The best boarding place I found for my dog. Very easy to book a reservation through their website. Also gives you the option to get a reservation estimate. She seems to love it. I love that she gets individual walks and cuddle time. They also offer different holiday pictures that I do like to purchase. They also offer themed arts and crafts with your dogs Paw, different treats and lick mats which is nice to treat your dog to while you’re away on vacation.

My dog Annabelle has been attending daycare here since she was about 4 months old. She is always so excited, and the staff is always so happy to see her. They do a great job of nipping any dog aggression in the bud. Annabelle continues to be a happy, well socialized pup, and I never worry about her when she's here. I can't say enough good things.

Club Pet Resorts DIA is such a wonderful place! I’m so grateful to everyone who took such good care of my dog Reese.They showed him a lot of love. As a nurse, they allowed for early drop off and late pick up. They always double checked that he ate the right food and had no issues providing his meals. My dog always was so happy to come to daycare and always came home tried and content. Highly recommend to anyone!

I like the convenience, I love the staff. Even though I am sad leaving my dog every single time, I at least have peace of mind when it comes to her needs being met when I am gone. The airport shuttle service offered is reliable as well. Parker location was and I'm sure still is great, but this location makes more sense for my situation as of now. Thank you for taking care of my dogs across multiple decades now.

CPR has been great. Being open 24 hours is unheard of, but extremely convenient. With there being and pool and me having a dog that loves to swim, the location being close to Buckley, I couldn't ask for a better day care for my Huntz. The staff is awesome too; very responsive and very helpful. Thanks again Club Pet Resorts!

I love Club Pet, and more importantly Finn and Gray love Club Pet ☺️ The staff are always so so friendly. My dogs regularly board here and they always take such good care of them. It’s pretty pricey ($90/night/dog) compared to other options but the full day of daycare, large suites, individual outings, moonlight outing, and cameras in daycare and the overnight suites make it worth it. We wouldn’t be comfortable leaving our dogs at boarding facilities where no one is on site from 7pm-6am like most places! Club pet is set apart from other boarding options by having staff at facility 24/7 and taking the dogs out late (like 10pm!). We picked our dogs up recently at 2am after a late flight and it was so convenient. They also do a great job with grooming (baths and nail trims). And love the photos they take of our pups :) Thanks Club Pet!!

After years of avoiding traveling or groomers for fear of something happening to my pup I finally decided to give this facility a shot because I was referred by a worker. My dog stayed for a few days while I was out of state. During his stay things seemed rather normal I guess, through when I picked him up they weren’t able to give me any info about how his stay went. I just brushed it off and thought maybe I was overly protective. I booked my pup for a grooming today, since he had one while he stayed I wasn’t concerned. I booked for a bath, brush, nail trim, furminator and anal expression. When I picked him up he was still very wet. They told me he threw a fit when they tried to blow dry him. I groom him at home fairly frequently and he normally gets blow dried without much issue but he’s a husky so I figured he was just being extra today. On the way home I noticed he smelled like his glands had expressed in the car. When we got home I noticed his nails hadn’t been touched and his eye was inflamed and red. I reached out the the facility about my concerns. When I talked to sierra she was kind and explained a few of their processes that hadn’t been mentioned to me before. She was as helpful as she could be but said her manager would have to connect with me about the partial refund I requested for the anal gland expression. When the manager reached out I was informed that they only do “external” expressions and that what happened in my car was typical, not something I had been warned of prior to taking him home. She brushed off my concern about his eye and offered no explanation as to what happened. When addressing the nails she said the groomer mentioned how well he had done with getting them clipped even though it is more than obvious they were not touched. They refuse to compensate me for the lack of service or the poor service required. If you are looking for a facility that communicates with you regarding your pets care, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

First time I’ve boarded my dogs in years. Seems to have gone ok. The dogs seem relatively happy. Convenient drop off and pick up. Had a report on how things went. Overall I’m happy with the experience. I had a bit of sticker shock at the price but everything is expensive now so 🤷‍♀️.

I love the fact that when I come in to pick up my dog, I see them sanitizing the floors and cleaning the plate equipment. My dog really enjoys her time here and she loves the staff.

My dog Hayden spends a LOT of time at Club Pet resorts due to my work travel schedule and I could not be happier with the quality of care!He has been anxious in boarding before, and the staff at Club Pet is so good with him! He’s even a part of their VIP program so he gets suite upgrades when they have them available which is so sweet.Thank you to everyone for taking such great care of my pup!

Young lady w pink hair at the front desk was painfully unfriendly during pickup and drop-off. I won’t return.The extreme price gouging is tacky but my dog seemed safe and happy. That’s all that matters I guess!

If you love your pet and it's past 1 year's old. However, if you have a pet under one, I would be cautious about taking my pet there. I have a toy poodle she is about 9 months old. I took her for a full service bath, trim, cut.They gave her a bath and put her in a dryer, and she had a 20-second seizure. My pet is always groomed and never had a seizure before. Let's say it wasn't a great experience for us. Needless to say, we didn't go back.

First, I want to say that the staff are absolutely wonderful and kind. They showed so much love to my dog and were always kind when I took him there.However, I think that they take on too many dogs than is appropriate in their daycare. I put my dog in when he was 4 months old because I thought I was doing right by him by giving him an opportunity to play, socialize, and get energy out during the day. But he started to become aggressive towards other dogs after going into the big dog area as he grew. And, I would regularly pick him up with some kind of injury or get a call that he was injured while he was there. (Which I think contributed to his aggression)My personal opinion is that I don’t think their daycare playgroup size is appropriate for puppies or adolescent dogs and does more harm than good for their development. But, the facility and staff as a whole is good.

I have been taking my two dogs here for about 7 months now and LOVE it! The care they take with the girls is incredible, and the pricing is fair. The discounts for teachers is so considerate, and the 24 hour service is excellent for those of us who work crazy hours. The holiday photos they take are my favorite

I can't say enough good things about Club Pet Resort DIA. We started taking our puppy to the puppy program when she was around 3 months old. Admittedly, this was the most disappointing part of our experience only because this program's success is dependent on other puppies who chose to come. The few times we took her, no other puppies were there so she was alone with the staff. However, I do think it was great exposure to a new place, other dog noises (she was hesitant about dogs barking at her), and new people. As this is a relatively new program, I'm sure attendance will increase in the future.Now she is in regular daycare and I feel confident in her safety. They have her with the smaller dogs as she transitions. She always arrives wagging her tail and so excited to see the staff and other pups. The staff know our dog by name and have been great with questions along the way. I love the cameras to check in on her throughout the day. I consistently see the staff being attentive and watchful that play doesn't get too rough and that all dogs are okay. There are even enrichment activities like pools and bubbles on hotter days. As our girl is still in the puppy stage, she's missing her normal naps, and when she gets tired she looks for the closest lap to curl up in. Seeing the staff let her cuddle with them really speaks to how much they treat the dogs as their own.

Update: A member of the management team reached out after I posted this review. We spoke on the phone - she remembered my dog specifically and was upset to learn we'd left on such a bad note. The manager also let me know that two staff members had been fired after a number of negative interactions similar to mine, and that our medical case would be used for their next in-house training event. I really couldn't have asked for a better follow-up, as all I wanted in the first place was to make sure no one else's dog lost it's sight because a caretaker didn't realize what was happening. Appreciate the response and would return if we ever move back to the state.Two stars for the good times, three stars off for the care our dog didn't receive before we moved. Specifically, my dog is blind in one eye (he's young but had an incident that led to glaucoma and the loss of vision). I provided documentation for his condition and medications repeatedly and it always seemed to "get lost in the system". This was a problem when the staff was not willing to accept digital copies of prescriptions, which meant they wouldn't give him his medication; the specialist was an hour and a half away for hard copies. The final straw came while we were preparing for a cross-country move. I picked my dog up and saw his entire eye was bright red - by which I mean it was filled with blood. I asked the front office staff why I hadn't been called, why he hadn't received care, etc. and was told his eye was "just red from the pool chemicals". As a prior vet tech, I can tell you this was not the case! (Google hyphema in dogs if you want an idea of what i was looking at, but fair warning, it's gross.) I contacted the eye specialist and confirmed that was in fact blood in his eye. The only good news was that it was the eye he has already lost vision in... but the vet confirmed it was an emergency situation that could have rendered him blind, had it been his good eye. I tried to talk to the front office staff, to let them know that if one of their caretakers sees that again in another dog, they REALLY need to call the owner or a vet, but didn't get much concern in their response. The whole thing was disappointing given how much fun my dogs had when they visited. But at the end of the day, I have to prioritize their health and well-being. Had we not been moving, I would not have gone back.

We have 3, very high energy Vizslas. They had a great time boarding here. We put them all in a penthouse and got the included parking/shuttle to airport. The parking is gated, and I believe they lock it at a certain time, I was comfortable parking a 6 figure vehicle here. The shuttle drivers were both top notch! They knew a lot about the animals, the feeding schedules, the different rooms available and what services are included with each type, even mentioned some add-on service options, and even knew my dogs. Everyone, that I spoke with/emailed with/or met, were all amazing and knowledgeable! My pick up shuttle was very quick. I imagine if you had no checked luggage, you could call as you are getting off the plane and probably only wait at the pick up for a few minutes. The front of the facility is like a pet store, with treats, toys, leashes, and more. We have already booked a 2 week stay for our 3 pups, and may possibly need to book another weekend next month. We will highly recommend Club Pet Resorts, and we will be using them often!

Had a hotel by DIA to pick up a friend the next day. Was in a cycling accident the day before and had to go to the ER again after arriving to the hotel. FORTUNATELY this place was open 24/7 and was close to DIA (Aurora location). Staff was friendly and super helpful, provided full explanations of fees and they were able to squeeze in a walk for my boy that evening.So given this wasn't a planned drop off, it worked really well and it was a great experience. It was a relief to have a place to take my boy when I had no other options at the time.I highly recommend this place for either short or long term boarding/care.

They've taken great care of our pup! Everyone there loves dogs and is friendly and easy to work with. Our dog is a nervous rescue and doesn't do well around other dogs, and they have been SO accommodating! The only issue we've ever had is our dog's belongings being misplaced or not making it back with him at the end of the stay.
