I tool my Tatanka in for a grooming last Friday. I left specificific instructions on what I wanted done. I spoke with Taryn and discussed my wishes. I told her I wanted a dry bath and absolutely NO LION CUT OR SHAVING! I told her I only wanted a hygiene clip around his little butt and trimmed under his chin. She asked if I would like some of the length taken off and I told her no less than one inch short!!!!! I was furious when I got him back home and saw that they scalped him and left tufts of scraggly looking edges 😡😡😡😡😡 needless to say I made them return my money! I will never ever set foot in that store except to go to the Bamfield hospital for vet service!!!! He was so embarrassed and mad at me he wouldn't sleep in bed with me for a week 😠

Customer service was great, you have to pay an extra $15 for the express wash or else they leave your dog for several hours in a crate while they dry and they work on other dogs. Other than having to pay extra for the express feature, we had a good experience. Staff was very friendly and kind and she left with a nice bandana around her neck.

I have to leave a great review and an apology. I was running 15 minutes late due to an accident and the staff here was very accommodating despite us being the last appointment of the day. I got to the store and there was no one in the grooming department, so I was frustrated and felt misled. I realized 20 minutes later that I went to Petco, not PetSmart. I can’t apologize enough to the staff here for holding you guys up, and am so appreciative that you were willing to accommodate us.

Im always a little nervous taking my deaf puppy somewhere new, but the ladies at the grooming salon were amazing. Raina did an especially amazing job with my high energy, special needs puppy.

Didn't have any pets to be groomed but we found our fish supplies. Employees were very nice and helped us out.

My pup Moose (1.5 year old female bernedoodle) and I LOVE going to see Laura to get our hair cut! Laura is so sweet and handles our puppy energy like a champ!I tell all my friends, especially the ones with doodles, to see her because she’s so patient and kind with the doggos, and does a great job every time with Moose, even when we’re a squiggly little girl!
