I have never been more disappointed with the customer service at a dispensary. Products are fine but I will never return. The young lady with short colorful hair made it her top priority to be unhelpful and condescending. While most places have friendly and knowledgeable staff, this experience reminded me of a smoke shop in high school, not a legitimate business in downtown Aspen.

Such a great dispensary! We’ve stopped at multiple locations across Colorado and they’re always great! Such unbelievably fair prices from the apparel, to products, to accessories, always a pleasure to shop here and this location had the nicest ladies working! :)

Service was atrocious. 3 employees and it took like 5 minutes to be let inside. Budtender seemed very disinterested in serving us.I don't like giving bad reviews but this one seemed so unwelcoming.

While in aspen we stopped in for some edibles after a hard day of snowboarding. To relax in the hot tub and unwind. The young man was very helpful. He answered all questions in detail as far as he personally knew. I even loved that he was honest with reviews and his personal experiences. Which I find very helpful. We settled on chocolates which were amazing! Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommended

I’m from out of town and always go to Green Dragon when I visit. Cal was super helpful in helping me pick the best strains. All of the employees at the store are so helpful and their prices are so reasonable. Go back and see Cal!! He’s the man!

Best prices in all Aspen. Cartridges starts at $15 and 3.5g of their silver selection of Flowers $15. Great customer service. They also have a reward program that's surprisingly generous.

I bought the most expensive pen (250) and asked how to use it. They said it was simple and to check out the app, which it’s powered by. I tried, and it wouldn’t connect, so I went back. The girl clearly didn’t know so she asked the manager who referred back to the app. I’m sure it is a wonderful device but I still can’t use it and for this amount of money I’d expect someone to show me.Update: I did contact them directly, as asked. No reply to my follow up. But I did ask a friend and he explained, verbally, how to use it. The app did not help explain (it gives a tutorial for leaf but not wax). Again, Green Dragon has wonderful premium products, but they need to invest more in training their staff.

We’ve been to Green Dragon a few times. It’s well-stocked with many options that necessitate a knowledgeable staff, and they have one! A special shout out to Tristan and Angela!!! This is one of the few dispensaries in Aspen where I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out the door. They take their time to address your needs, give options and explain the differences between them. It’s a pleasure to support Green Dragon, and you should, too!!!

Been to all the shops in aspen village, Green Dragon has the best products by far. Customer service was great all tenders were very friendly especially the younger female who was super friendly and was happy to answer all my questions. definitely going back love the shop and service also shop is always caring the best products

Staff were friendly & knowledgable. Employee dog gave us all kisses while we waited in line. They had some tasty chocolate edibles that are different than the ones everyone in town has.

I just left this particular establishment five minutes ago, and I have to say I never been treated so rudely in my entire life. I had just completed a 45 mile bike ride and wasn't dressed in my usual lawyer attire - boy, did the man behind the counter treat me accordingly. Of course, this is indicative of Aspen in general, but regardless, I will never patronize any of the Green Dragon locations again. The reviews you read are correct, don't give them your money, as they don't deserve it.

Pre ordered online, & got there 15 minutes before closing where I was rudely told, by Eric, that despite the website stating It’s clearly marked hours 10am-10pm, I wasn’t going to be helped. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 14 years, and is a (not so small) business owner, this was a very gross, weird, & unnecessary experience.
