like this from a grooming appointment. Please use caution when booking here and make sure to schedule with any other groomer at this location.

Horrible place! In the beginning I was happy but when I had a complaint about how I thought my dogs nails needed to be cut shorter everything changed! Angie was my dogs groomer and on several occasions. My dogs nails were not cut short enough and when I tried to bring it up to her I met with an attitude. My next problem was when they hired a new groomer for Christmas. My dogs haircut was so bad that they apologized and gave me my money back and said they fired her because they were getting so many complaints about her. Please be aware when and if you take your pet to this place!

This is my second time bringing my two huskies in for a groom. These people are amazing and professional! My huskies look amazing and SO FLUFFY. You can tell they care so much about your pets, and make sure they come out looking perfect. My brown husky is a lot to handle ( drama Queen) and hates being groomed but they still manage to let her leave the place looking great.I am for sure coming back here again. The price for both huskies full groom is unbeatable.

My Dog gets freaked out going to any groomer, he always comes out happy and excited not timid and afraid. I love how they take care of my baby boy. Very affordable last visit I figured with everything if pay close to 100, nope not even close.

The staff have been grooming my lovely children since 2017 or 18. Was going to their old location on Mississippi until they moved and still I intend on taking my kiddos to get groomed. They do an exceptionally wonderful job all the time with everything, no nicks, cuts, or bruises! Everyone is very friendly and professional, I really appreciate the time and dedication they take grooming my 3 spoiled felines. This is the first and ONLY place I have ever been to, to have my children groomed and I don't plan on going anywhere else!!

!!!! BEST GROOMING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!They were so nice from when I made the appointment to drop off to pick up. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my pup since the last place I took him to left him terrified, when I arrived they took their time to talk to me and made me feel really good about leaving my baby there. He was in such a good mood when we picked him up so we knew he had been groomed with love. This will definitely be our go to place from now on, you can just tell in these pictures how happy he was after being there. I am so thankful for everyone there for treating my pup with love!

Never have I met two women who show more care and concern for my Hooligans than Auntie Angie (the owner) and Auntie Liz (Angie's Partner in Grime!). These lovely women will point out something that should be checked by a vet, and they are correct.I have also had some Seriously Grumpy FurChildren for whom Angie and Liz have shown EXTREME Patience. Angie and Liz don't even raise their voices!There is NOBODY who can hold a candle to Liz when it comes to Scissor-cutting a poodle‼️ My poodles come out looking like the softest chenille!!! My FurKids and I LOVE Pet Clips. It's worth the wait!

First time here and I highly recommend. The staff was so helpful, professional and friendly. I could not believe how affordable the price was for such an amazing job. My new rescue cat had very matted fur with developing sores. They did such a great job and the cat is already much happier.

Have taken both of our dogs here, strictly for nail trims. Affordable (less than the vet charges), quick, and no appointment needed - drop in when they are open. The ladies are very sweet and clearly love the animals they work with. Support small businesses in the area :-)

Took my dog to get grommed and he came back with a lot of red spots on his skin, it looked irritated and he was in a lot of pain. Who knows what kindof stuff they do to the poor animals and now I'm currently trying to cure my dogs skin for something they caused. Definitely do not recommend this business to anyone who cares about the well being of their pet.

Liz is the absolute best! She cares for all 4 of my dogs. She knows exactly what they want and understands that they are different :). She handles my senior pup with extreme care, it’s almost like she loves them as much as I do. I will never go anywhere else but to Liz!

I moved to Pet Clips after a friends recommendation. Staff is always polite and my pups don't come home traumatized. They schedule about a month out and that's good for me, I plan ahead. I have one pup that requires regular grooming or her hair gets too long to manage. My other pup is just a big baby and he always comes home smelling great and with trimmed nails.

This is a great place! This was my puppies first experience with the grooming and it was a good experience. Super reasonable. Very friendly staff and the groom trimmed my dogs coat beautifully. She was very accommodating of my request and did not find issue with me calling to check on him. Parking is easy and there is a decent amount of it. There is no seating in lobby right now because of COVID but it is still inviting and there is plenty to do in the area near by.

I was absolutelyshocked when the groomer opened my cats carrier and started petting her while getting to know us. My cat would've bolted or at least whined and hissed under any other circumstance. But with her (the groomer) she just laid there as calm and content as could be to let her keep petting her while we talked. The groomer put us both at ease with her caring and professional manner. She took the time to get to know us and to make sure she understood exactly what type of grooming I was looking for while giving me Shockingly Affordable and Upfront pricing. When I came back to pick her up I couldn't have been happier with the results - she looked amazing! Best of all, my cat quickly returned to her normal happy behavior the second we got her home. So I know she was well taken care of and treated with Love and Respect - otherwise she would've hidden under the bed until the next day. I'm so glad we found Pet Clips and I highly recommend you try them out if you're looking for a groomer.

Took our Golden Sadie in for her first groom in several years. Requested standard Golden cut with a sanitary shave. Let them know she has hip dysplasia on both sides, but will stand when asked. She was done in about 4 hours and was absolutely gorgeous when we picked up. She was also her normal bouncy happy Goldem self as well. Talked to Eddy who groomed her, and he was very patient with her and her hip issues. Going to now specifically request Eddy when I can and bring Sadie here every few months. $70 for an 80lb Golden was worth every penny. Very excited to have found a new groomer.

This was our first visit for a nail trim. I have an anxious dog and the groomer met me in the lobby for the service. She was very professional, kind and caring with my dog. The price for a trim is unbeatable. We will be coming back. Thank you.

We started to use Pet Clips about a year and a half ago after reading so many great reviews and their location. They do a great job with grooming, and have never had any issues with my 3 fur babies. However the lack in hospitality and customer services are my reasons for finding another groomer. Every time I have dropped my dogs off it usually take about 2-3 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I came in. When I am acknowledged the staff always seems annoyed and grouchy. Just recently they took almost two weeks to cash my check after giving me two different prices. I understood they only accept cash or check, it just would have been courteous to reach out and let us know our check would not clear that long after our visit. My choice to find another groomer is simply not feeling valued or appreciated as a customer.

I've been going here for over 10 years. Angie does a wonderful job with my cats and my dogs. She makes my babies beautiful. Great prices. I drive 20 minutes to get to her even though there are dog grooming closer to me. I would never take my babies to anyone but her. I highly recommend Pet Clips.

My pup has separation anxiety and bad hips making it hard to find a groomer, but with the groomers she is so relaxed and happy to walk in and appears even more so and not even limping walking out. The workers really love the animals and do the best for them, and are so reasonably priced and flexible. Can't tell you how much I love this place.
