I give one star only to leave a review. It's truly sickening how a specific worker in this store's jewelry department is allowed to treat customers. Twice now trying to return jewelry items I have been met with attitude that would make the calmest person flip their lid! My husband purchased a gift for me for Valentine's Day that he didn't realize was defective as he didn't take it out of the box before gifting it to me. Not thinking we would need the receipt he tossed it. When trying to simply do an exchange, which Walmart no longer "allows", even with a receipt, we were told we couldn't do anything without a receipt. While that information would have been MUCH better received without this females attitude, it was not. The first time I dealt with this female, I was returning a birthday gift, PURCHASED FROM ONE OF THE LOCKED CASES WHICH MORE THAN PROVES IT WAS NOT FKN STOLEN!, I also had my receipt! I was told I had no choice but to accept a gift card! So apparently Walmart has taken on the return policy of Goodwill Industries of Denver! Where you MUST have your receipt to do a return but, you only get a gift card so you're forced to spend that money at that store, period. I don't think Walmart will be getting much more of our money anymore. And if I have further issues with that employee at this specific store, I guess I'll be taking legal action. This is unacceptable.

I stopped by because my tire light came on . Nice man checked filled my tires hour later my light back on long story long I had ruptured my tire with a nail to boot . I chose to wait outside and I have to say I watched the nice man that checked me.in he was really good with all the people coming in . In particular he showed a lot of patience with an elderly gentleman. You don't see enough of people taking the time to be kind to everyone . Wal Mart today I appreciate you and your employees ..thank you ..whoever hired him made a good choice . I think his name was strohm?

I love this place! I'm a full-time RV and I often come here to restock on food and whatever else I need and I usually overnight in the parking lot before heading back to a campground. I love that they allow us to overnight after we buy our groceries. I have a small refrigerator so I usually come here shopping about once a week

The best place for a tourist and a local to buy things. They have literally everything you could possibly need at home and as a tourist/camper, even a subway and a plant nursery. Great stop before going to the sand dunes. They even have a hair salon.Prices were really good at least as a tourist for everything from Colorado gift items (fridge magnets $3-4, $10 for shirts and caps), clothing (for everyone including babies), food, including fruits and vegetables, sunglasses, pharmacy, deli items, camping items etc.

We love this Walmart! The staff is actually nice and speaks to you. I had someone offer to help me find something. Don't usually find that at Walmart.

This walmart has fallen from its graces hard. I saw the new store manager yell at a lady for trying to get coffee. The same coffee he set out FOR customers.If this is the way the store manager treats customers then i, for one, will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went to your deli counter and looked at what was available to buy. About 3 minutes later after standing there the employee who was standing near by told me that the deli was closed. I asked him if he could assist me with getting what I wanted and he said they were short staffed. After looking at the deli slicers I realized I didn't want his assistance because the deli slicers were dirty with meat being cut prior to myself going there. I'm disappointed because I wanted to buy my family and I some deli meat. And I'm just wondering why Walmart would want to loose out on my and anyone else's money today on 12/09/2023.

Who doesn't love Walmart right? The employees here are really nice. Shout out to the girl Jaymie who sometimes works in the eye place. She helped me find what I was looking for and was very professional and kind. 😉

They do not change the oil out enough at the deli. I’ve been to a lot of Walmarts in this state and every time I go to this one you can tell that they have not changed the frying oil often enough. The fried food is a dingy dark looking color and gross. I know this is not the way it’s supposed to taste because other Walmarts are not like this. I don’t know if maybe they’re doing it differently at this Walmart for some reason but whatever it is, it’s going to deter me from getting deli food here again.

I had a great experience here and this was honestly one of the cleanest walmarts I have ever been in. It seems most of the negative reviews are about the number of Employees available to help you but I used self check out, I didn't notice any issues on my end.

I loved this app its very convenient and provides many savings and is easy to used. HOWEVER! It is very easy for someone to hack into ur account and get All your information including credit card info. All they have to do is change your email and then they have everything. And walmart will NOT help you at all they just send you to different people passing the buck and not addressing the fraud. I was on the phone with them for hours....talked to manny different people Finally one person said we need to close this account because it is obviously not you that changed the email on this account. Then they said they can't investigate because the account was closed...... this is dangerous dont get it!

I used to work for Walmart Home offices, and most of my children and ex wife and mother in law as well. I must say this is one of the worst ever, and I've lived all over the United States!

There are things they could improve. However, I don’t go inside anymore. The pick up is quick. They are flexible if I missed the time and are nice and organized when they show up to my truck I don’t know why anyone would ever go inside at this point I have three different orders there today three or 400 bucks, I don’t have to walk around the store and find stuff they will bring it to my truck and load it for me. Honestly it’s magical. Thanks for not making me come inside anymore. I will never come inside again, but I will always spend money with the pick up.

Nobody ever, ever picks up the phone at this store. The customer service although I don't blame the associates is horrific. They are also always always out of everything. It's why I am a loyal Amazon customer.

Matt at the front of the store is very rude.i needed to make a return and the service desk was closed at 8:11pm. I asked him very nicely if he could help me and he said he was to busy to help me, those where his exact words.

Walmart is always a circus but this location is ridiculous!! The cashiers stand there, rudely scanning your groceries and REFUSE to bag them unless you help them. I'm not sure why I need to do their job but I refuse. Management enables this lazy behavior. And I was asked not to make a scene as I spent hundreds of dollars and recieved this treatment.

No one will answer the phone!!! Bought a ring here and sent it off to get resized and was told to call them to check on the status. I have tried calling multiple times and have been put on hold for an hour or just not answered at all. Completely unacceptable by Walmart, how is it you do not answer your phone? Do you not have enough employees or do your employees just suck?!

This Walmart Super Center was like most Walmarts. I gave it a three-star though because they had a poor selection of towels and blankets. I was very disappointed. I didn't have time to shop anywhere else so I guess I should just be grateful they had anything. Plus they didn't have any pool towels. The grocery side had everything I needed including a bag of ice.

Most of the staff is really nice especially the lady greeter. But I left my twenty dollar bill in the machine on cash back and the guy tending to that section in the afternoon was rude and just didn't care. So the lady helped me to check with customer service. No money but she was extremely caring, completely opposite of the man at self checkout

Absolutely the worst walmart I've been to the store is dirty the employees are extremely rude and ignorant and threaten to fist fight customers . I saw and was able to video AP threaten to fist fight a man and was yelling inside the store like an idiot who couldn't control his behavior . To make matters worst the man AP throw out still got away with stolen items . I've seen people steal from this location like no other . If your coming here make sure your items are in the boxes AND TRY TO AVOID THE GOONS THEY HAVE FOR EMPLOYEES.

Store is big and busy also well stocked and well lit,clean too. All staff made me feel comfortable and like a regular. Love how they wish everyone a great day with a big smile as you leave. Looking forward to my next visit.

Wrong price on everything on the shelves. I counted over 10 items today that were miss labeled on the shelf.I actually made it to the check out with one. It was on the shelf for $11.49 but rang up $24.79.How hard is it to stock a shelf and make sure it's labels are correct????Just asking for a fren....
