Love this place! The last REAL western wear/ tack and saddle stores in town.I hadn't been in here since it was Lancasters ages ago. Stopped in to pick up a cleaning sponge for my hat. Ended up getting my hat cleaned and shaped up by a very nice young lady.I'm ready for Stock Show!!

Went in for a hat fitting and was instantly greeted before the front door even closed behind me. Michele is very friendly and knowledgeable, eager to please. Pancho is a legendary hat fitter but honestly everyone does a great job. I had my justin bent rail fitted by the owner and she was beyond professional. She has a keen eye for detail and it shows with flying colors. Prices on some clothing are steep, but so is the quality. They do carry things for all price ranges. Boots, buckles, hats and whatever else you may need.Once you go into an actual western wear store like this, you may never find yourself at boot barn or sheplers again. Support a local brick and mortar business and you won't regret the treatment you get here. The only problem is that you may come out of the store with more than you came in for!

I went here looking for a cowboy hat. There was an employee sitting near the register and barely acknowledged my presence. I asked where the hats were, and she barely was able to raise her hand and point in the general direction. No one came to help me, and as I left, there were two employees sitting near the register and said goodbye when I was nearly out the door. By my review, you can guess that I do not recommend this place.

Went in for boots and they probably have the best selection in Denver for sizes. I have narrow feet and it's a nightmare finding 11.5b boots. However they had great deal of boots 11.5b and a on sale. I loved the elephant and giraffe Anderson Boots.They also have a great selection of straw hats. Overall, if you want a pair of boots come here and youll find the perfect fit and style. Actually I'm a size 11.5A in boots and 11.5AA in dress shoes. The store still has a couple in A width! So sizing is covered!

On line we have so many option but my experience tells me C.W.W. hires and train people with first hand experience and knowledge of the western wear industry. They live, breathe and sell from a well stocked brick and mortar store.A couple of days ago I Just purchased a pair Cowboy boots.What I liked about the transaction is the Boots arrived Exactly as described, and they sent them Federal Express with a signature verification, no way they’re going to get lost or misplaced in the mail system.Great selection & incredible Customerservice.Why shop anywhere else?Thanks you C.W.W. Great customer service! Was looking for a new Stetson hat and Michelle went out of her way to find a particular model I was looking for in the stock room. When they didn’t have the one I wanted she offered to order it for me. Their hat shaper reshaped my straw hat while I was waiting and did not charge for it even though I did not buy it from them. Really appreciated that! Wish they had more hats in their showroom to choose from but would definitely come back here because of the friendly and helpful staff!

Stopped in dressed in a hoodie joggers and some Air Jordans. The lady up front kind of looked at me like I was out of place (which I clearly looked like I should have been in a sneaker shop! Lol). Although understandably confused, she was really nice and we joked about hats and belt buckles. Needless to say I walked out with a beautiful belt buckle. Going back for a hat and some boots! Not to mention it’s close to my house! :-)

A good western store. Clothing and boot selection is decent. They have lots of saddlery and tack as well. Feels like a nice mom and Pop style store, but has plenty of options available. I enjoy shopping at places like this over the big corporate western wear stores. I'll definitely be returning.

I am by no stretch of the imagination a cowboy. Nor, do I want to play one on TV. But I have always wanted a pair of boots. And for years I've stopped by Western stores all of the country with my travels. I stopped into what I thought was a hole in the wall, to find three ladies that went out of their way to make sure not only that leave with a pair of boots, but I left with a pair of boots that I loved, fit me, work for my personality, and didn't make everybody around me think I was trying to pretend to be something I'm not. A special shout-out to Olivia! She took a city boy, and made him feel comfortable in a room full of cowboys. This place is the real deal, and unequivocally, without exception, the friendliest and most gracious group of people I've ever met any Western store. Thank you! You made this city boy feel like he does have the right to wear a good pair of cowboy boots.

I had a great experience buying boots here. I’ve visited other stores, but no one has helped me out like this place. They explained how the boot should fit, how it will break in, and how I could remedy my own boots that were too large, should I choose to go that route. I opted to buy a new pair. Very happy I choose to buy from here instead of the “barn.”

Customer service is always the key ingredient, and it's getting harder to find. I'm happy to say the whole crew at this store is friendly, courteous and very helpful. All I ended up buying was a hatband but they treated me like it was a 20x hat purchase. It iwas definitely worth the drive and I will be back.

Great customer service. Bought a pair of boots in my regular size but they were too small. I took over 6 months to return them because I stuffed them in the back of my closet and forgot them. They still refunded me for the boots despite that. Will look at their site for my next purchase.

Worst customer service!!!! Have sent 3 emails trying to exchange for a different size, not 1 single response! It will now be just a return and I will shop elsewhere. That’s if they even contact me back! Would never recommend purchasing from the company online EVER!!!Gave them a review at 1 am and by 7:30 am that same day finally got an email. I think you guys need to pay more attention to your emails then your reviews.

I love buying products and services from Family businesses instead of Corporations, even I pay a bit more. If you are in the market for hats, boots and Western wear this is the best in the Denver area. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff ! So nice and helpful. Good supply of ladies fleece jackets. The colors look astec and western. Very pretty. I was looking for a very special animal skin rug for my brother-in-law and the owner was kind enough to special order one for me. It was just what I was looking for.

This was honestly the best experience I have had anywhere in a long time. When i went in i was in a great mood, i left in an even greater mood. I'm a size 14, they had plenty of boots in my size, Which most places dont. And the young lady I believe her name was Michelle that was helping us was extremely helpful, in a great mood, and seemed she loved to have her job. Thanks for the great experience and make sure to stop in for great prices and superior service
