We absolutely love Bentley's! Some of the best staff I have ever met, both knowledgeable and friendly, and high quality products. We constantly get compliments on how shiny and soft our dogs' coats are and it is a result of the products we find here. We don't go anywhere else and we now live in a different city! Fun and health foods, treats, toys, and accessories, not to mention all the events they host which are a great reason to spoil your pet. A great store!!

We brought our puppy into Bentley's to pick up some supplies recently, and the two women who helped us find everything we needed were great. There prices may be slightly higher than average, but they carry many premium products. I will definitely come back for future dog needs

This store is extremely pit bull friendly! I bring my dog here all the time, the employees are super kind and you can tell they both love animals. Riker is always showered in attention and loves the ice cream socials. It's our go to spot, there's always treat sales so you're always able to snag a bargain.

Highly recommend! I had a great experience working with Chelsea at Bentley's to find a new food for my little guy. With a potential chicken allergy, Chelsea helped me scour the shelves and offered several sample sizes of dog foods to try. All of them met the stringent list of standards/ingredients recommended by my vet. Bentley's carries a wide range of high quality foods, treats, and supplies for dogs and cats. The whole store and experience is geared toward helping pet owners take great care of our furry friends. I'd say they're succeeding!

This pet shop is so incredibly Great! A new variety not like the other pet “box” stores in town. Excellent selection of high quality food brands and the coolest toys and apparel.Even fresh baked specialty treats for your special companion.Roberta is so friendly and knowledgeable. She made our first visit feel like family! You have to check out Bentley’s!!!!!

First time and I will be coming back as a long term customer. This store is so cute and the prices are incredible not to mention the customer service. I was able to get my 2 year old German Shepard treats and everything she needed at a great price. I highly recommend this store to anyone along with their reward system is AMAZING

Bentley's pet stuff is a great smaller pet store with high quality food and treats. The staff is always friendly and super knowledgeable. They are very helpful and have offered to special order things for us if what we are looking for isn't there at the moment. Our dogs are treated well when we bring them with us, given lots of pets and love.

I am such a big fan of this Bentley’s! Not only are they extremely safe with following the state mandated masks, BUT after a short visit in store I was informed by the sweet woman who is there like every day(Chelsea) that they also offer curbside pick up! I simply call her with the goodies I want for my little Moses boy and she puts together my order and brings it right out to my car! Easy Peazy! Very impressed. Keep it up!! ❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾🐾

This store is amazing! There are several locations, but the staff at 77th and Wadsworth goes above and beyond! I usually stop in on Friday afternoons to pick up my dog's special allergy food, and I can always expect a friendly hello. I enjoy shopping there, and being treated with amazing customer service. I highly recommend them.

Will definitely be a returning customer over and over again! All the employees are extremely nice and caring. Your pets diets are just as important as ours! So definitely treat them here! And they are always holding one kind of event or another. I especially love their adoption days ;)

Amazing shop. If you have a dog this is the place to go with baked goods and so much raw hide it's a heaven! It is extremely clean inside. The staff is wonderful, they talked to me extensively and informed me of what brands were being bought by who and the overall future of natural pet foods. I was shopping for my 22 year young Kitty Lady and got a great selection for my picky eater. I highly recommend this shop, it's right by Sprouts, can't miss it!

Love the girls here, Jada and Chelsea are fabulous and care 100% about the pets that come in! However they've been having difficulty keeping product in. I feel so bad for these girls- I hope the owners know that they are doing amazing and hopefully see the shelves looking so empty :(

We noticed Bentleys after eating dinner in the same shopping center. We were in the car when we noticed it, and I’m SO glad we decided to get out of the car and go check it out!! We walked in 10 minutes before they closed and they were still so friendly and happy to see us. One of the ladies working there (Ren, I believe) was so helpful and knowledgeable. We wanted to pick out the best for our Sammy boy and she made sure to point us in the right direction. She immediately informed us of the the current sales the store was having - and boy oh boy did we get lucky!! We got a coat for our pup just in time for the snow coming tomorrow! (another thank you goes to Tracy, the manager, for that one). We truly had such a wonderful first impression. We will definitely be coming back!!

I love this place! Every time I go in my dog and I are greeted with happy friendly faces, and if I go in with an issue I'm quickly helped and given plenty of options and suggestions that work with my budget. The other day the gentleman working gave me a free goat's milk to try to help my guy to eat. It worked great! And I will be buying more soon.

We recently visited the puppy ice cream social as a fun little event for our dog and the workers there were very welcoming! I will support this place with any and all pet purchases as they are far better than any other pet store that I have experienced in the area. They have a large variety of toys, treats, food, etc. I mean, they hold puppy ice cream socials... for free! They also had a booth for holistic remedies and vet care which was awesome!

Great staff, great selection, great prices. They always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and remember you and your products. We don't even have to remind them they just know. We come in and they have what we are looking for. If an item is going to be discontinued they let us know to stock up and also help find an alternative that works. I'm never shopping at PetSmart or Petco again as long as these guys are around and with the way they run their business I'm pretty sure they will be.

Our first visit exceeded our expectations. We described the situation with our elderly cat and received product advice from Tracy and diet options that simply were not available at other stores. I thought the prices were very reasonable, and customers do receive ongoing discounts because there is a rewards program. Do drop in & check it out.

This is going to be our go to shop for our pup Casper! Plenty of toy options and healthy food selection. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I mentioned we were thinking of switching Casper’s food over to a different brand. This place is a gem, will be back again!! 🐾

First time in the store recommended from a friend. The products seem great but the customer service seems very rude and incompetent of the products. When i walked in 3 girls were just standing around first thing out of her mouth was a mask. Im sorry but there is bo law and its harrassment. Because of tve three negative things mentioned i wont shop at stores like this

As a 1st time puppy owner, I could not be more pleased by finding Bentley’s In Arvada! The crew there is well perfection! From Kimmie to CC to Ren, and of course Tracey are simply the best! They go out of their way to to not only love on my boy Finbar, but help me with all my many questions & purchases! They make special efforts to find the products I can’t find & assist me with my training questions & have become my canine therapists! I have been aware of the BENTLEY'S pet stuff stores by sight and name. I live directly in the middle of both this location, ( 77 and Wadsworth), and 53 and Kipling. About 8 months later I was in the shopping center of the 77 and Wadsworth location so I thought i'd check it out. WOW the customer success that I received that day was out of this world. CiCi, Wren, and Kimmie were extremely friendly and beyond helpful with my overwhelmed confusion. The pet I had been shopping at for the previous 9 years, closed, without warning of any kind. I couldn't fathom how or why this could/would happen.These 3 ladies put me at complete ease and patiently guiding me through the task of deciding on a new kibble to feed my 3 doggies since they didn't caring the brand I usually purchase. That pet store and the food I purchased also had a rewards program. Unfortunatelyi, since they abruptly shut their doors I know longer assumed I would be granted the ability to continue with my purchases and receive my free bag. It really hurt since my very next bag was the last one before the free one. CiCi, Wren and Kimmie assured me that I could still purchase the remaining bag. The fact that they honored my rewards program from day one, on a dog food they didn't even carry, they made me a customer for life.Every time since then, they continue to exceed my expectations. Tammie and Chelsie were also wonderful. Kind, patient, informative, upbeat, and I believe genuinely happy to be working at BENTLEY'S and serve myself, my canine companions and all others who shop there.Debi F.

This place is awesome has a good selection of cat food and dog food. It has unique varieties even really good catnip. It even has like good toys for cats. Also has good selections for all types of cat food for even picky cats. Really awesome place and friendly staff is a clean place well maintained. :3

Cute little store, good quality products and foods. I don't buy my dog's food anywhere else. Chelsea, Kimmy, and Tracy are all top notch, love them all!
