Jeff Keller helped me decide on cortec vinyl choice. I returned a ridiculous amount of samples. I chose Norwegian maple. Worley and install team did excellent work. I could not be happier. Photos will be added once I get everything put back. Still painting baseboard.

I worked with Jeff Ford at the Carpet Exchange in Aurora. Jeff was always there for any questions that I had and was always available. I had Carpet installed in my basement. It was great quality at a great price. I even researched If I could find it cheaper somewhere else. Carpet Exchange came in at least 20 to 30% less than the competition. Great service, Great pricing and great quality. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend. Thanks Jeff!

Great experience from start to finish the installer did an amazing job he was very precise in all that he did, no mess, he cleaned everything up along the way walked out with a bag of scraps and the new carpet looks great. Ask for Jimmy at the Parker store he will take good care of you!

The carpet looks great after install….. however, the damage and lack of customer service is appalling. Damage was done to almost ever corner and or door frame from dragging the roll of carpet across it.During the vinyl flooring install, the pedestal sink was broken. Our 5 gallon bucket of paint was used as a drain bucket ruining the paint.The store manager had an “oh well” attitude when damages were reported.Will not be using Carpet Exchange again….will share our experience with everyone!

The installers did a wonderful job on the carpets and they thoroughly cleaned up in each space when they were finished. We got two different types of carpet and we had lots of stairs to do. Everything turned out great.

This CE location can do a good job for you, if you work with the manager and remain very agreeable. They offer price matching options which are of worth. My first job working with CE went well, the second job I moved my business to the other Carpet Exchange location because of some communication challenges, third job I mistakenly went back for more and paid the price (incomplete job, bad comms with installer and sales rep). See photo for missing carpet under stairs nose only. The actual LVP flooring went in well except for this one unfinished aspect.

In spite of my indecisiveness as I sought the perfect color, wood grain & texture of the Coretec Vinyl, Kim Reiter at the Havanna store patiently assisted & guided me step by step. Installation went smoothly & every one of my suggestions were respectfully heard & taken care of by the kind installers. As far as the cost, thus lovely flooring was well worth every penny. When we initially shopped at Carpet Exchange, we were concerned that our project would be really expensive since carpet removal & disposal, furniture moving and installation are not included. We tried to shop at the big box stores, but not only were the initial prices much more expensive (like double), we could not get anyone to call us back. We were able to have someone from Carpet Exchange come within a few days to measure, and then had a great experience shopping for the exact, high-end carpet and pad we wanted. Installation was painless: the installer communicated well, the installation itself was perfect, and he cleaned up after himself. We LOVE our new carpet and cannot wait until we can afford to replace the rest of what's left.

We had a wonderful experience at Carpet Exchange! We chose the carpet that we wanted, but sadly, some problems ensued upon installation. Kim Reiter is amazing! She was incredibly helpful, understanding, and took action to resolve all of our issues. Wow. This was a great experience. Kim listened to us -- our design aesthetic, about our lifestyle (pets and kids), and our budget. She clearly explained the differences in our choices, and helped us find carpet for our home that met ALL of our needs. It was just installed, and we love it. We are even talking about working with her to carpet more rooms! We had been talking to other carpet stores before Carpet Exchange, and felt that they were just trying to sell us what they wanted to sell; they didn't care about our lifestyle or likes/dislikes. Horrible at customer service John ford is a lied they expect there money up front then expects you to be a lemming they use contractors who are great installers as long as you don’t need to ask them anything, they make guarantees that they can’t stand by Kim who is there store manager would rather put words in your mouth then help. All and all the flooring looks great for what should have been a one day job took 3 days my advice go with a different carpet exchange or a different company all together

We were extremely impressed with our experience at Carpet Exchange Aurora. Ben, our salesperson, is a real asset to the company! He is extremely attentive and immediately greets customers as they walk in the front door, or if'with a customer, at least acknowledges you. He is extremely enthusiastic and eager to help. He responds to any new messages or emails immediately! That is rare in this day & age of everyone taking a more casual approach to service. The installers were great, and did a very professional job. They even returned to check the flooring after another contractor accidentally pierced our ice maker water line and caused a minor flood in our kitchen. Great follow-up! Overall, we are very pleased and would highly recommend this store.

Directed at the Havana Carpet Exchange!Yes they have beautiful flooring. However, they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and communication. In their floor room people will agree to things and then their installers don't deliver and LIE about it. As beautiful as their products are and affordable they cannot back that quality with their customer service. I'm SO disappointed, I had heard and read such great things. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

We had to redo a rental property top to bottom. After going to another place and being quoted a ridiculous amount for flooring we went here and dealt with Jeremiah. He quickly understood what our particular needs were. We found both carpeting and LVT that fit our budget. He went out to measure within a few days. He was quick to communicate with us and keep us up to date on when products came in and scheduling installation. The prices were reasonable and the service excellent. I will always come back here for any of my flooring needs.

I bought new flooring for my condo and what a wonderful experience I had with this store! Kim Reiter was the manager that assisted me in selecting the right type of flooring, color etc. She was fabulous! The installers, Saul and Diego, were professional, personable, worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job over three days. My entire condo was completed. As soon as we entered the store, a most pleasant salesperson, Jeremiah, greeted us. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the carpet. He made sure he understood what we wanted and helped us to find exactly what we wanted. The installation was amazing. There is not a seam anywhere and the fitting around the baseboards is perfect. I worked with Gary on re-carpeting the upstairs of our home. He was very helpful when it came to making a selection. It took me a few months to get everything in place before the order and he was great when I called back, getting everything lined up and ready to go. We had a bit of a mix-up on install day, but the manager Kim was amazing and smoothed things over! I could not have asked for a better experience.
