I had a great experience with this location - they went above and beyond my expectations!They didn't carry a specific cat food that their sister location had in stock, so they called up the sister location and got them to send over the food so I could pick up at the Arvada location the following day. They also said that I could let them know the next time we're running low so we could do the same thing going forward.

Swung by here to pick up a couple things after taking my dog to the urgent care across the street. Was warmly greeted by the staff and they were wonderful to talk with. Amazing customer service. They also loved my husky and he told me we’ll be stopping in any time we’re in the area for more treats and pets.

We've recently started shopping at the location on 64th in Arvada and have had nothing short of amazing experiences every time we've been in the store. Jo and Jav have been so incredibly helpful in helping us get our fur babies switched over to healthy and more fulfilling foods. They are full of knowledge and have absolutely top tier customer service. The selection of foods got us in the door, but the employees have kept us coming back. Truly wonderful people and 5 star experiences. We're loyal customers now.

Paula was so friendly and super helpful. I had placed an online order but one of the flavors of dog food went out of stock. She immediately called me to let me know and talked me through alternative flavors based on my pups preferences. Made a special trip across the Denver metro area to get a favorite supplement that only a few pet stores stock. Talked at length to the two young women at the front desk. They were very helpful in giving me ordering availability and I was able to give them insightful information on the product's benefits. This is a great store with specialized and holistic pet products and a super friendly staff. I enjoy coming the distance to get just what I need.

Alicia is WONDERFUL! It is hard to find great customer service these days. Alicia went way above and beyond to help my dog. This store was out of lamb ears and she personally is going to drive to the Highlands Ranch store to pick some up for my dog. Plus, she gave us a sample bag of treats! Thank you so much Alicia!

My dog won't eat most dog food, so I went to Bentley's because of a recommendation of 2 friends and met Caroline behind the counter. I was there 45 minutes while she educated me on dog food I never knew about and dog nutrition. She gave me a big bag of samples to try explaining each one and many cash off coupons and brochures explaining dog care. Caroline is a huge asset to this store, and was very knowledgeable about her job. I highly recommend this very loyal employee if you want to learn about the products they carry. I will definitely be back

I have been to this store in person and the people we have talked to have been pleasant and helpful. But for the first time I placed an online order for some items and received them within a couple of hours. Everything I ordered was delivered in good condition. It was easy and quick. Poor customer service had a simple ask if they carried dog booties. The response from their sales associate was a discourteous and sharp no. Would recommend finding a different shop to find your pet needs.We are consistent customers at their Candelas location. Where we went earlier in the day to see if they carried dog boots. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size we needed. The sales associate at that location informed us that the location on 64th and Ward had the size of dog boots that we needed. This compounds the frustration of the rudeness as noted above.We attempted to explain this to the sales associate at the 64th and Ward location. She then let us know that the location we were currently at was not Candelas and then reiterated that they didn’t carry dog boots.We will probably find a different pet store chain for our dog needs in the future.

Extremely knowledgable about particular dietary needs... My dog loves recommended food and seems to have shinier coat and toned muscles. They also helped suggest chewing behavior ideas... Overall great family owned pet store that treats your pets like their own.

Great local family owned business. We have been shopping here for all our pet food for 6 years now. Owners are knowledgeable and up to date on the manufacturing and content of the brands they sell. I have not needed the services of the grooming shop on site but it always looks clean and well run.

We were customers of Pet Empawrium for years, but since the transition to Bentley's, our experience with the service has hardly been exceptional, as it had once been. First, the new folks said that they'd honor customers' residual purchase rewards. Then, their computer system "deleted" the old customer records. Okay, maybe; that can happen. They claimed they were working to get it all back. On our last visit, however, we were told they wouldn't honor the credit because we didn't save the UPC labels. Questions about the timeliness and validity of that information only produced a sucks-to-be-you attitude from the clerk. We checked with two other places in the last week that sell the same brand, and both stated unequivocally that the manufacturer did NOT require this, and that they would never require such a thing, either.To be clear, I don't shop somewhere because of frequent-shopper perks, but I have no patience for being jerked around. Bentley's has competitive prices and it's got a great location, but we'll be buying our pet food elsewhere, now.

Would have been 5 if not for certain staff members being more interested in catering to their friends than helping all paying customers. Was not impressed by one employees lack of awareness while sat in the middle of an already small cat section. However I did find a number of good products and all are a hit with picky cats and the one employee I did get a hold of for questions was certainly knowledgeable.

I''ve been shopping here 10 years + and wouldn't trust anyone else! Have always gone for needs for my dogs (food, grooming and great advice). Last year, we got our first cat. I was purchasing my cat food elsewhere, but I just had a long, informative conversation with the owner about cat food and the needs of my cat. I learned Pet Empawrium is not just for dogs! Thank you for continuing to educate me!

After ten years with the same groomer we had to look for a new place due to the fact that our old groomer closed her business. We found Pet Empawrium and went there for the first time last Wednesday 3/29/2017 and were very impressed to say the least. We have 2 corgies and they loved it. The service is great, the staff professional and our dogs looked beautiful. Tiara was the lady who took care of our pups and we can only say positive things about her. Looks as though we have found the perfect spot for out dogs. We highly recommend them. The price was right and all in all we were more than satisfied. Thank you, David Leasure.
