Very impressed with Clark's Markets upscale additions and tons of new items. The store looks great and is the best in the past 10 years I have been shopping there. I was assisted by Jim and he told me of the over 2000 new items. I am so excited to try so many new offerings! The Clark's team has worked so hard and as a community member I am pleased to have such a wonderful store in town, and appreciate all the efforts that went into the new design. Thank you so much and looking forward to my next visit! Great job!!! -Jen

Incredibly high quality local market with a mix of standard factory-produced favorites and good organic fare.Fairly busy even in the off season, clearly a favorite among both locals and visitors.Weird obsession with Fiji water, tells you something about the clientele eh? :)

I thought aspen ate healthier. GMO, pesticide city. Slim selection of non chemical food . Mostly like small Kroger.

With choices of all restaurants, and all things considered - money and time, we decided to have a quick lunch from the market. Few minutes walked in, out with fried chicken and box of sushi, sat at outside picnic table, we were totally satisfied.

The attitude of the majority of the employees is disastrous, in the mornings there is only payment for cards and if you try to pay in cash for them it is an offense, not even the good mornings come back to u, I’m a frequent customer

Very good collection of fresh produce and groceries. I even found a toaster that came in real handy throughout our stay at Aspen.Even with relatively higher prices, I appreciate the fact that I could find so many things that I would normally find back home in Boston. And, might I even say that there are no "cheaper" places for comparison nearby.The staff too were friendly on a crazy busy July 4th, which was refreshing for a change.

5 stars for this supermarket! You can find anything you need in a convenient and elegant location,average prices for Aspen.Other shops and cafes make this complex a good spot for shopping and eating

I didn't realize Clarks had a hot breakfast bar. I was in town on a work call and stopped in to find something simple to eat. it was very good, and is certainly the best value breakfast in Aspen. Eggs, sausage, hash browns and biscuit was $7.50 and the quality was great. There was two choices of sausage, biscuits and gravy and breakfast burritos, too. They also offered a killer hot sauce selection. I was pleasantly surprised to see a hot bar on a Saturday.

Well-stocked, friendly staff. Lots of parking, which is a huge plus here. Regular grocery sections, large produce selection. Kitchen in the back for pre-made stuff. Pharmacy has closed. Prices are typical for Aspen.Edit Upgrade in progress spring '24, looks like they're taking out the stuff related to the now-closed pharmacy.

If you are trying to go shopping without the crowds and lack of parking at the other market in town, this is a great alternative. They have hot food that is a great bargain by Aspen standards. I think if you are looking for meat from a butcher, there are better places in town. If you are looking for a less crowded shopping experience this is a good place to go

Clark's Market has a large variety of produce with a competitvely priced selection of preppared fruits and vegetables. Including broad isles of ingredients to facilitate cooking world quisine. Best sub-sandwich deal in town made to order. Choice pre-made sushi rolls and bowls. Usually it's easier to find parking here except around noon during the lunch rush. Caution of incorrect price tags on items. However, after mentioning a discreption a correction was made. Thanks, you rock! Keep it fresh.

Prices are awfully inflated on some things, but others are pretty reasonable. Good quality to be found in a lot of stuff, but I can't get over how overpriced a lot of their common items are.

Not impressed at all. The store looked nothing like the online pictures. It’s expensive like most have noted in their reviews. It was also messy. Tried to look at the sushi but they were cleaning out the food case next to it. They were spraying water in that case and it was splashing onto the sushi. No one seemed to care. Cashiers were nice but they were all kids some of whom were eating by their messy cash register stations. Brought my groceries home and some were sticky. I’m not going back.

Clark's has healthier grocery options that you wouldn't find at typical grocery stores. The parking situation is also a million times better than City Market. Expect a little price markup but worth it.

Over priced. Paid over $5 for some potatos wedges and they where covered in garlic. Like who eats garlic on potato's. No sign saying what is on them. Expecting them to be just potatoes I bought now have to call doctor about eating garlic . Love rich people who think the world should be like them. When I called to ask, the manager said they don't have to tell you what's in it unless you ask up front 🤣

Really nice store lots of room to move around. Expensive though I would think it's because it is in Aspen. Plastic bags are not available here so either purchase paper bags here or bring your own bags.

This is a nice local grocery store. They have a good selection and it’s a good feeling to be in a non-chain grocery store. They fruit and veggies were in good shape.

One of the only places in Aspen with Tap-to-Pay, so there's that. However, for some reason all of the drinks are always sticky...regardless of where in the store they are. Cans in the back are sticky, plastic bottles in the aisles are sticky.I don't think I've ever purchased a beverage here that didn't require some sort of cleaning.Deli selection is fairly decent. Nice place to grab something quick and relatively cheap. Mac & Cheese is either stellar or very poor. No real in between.

It's a fancy place to go while traveling through the Colorado Rockies, it has a ton of healthy/non-healthy things. You have a place to go to the washroom to, so you don't have to drive miles to get to a public washroom. Friendly staff, great service.

Awesome selection of organic, all natural foods. Establishment looks to have have a remodel and it feels clean and updated. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Only losing a star because the prices can be a bit more reasonable.

Nice big parking lot. Easy to shop at, relaxed, really good deli made awesome buffalo chicken sandwich - big enough for two! Good salad bar too. Lot of selection, and newly remodeled.

ALEX IS AN ANGEL!I rarely write reviews, unless they're incredible or very bad and truly came here just to give Alex all the gold stars.I called in the evening a little before closing, looking for fresh lime and lemon juice. He went to check to confirm for me and said they did. I came and purchased it for a party I'm bartending for and forgot the receipt -- I came back in and we tried looking for it together and tried to find a manager in vain so I gave up but as I was leaving he ran out with a brand new receipt for me. Seriously the most genuine, kind and best service I've seen in a while. Clark's variety is also pretty great for fresh and organic and specific items you might be on the hunt for.

Was pretty excited about the recent update that Clark's underwent. The store looks pretty nice now, and it's laid out pretty well. When I find myself in the store, it's usually to grab a quick lunch.There is a lunch by the pound buffet, albiet small and often stocked with Chinese food. They also have sandwich and sushi counters, and they offer a rotating selection of pizzas and chicken, and salads.Even with all the selections the food can get old. The front end employees can be kinda slow and clueless. The parking lot is often a warzone, and the store filled with inconsiderate and rude customers. Three stars because this location can be exhausting.
