We have been printing out our family Christmas cards at Walgreens every year for the last three years. We appreciate the high quality and the prompt service. This year we experienced a little hiccup with their printer (a Fuji piece was defective) which caused a delay. Kent, the store general manager, did an excellent job in making sure that we got our cards and that the experience was delightful despite the delay. Kent went the extra mile and his customer service deserves five stars and two thumbs up. We plan to continue to get our Christmas cards at Walgreens next year. Thank you, Kent! Thank you, Walgreens!

So I’m a door dasher and tonight I had an order but unfortunately my dumb self forgot to charge my phone and my phone kept of dying and dying but an employee named Bryan helped me out and I was able to charge my phone I told him my situation and he was able to help me out honestly if he wasn’t there to help me I wouldn’t know what to do he even helped me find the rest of the groceries I needed to complete my order who ever is the manager needs to up Bryan’s pay he was awesome!

Would not suggest this place for any shots. Went in for a flu shot and the lady didn't even touch your arm as in just the needle did proper way is to kinda give a slight squeeze and then administer into the muscle she did not plus she really smelt like cigarettes. I have had many flu shots this lady messed me up nor did she clean the blood that was running down my arm.

Worst Walgreens I've ever dealt with. I've been to pick up my med 3 times - after being notified it is ready. When I have arrived I'm told it will be an hour. After waiting for 1 & 1/2 hour I've had to leave. This isn't pills that have to be counted. It is a boxed med that only needs an Rx label stuck on. A horrible way to run a pharmacy.

I had surgery this morning. My Dr. called my prescription in. Somehow, the pharmacy IS OUT OF some MEDICATION, but didn't tell anyone. I went to a different pharmacy, and the Walgreens pharmacy HUNG IP ON HIM! They are rude. I've called before, and they don't even say hello. They pick up the phone and put you on hold. I live an hour from here, but they don't care. I've never actually spoken to them on the phone, because they just hang up on people. I won't go here again. If you don't have enough employees, hire them. This process started 3 hours ago, and because Walgreens can't be bothered to do their job, and answer the phone, I still don't have my meds, after a labral tear repair.You're pharmacy staff is garbage, and you should all be fired

An hour wait to get my vaccine. They failed to give me my confirmation paperwork which I needed. I went back up to the counter to request it and they asked me to have a seat while they work on it. After 30 min nobody got back to me so I got back in line which took another 30 min. I had to ask to speak to the main pharmacist to get my paperwork because the gentleman who promised to get back to me asked me AGAIN to wait a little longer while he helps others in line. Total visit took 2 hours start to finish. Never again.

Homeless guy in parking the lot, leaned up against the bldg by the front door, wearing only a green loin cloth and black houseshoes. A lady comes out of the store gives him a couple bucks, he leaves his backpack and trash on the sidewalk, walks across the street to the liquor store, goes into the liquor store with only his green cloth on, and comes out with a beer which he drinks on his way back to Walgreens. Then another guy shows up with his pants half way down and keeps playing with himself! Women with children having to park on the otherside of the bldg or walk right past that! SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS FOR ALLOWING LOITERING OUTSIDE YOUR BLDG. He was there all morning .

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! The pharmacy is always backed up with a lone of people both inside and drive throw. Also they tell you that your prescription will be filled in 30 min. You go back and then they tell you come back in anothet 45 min. Also very poor customer service!. Im DEFINITELY CHANGING my Pharmacy.

After receiving an appointment text for a Covid-19 booster shot, I was told upon arriving and standing in line for 20 minutes that I not on their list. The clerk was extremely rude even after I showed her my text. Said I would have to wait for an hour along with others waiting. Went to hospital clinic and was served immediately

Worst pharmacy in the valley!! ALWAYS CLOSED!! I put in for a refill when I still had 5 pills left. It took them until my pills were gone to fill the prescription and then they closed 10 minutes later and for THE ENTIRE WEEKEND. I have not slept for 3 days. This is unaccaptable. This is but ONE example of the ridiculousness and unprofessionalism here. We've literally been standing in line there for an hour and had them slam the window shut on us for "break." WE ARE SWITCHING TO CITY MARKET TODAY. DONE WITH WALGREENS.

Walgreens called my 86 year old mother-in-law to inform her she had a prescription ready to be picked up. After visiting with her doctor last week, she figured her family doctor had called in the prescription. On a limited income she purchased the prescription for $75. Upon arriving home she realized the prescription she paid for was not from her family physician it was three bottles of eye medicine from a procedure completed several months ago. Her eye doctor did not call in the script and the pharmacy claimed the eye medicine was not part of an automatic refill. The prescription was not authorized by a physician or my mother-in-law. When contacting the pharmacy the only thing they could tell us was that they were sorry, they could not refund money or allow us to return the unopened prescription. Sensing we were upset, they transferred our call to the managing pharmacist. After a few minutes we were informed the managing pharmacist could not speak to us and that there was nothing that could do about it. Our biggest concern with this incident is the pharmacy filled an unauthorized prescription and billed a patron for their mistake. In addition to apologizing for their mistake they could also take accountability for it and makes changes to see that it didn't happen again. BTW my mother-in-law already had three bottles of the eye medicine and doesn't need three more!

Worst store I've been to pharmacy never has medication. Now they have out sourced and this entity says yes your meds will be ready and they aren't even in the store. Its a joke and I drive 1.5 hours for this service 😑

I came in with my nephews to get a Covid shot it was a wonderful experience I didn’t even feel the shot I had no side effects whatsoever my arm was not even sore I could not believe it it is a great job and I’m 71 years old I even got a $25 At Walgreens give you to get the shot can’t beat that! Very nice lady that gave me the shot it was the most painless shot I ever had in my life and that is in 71 years she was very wonderful very professional!

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at this store for several years. I can only remember 1 time when it wasn’t ready and that is because my doctor didn’t send in the refill. Don’t blame the pharmacist if the doctor’s office doesn’t send the paperwork. AND I have heard some pretty rude comments from customers to the staff. Maybe you need to listen to yourself when you have a problem with them.

Your Customer Service is terrible. I called to request information on getting an appointment for a covid test. I explained that I had been online for over an hour to schedule an appointment and all that came up on the site was' we are updating. We will be back shortly'. There was no option to schedule. The person that answered told me to try back online in 5 minutes! I had been trying for an hour. I am very proficient at working online, but was told that I apparently didn't know what I was doing. I absolutely know what I am doing when the website works. Needless to say in between the rudeness directed at me, I still do not have an appointment!

drove over an hour away to get covid tested (my walgreens is backed up till next week) just to see signs saying the drive thru is closed and no covid testing. i got no phone calls, no email, no nothing to let me know not to waste my time. only conformations on my appointment via email. wore 3 mask to go inside and no at home test either. insane do better.

Pharmacy staff rude and unhelpful. Wife had a prescription sent to them on Tuesday. We stopped by yesterday to see why it hadn't been run through Medicare yet. Was told they needed more paperwork from Doctor. Today on their app it showed both prescriptions pending insurance approvals. When I checked this evening both prescriptions was totally removed. When I called to find out, after the second call because got disconnected, was told don't know what happened. Told to have Doctor resubmit. We will have Doctor send them to another pharmacy.

If I could give this Walgreens zero stars, I would. This is absolutely the WORST Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacists are rude and prescriptions take forever. Last month, they had me drive an hour to pick up a prescription they told me was done- only to find out it wasn’t and I had to drive back the next day. Do NOT go here! I am never filling a prescription here again.

This is my local corner store and it's so unfortunate that the corporation says it closes at 10pm everyday and they consistently close around 9-9:30, I do not know if the manager Kent Ellis knows that they close early but this is a huge inconvenience for citizens of Alamosa. Also the worker Mercedes with the pink hair, is highly rude and disrespectful and will lock the door 40 minutes ahead of closing the doors in your face.

The staff (Especially Melody) is always so friendly and helpful. Walgreen's is always my go to for whatever I need from soap to cat food to just a soda. Melody makes a point to learn everyone's name and gives them a big hello when they walk in. You guys are awesome!

Took 3 and a half hours and 5 phone calls to fill a simple antibiotic. After having to return to the pharmacy for the 3rd time the grumpy old man closed the drive thru window while I was waiting and made me come in (contagious and burning a fever). Needless to say that was my last trip to Walgreens. They must be taking more drugs than they are handing out.

I live over 45 minutes from this pharmacy, and even though they are the closest walgreens, THEY SUCK!!! I tried on three separate occasions to call before I drove there, but apparently they can't take time to help people on the phone. They place you on hold and then leave you there until you hang up. Normally after a few minutes the phone rings back to the pharmacy, well at this location they dont even address you, they just put you right back on hold, and continue to until you give up and hang up. I've had to drive there each time and the service when you get there, definately not worth it. They are rude, unfriendly and provide terrible customer service.

Poor service, the medication integrity seal was broken. I was givin service by a rude woman. She said that if i could take it back so they could see if it was their fault. I waited for 15 minutes to get assisted by a rude woman who then hung up on me becore i could finish asking my questions.

Completely incompetent Pharmacists and pharmacy techs. This was my first and last time trying to use this Pharmacy and I still don't have my prescription despite being there twice. I told them repeatedly that my prescription had been called in and left in a voicemail, they told me to call my Dr and tell her to do it again and she had to lecture them about how inconvenient it is to not check a voicemail when they are running a pharmacy. This place is nothing but a time drain, go elsewhere.

When I presented to the pharmacy 2 days ago I let them know about my new rx insurance and handed them my card. Was told it was in the system and to call before picking it up. To verify it transfered okay. (Transfering was not by choice but I will not be using this pharmacy again once I get my rx).I've been on hold for 15 mins after I was told by a recording that there was a problem with my insurance.
