Croach is the worst kind of company. They use aggressive sales to get you to sign up for a service plan that can't be cancelled without a huge fee.They do a bad job. The number of bugs on my property now is the same as before I started with them. They had no effect. One time I wanted them to get rid of a wasps nest in my bathroom vent. The dude came over and sprayed bug spray into the vent and left. He was here for like 40 seconds. I could have done that. For this I missed half a day of work.They always schedule service during the day and tell me I need to be home, and they won't even tell me what time. I HAVE A JOB. I can't do that.For my most recent scheduled service I couldn't get home for it, because again I have a job. So the guy skipped the back yard, the garage, and the whole inside of the house, but they still charged me full price. They did offer to come back for the rest but...I have a job. This service was also a month late according to the schedule they initially promised me.So after all this I called them to cancel because of the scheduling frustrations and their complete lack of effectiveness, and was told....oh excuse me, REMINDED about the huge cancellation fee. It was in the fine print (but not verbally mentioned) when I signed up. I told the person on the phone my legit reasons for wanting to cancel but they didn't care, they just wanted the money.Stay away from Croach. When a company's business model includes recurring service that can't be cancelled even when a customer is very unhappy, that's a red flag that shouldn't be ignored.

There have been scheduling issues on more than one occasion. If I cancel an appointment they reschedule and don’t bother telling me. I find out they came by when I receive an email saying service has been completed. When I am home and able to interact with the tech he’s in and out in about 5 minutes. If they’re not going to be thorough and honor my requests then there’s no need to have the service. I decided to cancel and a few days later I receive an email stating I owe $400 for cancelling. If you’re not happy with the service being provided you should be able to cancel no questions asked. What bothers me more is that they sneak that fee in rather than being upfront and honest about it from the get go. Aside from the fee I wouldn’t recommend this company because the quality of their work is subpar.

Their phone system needs major work. It took so much time and many phone calls to finally get a person. Then, I got little information or help.. I came away feeling they didn't care to get my business. I won't try reaching out again. I can't recommend them.

On this visit we had Carter and he did an excellent job. He was responsive to our needs, listened and then asked clarifying questions. He was polite and professional and we appreciate his attention to detail.I also wanted to recognize Jess who had come out last time to fix was the previous technician had not completed correctly and she was AMAZING. Jessica Harrison arrived as scheduled and provided the additional services requested to spray the inside of the house and garage for spiders and other insects. Additionally, she bated the exterior mouse traps and treated the rock beds for insects. Jess took the time to answer my questions and explain the process of insect and rodent control. Jess was very professional and courteous. I greatly appreciated her providing this additional service while I was home and for her taking the time time to speak with me. She provided me her card so I could pass it along to my brother who has questions and may be looking for an extermination service company for his property. Samuel consistently does a nice job for us treating proactively for insect and rodent pests. Today he exceeded the good job status in treating our roofline for wasps. Had a salesmen sell me on a single time service I was gonna use a money order for, but ended up giving up my card info. My house is covered in cameras the salesmen stated this is one time service, that was a lie. Next month they tried to authorize a charge. There wouldn’t be talk of a money order if that wasn’t the case but they got me. They completely lied about cleaning the window well of spider webs all of it is untouched. I asked for him to get window seals never did that either. Their employee hit my dad's truck left a dent and didn't care. He proceeded to get into my face and make a scene. His name is Ayo he is about 21 years old. I am sorry for anyone who gets this kid. He is so disrespectful and rude I don't know how he works for them. The dent on his vehicle and his license plate. Will not be sharing pics of the giant dent on my dad's white truck.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY CHARGE $125 PER TRIP MEANING THEY SCHEDULE AS MANY TRIPS AS POSSIBLE. THIS IS 3-4 TIMES MORE THAN ANY COMPANY I HAVE USED. Once they have you they give you barely any updates.

Cory stopped by earlier today and was absolutely incredible! We scheduled with them for this evening and the technician came out (name also started with a “C” but I just forget I’m so sorry)! However, the technician was very polite and worked swiftly. The entire process was less than 20 minutes. Looking forward to this new business relationship!Update: 3/8/23 We have had Lloyd Dyson the past couple of times and he is absolutely spectacular. He is always polite, hilarious & overall a great worker. He is always in and out within 30 minutes. 10/10 service. Wish I could give more stars!Update: 6/14/23 We had Lloyd Dyson again and he knocked it out of the park again! He let us know where and what he was spraying/cleaning and was cognizant of our dog, Charlotte. I have been using crouch for about a year now. Not really pleased with their service, as their primary job is to kill spiders, and it's the one thing they can't seem to kill. Our Technician Josh was friendly and courteous. We had forgotten that he was coming a week ago and didn't leave the gate unlocked. But he took care of the front oh house and our full size porch. I figured oh well it is my fault, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a follow up call to say that he would come back and finish! I was very happy to hear that. He arrived today timely and took care of the back and was very thorough! I have been quite pleased with Croach for the last year! We are so happy that we no longer have those icky spider webs all over the house and garage. If anyone's looking for a great, honest, and dependable Pest Control service I would highly recommend Croach Pest Control. I am having work done on my home exterior this week and the contractor found that I had an insect infestation in my garage which was contributing to the problem. A representative from Croach came the same day (within an hour). He talked to me, looked at the problem, collaborated with the contractor, recommended a service plan and provider that he thought I would like to work with, and scheduled a time based on my schedule.Within a day the service was completed by the project manager, Jess. She was fantastic. She explained everything she was going to do and what to expect next. She ensured that the products used would be safe for my pet, removed all of the webbing from my garage (which was honestly overwhelming), and generally was just really nice to work with.This is my first experience with this company but I am really pleased with the responsiveness, ease, quality and price of service.Services: Home inspection, Spider extermination, General pest inspection, Bug & insect extermination

The rep was on time, friendly, and seemed knowledgeable, however I when I called to make the appt I specifically mentioned the attic needed to be inspected. When the rep came out, he did not bring a ladder since he said they normally don't do attics. He looked up the work order and it did mention 'attic'. He didn't offer to get a ladder and come back or reschedule - was a waste of over 2 hours of my time to meet him at the home :(
