This store is really great! This is my primary store now. They have more selections than the any other place. The Customer service is 2 thumbs up! Friendly, fast and clean.

Employees were very helpful and personable. Knowledgable about products on the shelves as well as the species you are inquiring about. Store is very clean. Products are pricey but, so is everywhere else. Programs like email subscriptions send me coupons and notifies when items are on sale. All in all, a great store. I'll continuously return for all my needs. Thanks!

We used the dog wash station. They're water pressure needs work but otherwise was easy and well stocked for shampoo and towels. Much easier than the tub at home.

I love this shop! My Rottie has been licking his paws causing raw spots. I went in looking for a cone, Alexa approached asking if I needed help and gave me the best advice. She was very knowledgable and super friendly. She guided me towards wraps that taste bitter so he would not pull them off. Its been about 4 days now and he is healing up very well! We also discussed food options as his licking may be due to allergies. Also their dog wash is a great deal! Thank you Alexa for helping my pup!

I stopped in at Pet Supplies Plus. Their prices were awesome. I have been shopping at Petco for all these years their prices are outrageous! glad I stopped in at Pet Supply Plus. I will be a regular customer from here on out. Customer service again was great

Took me forever to get help when I was there... I was getting feeder fish for my turtle. When I got into the car the bag was leaking all over my seat it had a small hole in the bag... usually they will double bag the fish at other places because I think this may be a common occurrence. Anyways, when I actually looked at the fish while I was in the parking lot, there were at least 5 dead fish in the bag. Looked like mostly younger kids working in there so I didn't want to deal with trying to get it fixed. Anyways horrible customer service and the product obviously not too far behind that.

Very nice staff at this location...however $194 for a 8.8 lb bag of dog food is ridiculous. It's on sale for only $154! What a bargain!!!Could buy 10lbs of fresh steak for less.

Love this place! Take my boy for a bath here every couple weeks. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They also carry my Doberman's food so it's easy giving them that business as well. Also, got a Leopard Gecko from them back in March and he is absolutely perfect! A very knowledgeable staff member helped me with him.

Just about everything we need in a pet store is here. The dog wash is awesome and our great Dane finally got her much needed scrubbing! On top of that, they have a decent fish selection and super helpful staff. While it's not my favorite, for its location it is much better than the box stores around.

Great pet washing experience. I love the fact I can donate food my dog didn't like. They have a wide food variety. There is always an option for all the guys in my house; from geckos to cats to my pups.

The store is clean and well organized. It's stocked with a variety of products for fish, reptiles, and amphibians, as well as anything you might need for dogs, cats, birds. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This was my second visit to this business and I will shop here again.

Update your machines they never work and it slows the line down considerably and makes the overall experience much worse. Otherwise though a great place. Small and nice. Nice normal people.

I can’t say enough fantastic things about this pet store!! They go above and beyond all expectations I have!! All of the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly!! The store manager, Amanda came out and answered all of my questions and was able to recommend products for my dog and cat!! I highly recommend shopping here!!

This is my new favorite store! They carry my puppies favorite food. I don't have to drive around looking for stores that carry the puppy formula that Tallulah loves. The staff is always friendly and ready to help us.

I love this Pet Supplies Plus location. I drive to this location, which farther away from my home, rather than the location that's much closer because it's just a better shopping experience. It's cleaner and the employees make it a great place!!!

I had stopped by a locally owned pet store after a workout class which I will not name but was further north of this location. However I was never greeted nor acknowledged so I left and went to pet supplies plus. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed as was the next guests after me. I was even offered help to my car after my purchase. I love this place because they carry the formula my dog eats! The experience was worth mentioning because so many people and businesses don’t even do the simple things anymore like acknowledging when they have a customer.

Used to be a great neighborhood shop. Now the employees make up excuses and rules that don't let you use the dog wash. The manager even told us to go to Pet Servant on Wadsworth. When your business doesn't matter to a company, it's not worth visiting. I just wish I didn't prepay for washes I won't be using.

I love this store. It's kept so clean, everything faced up, so nice to shop in. Always have the cat food AND dog food i need, plenty of treats and toys. Great staff, a real pleasure to shop here.
