I can't say enough positive things about this company. They go beyond on helping with any questions or concerns you have with harness . I had gotten the u shape for the back end and it turned out it wasn't right for my dog Brady who is 13 years old it was kinda borderline I contacted them and they asked for pictures they responded quickly with the solution and exchanged the other one for me, in which I received yesterday an fits him perfect. This is my first time having to use on my dog. My veterinarian recommended them highly since his dog is wearing one, and also a co worker had one for they're dog. They are a little more expensive than some others on Amazon but it was money well spent! Brady has no problem wearing it or going potty with it on. I just took it for bed time. Customer service is top notch. I will recommend to everyone about this company! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

The Help Em Up harness has been a game changer for me and has only gotten more useful and important. My dog is 14 years old and weighs 98 lbs. In his senior years, his mobility has decreased due to arthritis, hip dysplasia, being overweight and, of course, old age itself. I started with non slip socks, then a sling, then a different kind of harness. Finally, my vet recommended Help Em Up. It's unbelievable how easy it makes it to handle and lift your pet. My dog has gotten to the point where he is dependent on me walking him using the harness. I wouldn't be able to take care of him with the previous products I purchased. It's just me and my 98 lbs dog and I'm not exactly in great shape. But this harness gives me the ability to walk him, lift him, and carry him if needed. I would recommend this product to anyone.They also provided great and prompt customer service. When there was a problem with post office getting me my package, they followed up with me quickly. They sent out another one immediately in priority mail so we would get it ASAP. I can't recommend it enough.

My sweet boy, Larry, has a neurological issue that affects his hind legs and more recently was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I purchased a Help 'Em Up Harness several months ago and it has been a GAME CHANGER. It allows me to help Larry go upstairs for bed and be with us. It also allows me to help him when he's going outside (so amazing that they can still go to the bathroom normally with this harness). Larry can still get around, but he stumbles easily and frequently needs extra support. The last few weeks he's been having a particularly hard time, so it's been extremely helpful to have.We had tried other full body harnesses, but nothing compares to the Help 'Em Up Harness. The others were lacking in quality and comfort. Your harness is easy to get on and Larry doesn't mind having it on whatsoever. He actually knows when I put it on him each morning that it's time to get his day started. I keep it on him during the day so we can easily help him when needed. He has no issues getting comfortable with it on. We've washed it several times and the quality remains. Hoping to buy a second one soon so we can always have a fresh one ready to go.Thank you so very much for creating a high-quality product that helps me help my best friend.Please feel free to share this review. My English Mastiff, Valkyrie, is now 101/2 years old and 175lbs. Two years ago she was diagnosed with spondylosis. She is gradually losing strength in her rear legs. A year ago ( after an incident where she couldn't get up without help) I decided to order the Help'Em Up Harness. Local pet stores only carried harnesses that were rated for dogs no more than 130lbs. It was an easy process & the staff were very helpful in answering my questions. But I live in Canada & they are an American company so I had to contend with an exchange rate & adding to that Canada Customs dinged me import duties. In total I ended up paying $250, more than the harnesses here in the stores. Five days after I received the harness Kyrie again got herself into a bit of a pickle where she couldn't get up herself. I was only able to slide one side of the rear harness over one leg. But that made all the difference. It was quite easy to help her on her feet once she got her front feet under her (much easier than the towel trick). That one incident made the entire cost well worth it. That & this harness is very well built, sturdy, lots of adjustment in the straps, with easy to understand detailed instructions, not to mention the follow up help I have received. Kyrie has good & bad days. I usually do not leave the harness on her all day unless she is having a bad day.I have needed to use several times in the past year and can't even begin to say how happy I am with it.

As our dog has gotten older, he needs assistance with his mobility. We purchased the help em up harness and it has been amazing. It is a quality product and works so well. Our dog is an American Bulldog and is too large for me to lift safely or, more importantly, comfortably for my dog and this harness allows me to lift him easily into the car, up and down stairs, on the couch. We had an issue with the clasp and we contacted customer service. Not only is their product outstanding, so is there customer service. So impressed with this product and this company. I would highly recommend purchasing this harness.

Awesome Product, Awesome Service, Awesome Company. The harness is so useful for my sweet boy dog. The harness is very well made, and the design was thoughtful for different body types. My little one ended up needing one size for the front, and another for the back, with some accommodation for his boy bits. Helpemup was happy to let me do an exchange, and they were very easy to contact. Their customer service is top notch - pleasant, knowledgeable, and approachable staff make all the difference. They have earned a big fan in me. No wonder my dog's physical therapist recommends their products so highly.

Help’EmUp Harness has made such a difference. We were using a couple of different types of harnesses to help our senior dog get into a standing position and support him while walking. Our vet mentioned this harness and we purchased in Dec 2023. We loved the support! In January we purchased another harness. When it was delayed somewhere in shipping, customer service representative Darya immediately helped us get another harness.Exceptional harness and customer service!

Our vet recommended the Help ‘Em Up Harness for our senior dog who has been diagnosed with degenerative myelopathy. Getting her in and out of the car had become very difficult as her back legs don’t work so well anymore and I have a bad back. I used it for the first time today and was so impressed at how easy it was to get her in and out of the car. It was so much easier on both of us. Fantastic product!!!!

I first received my Helpemup Harness in October 2023 for my then 13 & 1/2 year old Black Lab Bruin. I mainly used it for helping him up the stairs and onto my bed. Sadly even that is too much for him now. However, this picture was taken last weekend at Rye Beach in Rye, NY. Bruin went into the water and had a very happy time. I simply could not have taken him to his favorite place without your harness. I don't know how much more time we have together, but I thank you for every day because I could not help him up without it. He's the same dog mentally who came into my life at 11 months old, he's sweet and loving and still has the well known voracious Labrador appetite, his back legs have just failed him. Thank you for all this bonus time with my sweet, sweet boy

Upon the advice of my Weimaraner's physical therapist I purchased one of your harnesses. He is 8 and had a stroke almost two weeks ago which left him unable to stand or walk. We purchased several harnesses on Amazon trying to find the right one before we spoke to our therapist. Couldn't find anything that fit properly or quickly. As you know, Weims are difficult to fit with their large chests. I am so impressed with how easy and safe it is to move my dog around with your wonderful harness! My wife is also able to move him with relative ease and we both feel he is safer and more secure and my back is really happy too! I really like the extra amount of strapping that you include as this makes it so much easier to fit when between sizes. Again, great job on your design and your quality!

I can't say enough good things about this lifting dog harness!First off, it arrived faster than expected when my wife ordered it, which is always a plus in my book. The customer support team was incredibly helpful in guiding her to the perfect size for our dog, Captain. The harness fits like a glove, and it's clear that the team knows their stuff.Captain recently underwent TPLO surgery, and this harness has been a game-changer in his recovery. It provides the support he needs without causing any discomfort and he can wear it the whole day. The quality of the materials is great, and I’m sure it’ll last through Captain’s entire recovery and then some.Seems like all the upset reviewers missed the policy at the checkout. It's stated in big bold red letters, I read it. So I understand the frustration, but you have no one to blame for not reading it.In summary, prompt delivery, excellent fit with helpful advice from the customer support, and a significant aid in post-surgery recovery for our furry family member. Highly recommended!

I cannot thank you all enough for the help that this harness gave Ryder in the last two years of his life. This helped him be somewhat independent as long as he had his dad by his side, and all this boy ever cared about was his freedom. This story is special to me because I met one of the designers/owners/CEO at DIA and we bonded over an old fashioned with Woodford Reserve (because it sounded better than the whiskey he had chosen), and when we got to talking Ryder came up and how he was starting to have problems with his back legs. He had one shipped one to my house because this company cares. I can not stand by this product enough, I tell everyone I see with an elderly/disabled dog to get one, because it gave me a great extra two years with my boy. 5/5 good boys.

Our 13 year old yellow lab, Dakota hurt her left rear leg on Thanksgiving. We spent most of the day in the animal hospital. A friend introduced us to your harness. It was a Godsend. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻 We ordered it on November 24the with overnight shipping. We got the large which she is using, but feel that the medium would be a better fit. My husband ordered it yesterday with overnight shipping and it arrived today.She loves it. It is her security blanket. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is Ray, our 9 year old Shepard, Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrier mix. Ray was diagnosed with Degenerative Myelopathy in October of 2022 which is comparable to ALS. His back legs have no feeling in them anymore and the disease has started to move to his front legs. My husband and I purchased a Help 'Em Up Harness to help Ray move around easier. It has been a blessing to have and Ray doesn't seem to mind it one bit. I had to order another harness for him and accidentally ordered the wrong style. Ray decided to snack on it so I offered to pay for that one, but the great people at Help 'Em Up told me not to worry about it. We appreciate your kindness and everything you do to help not only dogs but I've seen bunnies, goats and other animals using the harness as well. We'd recommend these harnesses to anyone who needs extra support for their fur babies. Thank you again, we wouldn't be able to properly handle Ray without it!

My vet recommended the "Help 'Em Up Harness" when my dog, Rocky, developed grade 4 IVDD. It was absolutely life changing, he is part of the 10% of dogs that have the anatomy which makes standard slings not work (i.e. I was covered in pee, he was covered in pee... we were not having fun). The harness has given me freedom and ability to safely move Rocky without worry. I love the dual handles which allow me to lift Rocky in and out of the car and "suitcase dog" him whenever needed. The customer service team was incredible when I broke a clip on the harness they responded quickly and helped me fix the situation.Be sure to measure very carefully and follow the instructions on the website to ensure you are getting the right size harness (My 40lb barrel chested dog is a small which feels weird but is correct!!)I will 100% recommend the harness to anyone who is dealing with IVDD, orthopedic injuries, or just an aging dog.

I am so grateful for your product! My 8 year old, 44 lb pup tore both his CCLs and had bilateral TTA surgery. Your harness has been an essential part of his recovery, pre and post surgery.Prior to the surgery, he struggled to move until we got your harness.Once we used your product, I was able to move him with ease and assist him with his outdoor essential needs. Post surgery, the harness has been a miracle helper. I feel confident that he is being supported, keeping him from stumbling and risking reinjury, especially with the winter conditions of snow and ice.My only regret is not getting the straps with my initial purchase!! I forgot to add that it’s easy to clean since sometimes he “sprinkles” on the belly support!

The HelpEmUp Harness is a brilliant invention, and I read about it in the Washington Post in a feature story about different tools for assisting older dog, who need some help getting up and down stairs and into the car, etc. The customer service reps were exceptional, and spent a lot of time with me explaining the sizing, etc. i am so happy to have discovered this company as I know it is going to be so helpful to my dear friends’ 16.5 year old Belgium Melonoit, who is blind and almost deaf, but still so noble. While the "LiftEmUp" harness seems like a great concept, unfortunately this company has an extremely strict, policy that they refuse returns once its essentially out of the package. IE: If your dog can't use it, or it physically hurts them, they don't care, its your waste of money. Because of that, the company fails. Thankfully my bank agrees that when something doesn't work, it should be returned. And in this case it fails to meet expectations, or the ability to use therefore its a paperweight that cost way too much. If the price was half, I'd have written it off, but with the high price I assumed they were setup for that process and its my fault for not reading the return policy.Avoid this company at all cost until they resolve that policy. I can tell you this. If I go to target, put on a pair of underwear, and they don't fit, they accept the return. Then they donate it if they can't re-sell. The donation is tax writeoff for them, so it makes sense to go that route. And while yes Target is a huge company with nice margins, this is still basically anti-consumer policy that will drive this company into the ground. Which is unfortunate because the product itself is nice, just didn't work for my dog correctly (he was clearly in pain after following the instructions, and there was no way I was going to torture him further). Worst customer service I've dealt with in years.
