Beautiful facility, clean, bright and very welcoming. Adoption process was very smooth and informative, fees quite reasonable. My beautiful new cat was spayed, has all shots, and has been microchipped! If you are looking for a companion animal, please visit these wonderful folks. They are experts at helping animals and uniting people with new best friends.

Recently stopped in to inquire about adopting a new pet to add to our family after having lost one. The staff was so nice and helpful. The next day we found Suzie waiting for someone to take her home. She is just what our family needed. In less than a week our home is filled with the joy and energy that Suzie brought to us.

There's no night time drop box for strays. The cops won't pick up strays. I had to beg and chase people around over the phone to get a four month old puppy housed for the night. I was just so unimpressed. One star.

Our chihuahua puppies were well treated. They were spayed and received vaccinations. The facility is clean, the personnel are very friendly and professional. We are lucky to have such an amazing facility.

My Emma got out of the fence thankfully someone dropped her here. I got her back safe. I also got a wonderful cat from them . Great folks!. The kitten and cat are getting along. It’s pretty fun.

Caring and helpful staff. They didn't mind that we kept coming back to play with all of the animals until we finally decided on one to adopt. Fair and reasonable adoption fees. I truly appreciate the medical and behavioral care these animals receive. Probiotics to help digestion and bowels make a bigger difference in animals than I expected! Thanks for the care and attention to these sweet animals.

Our experience was tremendous! The staff contacted us after "owner/surrender" of 1 of our service animals was dropped off to them instead of contacting us directly. The next morning, before normal hours, we picked up the animal, gave a small donation and on our way home. The staff was friendly & professional thru out this process! Thank You again!!!

I took a dog in to put up for adoption that wasn't getting along with my smaller dogs. I was told he would be taken to get adopted in Denver. They euthenized the dog even though I was told they are a "no kill" shelter, well obviously they definitely aren't. I would have just put the dog down myself if I would've known that's what they were going to do. Plus the staff was not very friendly when I dropped the dog off. I already felt bad enough as it was and they made it worse. Overall a terrible experience.

Please please PLEASE NEVER SEND YOUR PETS HERE. They euthanize and kill the animals sent there on the regularly, and when I questioned them on this disgusting policy, their response was that "it's sometimes a better choice for the sake of the community." Absolutely disgusting.
