One of the best self serve dog washes I've used. Very clean, great shampoo options and most importantly a high powered dryer for my bernedoodle. The grooming table for the dryer was also a big plus and made it a lot easier for me. The staff was also extremely friendly. Only tip is to call ahead to make an appt for the wash!

One of the best places to get pet food, treats, toys, and supplies! Don't let the size of the store fool you, they have more than you could ever want for your pets, we always get our cats raw food, specialized treats, and toys here, and my girls love everything we get. The staff is always kind and welcoming and ready to assist you whenever you need help too!

I was running some errands in Arvada and stumbled upon this store. All I have to say is that the girl that was there today is very knowledgeable and very kind. I would definitely recommend buying at this store. She answered a lot of my questions and concerns I had. Thank you paws n play for being great towards your customers.

Excellent locally owned business with great service. Each time I visit, looking for a dietary change food for a cat, there's knowledgeable, personal service and a wide selection of foods and even more toys. Highly recommend.

They have a great variety but disappointed they do not price match. I spent $8 more shopping there instead of another store so I’m not sure I’ll be back but if you don’t have the time to wait for delivery or go to another store could be a good option.

This is an awesome store! We found the treats we've been looking for and best toy selection I've found anywhere. My dachshund hasn't stopped playing with her new toys since we got home.

I have shopped at this store for many years. I have had some difficulty lately getting the product I normally buy without having to make extra trips.Last time someone promised to get me a bag in the morning and bring it over. I waited all day to get the product. It finally arrived at almost 5 pm. That isn’t morning.The “chain” store down the street does not carry my brand. I have bought the same item once a month for the last nine plus years. Now you aren’t carrying it at this location in a size I carry (40 lbs was all you had).I would rather support local business, but if you are not going to carry what I need without having to make multiple trips, then I will have to look into other options for my pet supplies.

We love taking our Great Dane to this pet store! They have 2 self wash stations with all the goodies (shampoo, sprays, combs, towels, hair dryer, etc) and we always let our dog pick out a treat from the MANY options they have in-store. We've always been greeted with a smile and would recommend to anyone with fur babies at home!

I'd rather go here than a chain store. The prices are better and it's easier to find what I need. The only employee that's there every time I've been there is very helpful and friendly.

We love this pet store! We've purchased two different types of food for our pup from them. Delivery is really easy or we can stop in to pick up a bag if we forget to order in advance. They also have fun toys, treats, and extras for dogs like hiking harnesses, collars, etc. Our pup loves going in and getting a treat too!

We absolutely love going into this store. We live in Olde Town, so we stop in quite a bit on our walks. All the employees are so friendly, and know our dog when we come in. When we were switching dog foods, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the brands they carry. We've gotten many toys and treats from here as well, all high quality and top notch for our pup. I cannot recommend going into this store enough, even if you don't live in the area!

Been coming here for over 3 years since moving to the area. Small shop but concise layout that makes finding things simple once you've been in once or twice.What I love most, having a pitbull I understand the stereotype and terrible prejudice the breed sees. Since the first time I went in I have felt welcome, and my girl absolutely loves going in there. She will pull me from scrumptious all the way there!

The store is well organised. The girls I have dealt with in the past are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mariah goes out of her way to make sure that you understand what product you are feeding your loved one. I appreciate the kindness that is given to each customer. Great location will have to visit the other one to give my product a spa day.

By far the best pet store in the area. Bob, the new owner, is always adding new items (many CO made items) and constantly looking for ways to improve an already great store. He makes sure that the items you need are always in stock and tops it off with great, friendly service. Keep up the good work Bob.

I live in Florida and I lost my dog's favorite Kong frisbee toy that we got in a random Sam's Club kit two years ago. I couldn't find it anywhere, but they had it here on the website storefront. Thank you thank you thank you! I literally thought my dog wouldn't forgive me for losing his toy! (50% joke, 50% serious)

Our favorite pet store and the only place we purchase dog food for our pup! The workers are knowledgeable and helped advise on the best food for our dog. We trust them and know their products do not contain anything harmful for dogs.

Bob is wonderful! I went in to find something for my dogs birthday. He recommended I get him a puppy cupcake and bow tie. My dog loved the cupcake and the bow tie looks adorable on him. He has such a great selection and is very helpful.

Stopped in to ask a question about a vendor that was at the Harvest festival and was treated rudely by the owner who got short with me and said he was stuck in the store for the Harvest festival. Politely said thank you and was on my way as he hurried off to tell his cashier something more important. My husband and I typically get our dog treats here 2-3 times a month, guess not anymore.

They have everything you need for your fur friend. Every year for Halloween they have doggie trick or treat. Dress your baby up and walk around downtown Arvada for doggie treats.
