I enjoy the product the store has, and it's closeness to my residence.I have, however, been there 2 times now where the associates are openly using the F word while talking to other associates. Today's youth may think this is an appropriate word to use openly, but it's been a major turn-off for me!!!!

Ok so this is for the head people that need to review the cameras. I'm in aurora Colorado on Buckley and Mexico. You have an Asian worker he is very short and aggressive. I'm filing a lawsuit on this company. He wants to fight people if you don't like or agree with him. I'm not sure why he is so aggressive and he came outside of the store and pulled our pepper spray and sprayed it, this is absolutely unacceptable and you will hear from my lawyer!!!!!

Asm not helpful at all. I went to pick up an order that was shipped to this store. 1st the cashier had no clue about this option even when I showed email. Then asm came and looked and basicly told me I have to come back because there are boxes everywhere in the back and their freight person is not here right now. I waited over 20 days for this shipment when it was only to be 10 days. Then I asked is this the location just be be sure and she said no. It is the location! Not my issue that your back room is full. Poor customer service I know it's a dollar store but at least try to offer decent customer service.

Well, this particular location is really good ,clean ,neat, and orderly. However, the variety is limited because of the stores size. There are bigger dollar trees out there, but this one is still more convenient for me.

I love it here. It's hard to walk out less than $50 though. That's my fault, not theirs, lol. I mostly come for crafts, snacks, and snacks for the pets.

Made an online purchase and had it delivered to the store. Jessica has been great trying to help me locate my order but the other Managers Mike and Ruby they need to go back to Customer Service training school. Kudos to Crystal she has awesome customer service very nice and polite. Keep it up!

This Dollar Tree facility is far and wide the best one, I have visited to since coming back from overseas. It was very clean, well organized. I had been to this facility several months ago and it was disorganized as well as understaffed. I was welcomed by the staff and made to feel the warmth of the customer service. I have made this my go to shopping place. This Dollar Tree should be the model for other's.

I have been shopping here for about a year. By far the BEST AND CLEANEST store I have been to. I am always treated well by both the manager and the staff. It is organized and clean. If I had a store, I would hire the managers and staff .

This Dollar tree is cleaner than most of them and the employees are really nice and helpful. I drive by several other Dollar trees to go go shopping but I like this one better than any other.

I chose this store because it is usually in a better condition and less busy than Mississippi and Chambers. The photograph frame section was an absolute mess and I was not about to shift through piles of frames to find what I wanted. I did pick up another item and the cashier was extremely rude. The only words from her mouth was the total (no greeting, engagement during, or goodbye). I know it's only a dollar store, but it should be held to the same in stock, conditioned product, and customer service standards as any other business which I do.

You can find regular products one might need for household, pet, clothing, party utensils, party streamers, table cloths, plates, napkins, refrigerated foods, and shelf foods. And much more, Good selections.

Ive shopped here 5 times and was treated very rudely each time by the cashiers. When greeting them with a Hello or Good Morning or How are you, they blatently ignored me each time with no response and walked away. Not friendly or polite at all.

Friendly staff and so many great items for only $1 each. I always find more than I came for and see many reasons to go back. This is a good place to get dishes and kitchenware.

The staff is dumb name Jessica not to sound rude but imma about to get rude. Like after what I just saw I wouldn’t trust her as a cashier the way she think. She told the customer she couldn’t give her change back because it wasn’t enough but if she can do cash back she can do it. if she did you still would have gave her the change through the cash back from the card. An other option was given on two transactions from cash and card she still would of had to give change after the transaction. Either way she still would have to give the customer money back if the drawer was short the only option was to use card and notified the manager.. ugh lol omg bye!!

Horrible customer service at this Dollar tree, every time I go in there in the morning the old lady doing the cashiering is really rude doesn't welcome anybody that comes in the door, she had a bad attitude at the cash register and that's not how you treat customer's I know I was an assistant manager at a family Dollar.
