I get the feeling that Chuck & Don's is all about quality for your pet. They have a brand of dog food that I have not been able to find at other pet supply stores, nor was it readily available on Amazon or Chewy. I will definitely be returning as my go to store for pet supplies. My pooch will be approaching one year and I am anxious to try the birthday cookies and such they have.

Location is great. Near King Soopers and quick in and out. I get my dog food here and snacks. The do a reward program also. Free bag after you buy 12. Employees are friendly and people bring their dogs inside the store - dog friendly.

Friendly staff and clean store. As for product, they stopped carrying the food they once recommended to us, months after we switched. The water additive has been out on many occasions and I was recently advised they no longer carry the treats our pet likes. One stop shopping has been difficult for us.Additionally, I was unaware of the 45 day policy when returning an unused harness, in its original form/packaging. I was given a $19 discount toward a new purchase, instead of the $39+tax originally paid. The product was identical to others still on the shelf. Overall, disappointing.

I recently moved into town and was worried about finding a pet supply store similar to my hometown. I stumbled upon Chuck & Don's and couldn't be happier! They carried my pets favorite products and so much more. They have a rewards system and great sales to take advantage of.The store is clean and well organized. The staff in the store are super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. So happy to have found them!

Great variety of treats and prices. Definitely recommend anyone to try them out. Lovely staff as well! I took my dog in and I had a older gentleman walk me through the store to show me the different types of treats I was asking for. My dogs enjoyed everything I got for them!

They should not have dog treats or chews in open bins at dog level if a few licks from a shopping dog is such an issue. Either move them or don’t allow dogs in the store. I was told to stop my dog from licking treats that were at his level while I was trying to decide which one to buy. There was no way he could have eaten one since they were too big to just swallow, I would have paid for one if he did, but don’t keep them so low if that’s a big fear…As a result I bought nothing and will not return.

The only store on the way home that offers Fromm dog food. Every time, the person at the register asks for my full name and address. I don't want to give this to you for a bag of dog food! I was told this was for a rewards program that I was not asked to join. Please understand that not every customer wants to give you this information, we get enough span as it is.

I have placed 2 orders recently with Chuck & Don's online and their inventory system is terrible!! Nothing they show in stock is really in stock. Orders are canceled after your credit card has been charged and you don't get a phone call or anything to find a substitution, they just cancel and refund and move on. Customer service has really gone down hill!!

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Everytime I pick up food they ask if I want them to special order and reserve the next bag (picky eater). Additionally, they always offer to carry the bag out to my car for me. They are so friendly at Chuck and Don's! When they found out my dog's food brand was going to be phased out of the store, they gave me plenty of notice, other ways to get it, and if I wanted, comparable foods they will continue to carry.

Everyone here is really knowledgeable on the products and very friendly and helpful. My pup is allergic to just about everything, so it's really hard to find food that he can eat. The staff here is able to guide me to find brands that work for our needs and also keep me updated on new products.
