Kyrstin was fantastic - my two cavaliers' coats needed some very real TLC and and she did a great job. I've had a hard time finding someone I've loved since moving to the area, will absolutely book her again!

Andi gave our pup the best groom he's had in a while! We chose this location based on reviews and so glad we did. He was out in about an hour and usually it takes ~ 3 hrs. I was so happy with the service and he looks so good!

I love coming to this Pet Smart because it’s super close to my house and I take care for a lot of animals. This place saves me from emergencies like when I need a certain soil or sand for my aquarium, the right chemicals to make the water safe for the fish, and numerous other things I could list. Great people working here too. Love it!

Lots of supplies and very fast lines. The ONLY reason for the 4/5 rating is b/c my lady had to use the restroom pretty quickly and there was a door code to get inside the bathroom. They refused to give us the code, even knowing we were paying customers. The woman said "someone will be in the back to let you in soon..." Well 10 minutes came and went and no one came. I asked 3x. Finally I said to her, we're not stealing or doing anything bad, just please give me the code. She said "no" and then I said, "why can't you just do it for us quickly?" she huffed and said "fine" and gave me the code. Kinda weird.

Bought a veiled chameleon. 1st it is skinny and 2nd the staff didn't know anything about chameleons except that they're called chameleons. I think the staff needs more training on their product(s). Other than that the staff was great and the store was clean.

Normally I'd give this place 5 stars. But this one really got me bumping it down to 4. I was sold lepord geckos and talked to 3 different employees about care and size requirements. One employee even said he has owned lepord geckos for 20 years. No one informed me that lepord geckos can't be housed together so now I have one lepord gecko in a 20 and the other in a 2.5 feeder tank with his tail bit in half. I normally do research first but i trusted the people who said they knew what they were talking about. I will admit I probably should have done more research, but it would be nice of I had been informed of this sooner because now the only choices I have is either drop another 200 on a new setup or sell one of them. The reason I still give them 4 stars is because the employees show they care everytime I come in and super sweet. I'd definitely do all your own research you can before getting a new animal.

We've taken our tiny dog to the groomer there before. Our dog and the other dogs visiting the groomers always act happy to be there, and always comes out looking and feeling great. This time he had a bad matt on his rear end that I had missed (my fault, I know!) and they suggested a vet visit instead. They recommended a couple of local vets, we took him to one, his butt was shaved, and all was well. We were impressed that they cared more about the dog's well-being than the grooming fee and tip. We will be taking our furbaby back there for grooming again.

Parking lot for Office Depot.. which was the reason for my stop. .. have been to the PetSmart.. a few years ago... it was well stocked and the workers were helpful and friendly

Sometimes you don't want anyone to bug you while your shopping and sometimes you do, but when they never approach you a single time to see if you need help , you kinda just don't feel like they care much. I would suggest approach someone once let them know your available if they need help, make them feel a little more welcome . Twice is to much

The staff here is BEYOND rude. I have to get prescription food for my cat, and wasn’t aware it was expired as other Petsmart locations had been taking the prescription. I asked the cashier if he could sell me a few just to get me by, to which he immediately began speaking to me like a child and slams the prescription card on the counter in my face. Mind you this man is in his 60’s. A 20 something upset him because no one at his stupid company, told me prior. He calls over his manager who has the WORST attitude, walks up and immediately starts belittling me. I asked the “manager” for her name, which she said “I don’t have to tell you, get out of the store” when I showed no hostility. And of course no one had a name tag, so no one has to be held accountable for their awful service. I was WALKING out of the store and there were FIVE employees screaming at me to leave…when I was literally….leaving. Like what the hell is wrong with your employees to create a scene that doesn’t need to be created. Make the drive elsewhere unless you wanna get treated like absolute CRAP here.

Great location, very friendly and the store is always kept up when I shop at this Petsmart . Really appreciate how they have the correct inventory and have it ready for pick up right away. There delivery service is also great really like this place

I love the product selection and everything that is animal oriented. It is always a good experience and I am able to get the items my companion needs to keep her healthy, happy and in style with cute & functional clothing -costumes for each holiday and/or time of year.

I shop at this companies various locations even though the prices are outrageous, because my dogs need to eat and have treats as well as being spoiled with toys. Every year I spend over $2000-$3000. But when I show up and see and item that has been marked down 50% off, I get a little excited, but when brought to the register and the cashier states it is not on discount calling for assistance to verify then when verified I’m told to pay attention to the tags on the shelf. I don’t feel I should have to work my job to do someone else’s job when I go shopping, I’d like to just expect that things are in their proper place. Just as my job is to insure things are in order… and when my customer shows me proof it is believed to be a certain price… I honor it. I don’t make them feel it’s their fault for not paying attention to the tag. And that is exactly how I was treated and I’m over it. I work my butt off and spend way more than need and if I won’t be recognized and/or appreciated for it. I will NEVER SPEND ONE MORE PENNY SUPPORTING THEIR COMPANY.

Grooming services should not be there at all if they don’t know what they’re doing! My poor dog can’t stop licking one specific spot bc of how low they shaved him, he’s irritated. So sad and annoying

Pretty much average. It takes a long time to get anything from their rewards program, and when you buy anything, they devide that small reward in between all the items you buy. It's ok I guess.

If you have to go to the bathroom, you'd better go before you get there. Because they don't like to let you in their bathroom. I practically had to pee on the floor just to get the bathroom.

They have the prescription food my dogs use. Always have a pretty good stock in and friendly staff. Our kids love to come see the live animals and fish also. Fun pet store ❤️

I have taken my dog here for three years… she was just in grooming two weeks ago and come back that they completely shaved her. Didn’t try to groom and her butt was already shaved down from myself. Do not take your pet here.

I did an instacart order here and had a man follow me everywhere pretending to be shopping. At the end, which took me an hour to shop for the customers, i noticed he still had nothing in his hand and ended up in every aisle i was in. Not a very comfortable shopping experience. But the people at checkout were super lovely and helpful. But cmon now, do better. And i’m talking about the secret shopper, you suck at it. If you’re gonna spy on people, at least be good at it.

The store part is just fine and we often get our pet supplies here.The grooming department is very friendly but we get very inconsistent / poor results for our doodle. I completely understand that if a doodle is matted they need to be shaved. We'd had that happen before as well. We brush our dog but we hadn't kept up with it as much as we wanted so I expected his body to need some shaving. What I didn't expect was for it to be all the way down to the skin but I suppose I can find some reasoning there if they really needed to do that in some particular place. However, his face does not need to be shaved down to the skin. We were very disappointed with the result. I don't think there was any attempt to actually clear out the smallest tangles around his face and not shave his entire face down to the skin, whiskers, eyelashes, everything. I've seen doodles with a lot more matted hair get a much better grooming result. We upgraded the package, got the best shampoo, did nail and teeth brushing. We were quite happy to pay for a good service but that's not really what we got. It seems lazy. The last time we took him here, he came back with a thin layer of hair at least and quite a bit of fur around his face. He doesn't even look like a doodle at the moment, poor guy. We won't be taking him here again.
