This was the first grooming appointment for our 1 year old Husky mix. Scott did such a beautiful job. I’m sure Luna feels so much lighter after her de-shed, bath, and trim. He told us she acted like a pro, but it must have had something to do with how much of a wizard Scott is with dogs - she seemed so comfortable and happy when I picked her up. All my thanks, we’ll be back! 🐕🛁

I cannot put into words how disappointed I am in the grooming services here. We brought our family Newfoundland in a few days ago and we were aware of knots behind her ears and on her chest. We confirmed it was okay to shave ONLY the necessary parts of her that couldn’t be brushed out. When we went to pick up our dog she had been COMPLETELY shaved. Mind you, this is a Newfoundland - a SNOW dog - that now no longer can be outside for more than 10 minutes before running inside because she has no hair to keep her warm. This is typically done in the summer NOT in the winter. It’s absolutely cruel what was done to her. There was no regard by the groomers for what we asked for. And no regard for the breed, clearly, knowing they fully shaved a dog bred for the cold winter months. And when we asked to speak to the groomer we were told she wasn’t available. Reconsider bringing your pets here. It’s not worth it.

Well stocked with a variety of good quality foods and toys. There’s always a 15 or 20% coupon in my email. If one of the Products I buy have a manufacturers coupon available their cashier will offer it to me. The groomers are very good and friendly and take good care of my dogs.

Was at the Banfield next door and saw they had a do it yourself dog wash, I had never used one and now I will never go back to at home baths! They provided everything you need, shampoo, brushes, towels, plastic aprons so you don't get wet, and they even clean up for you once you are done! Totally worth the price to not have to clean dog hair out of the bathtub at home. Staff was also very friendly and helpful!

I had been looking for a groomer that was closer and decided to try this new PSP. Sure glad I did! I have had my two dogs in a couple of times to see Scott. He did an amazing job grooming and exactly as I had asked. He was very kind and obviously very passionate about what he does. Everyone in the store is super friendly.

I love Pet Supplies Plus and this location is no exception! The most friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They truly care and are happy to answer questions. They'll actually walk you right the products you're looking for, not just point at the aisle and send you on your way. That's service! This location is small but it's well-stocked.

Scott in the grooming department is amazing! I have a a 1 year old Basset puppy who is beyond wiggly and nails were out of control. I walked in with her and he cut and filed them with such gentleness and care. He rechecked each nail and now they look like they should. Plus he is just friendly as is all the people who work there! Lisa is great too!!!

Prices are crazy. Found a lot of the same things online for much cheaper. If you’re going to spend crazy prices then might as well go to PetSmart… At least they have a nice exchange/ return policy

Really nice selection of food. We got the dogs treats and toys for the cat. They have self service dog (animal) bath stations. So awesome and at an affordable price.

This locations customer service is just not good. Hangs up the phone before done talking. Is clearly aggravated. Doesn't honor coupons. I love Pet Supplies Plus but not this location.
