Went to get roders turned down. They tried to tell me that they were to thin,after I pointed out that thay were well with it specks they tried to tell me that it wasn't safe, even though after having it done elsewhere they were still 1.8mm over the minimum stamp on the roder.

Probably not the most well managed or one of the better stores out there, but for wix filters that only they carry, my only reason to go there. The store always seems not busy at all. The staff are lackluster. Don't always have stocked in accordance with what's online.

Nice little sure with pleasant employees. Relatively limited stock, but that's what you get for small towns. Luckily, they have a great distribution network, so it usually only takes a day or two for things that are not on hand to come in.

Erik and ghost are the two hardest working employees in this establishment yet they never receive any recognition and the manager who is never there is way too hard on them. Since the manager doesn't perform her duties properly it is high time she is demoted or find herself a new position because she really worthless at this one. It is ghost and Erik who should have the management positions.Ghost is assistant manager who is excellent and should by all rights be manager, not only does he provide top notch service within the store he looks after his veterans after hours as well

Jessie was sooo helpful. He help me to get everything I need and the best prices on my wiper blades. There was a few sketchy guys that walked in and Jessie made sure to walk me out and he stayed real close until I pulled out. He is a super nice person and I appreciated him. I will definitely always go back to this location

let me start by saying that the young man named Adam that is the assistant manager of the Alamosa O'Reilly's Auto Parts store was an absolute problem solver and helped me above and beyond he helped me troubleshoot how to get my parts to me earlier than I was supposed to get them after I had mildly expressed to him the importance, I'll also say that my dog was having a life-threatening issue and because of Adams decisive actions quick thinking and decision making I was able to make an 8-hour Journey round trip and save one of my furry family members lives !!! I have been using this same O'Reilly's location for over10 years now and have never seen better and faster service with more care for the customers needs before. In closing I think the corporate office of O'Reilly's and the HR department for coming to the decision of placing Adam in the assistant manager's position at the store and I hope to see in the future him as the store manager thank you so much O'Reilly's for improving your service over this past year, renewing my faith in professional service.

The service clerk was very young and didn't seem to want to be bothered long enough to explain what a code meant or how to fix it after having ran the diagnostic test for check engine light. Pretty much tosses the printout at us and all but said good luck with that..

While returning to Texas from Creede, the original battery on our 2015 Chevy Impala finally bit the dust.We tried to have Wal-Mart replace it.But, we were facing a 4-hour wait with them.On a suggestion from an Alamosa local, we rolled into O'Reilly Auto Parts Store #2776, to see if they could help us.Employees, Luke & Jonathan, not only had the battery we needed...but, they worked together to properly install it for us...right on the spot!This battery is a MONSTER...with connections and features for newer car models that tend to boggle today's mind...NOT like the car models of yesteryear...trust me!It took less than 30 minutes, from the time we got there, until we were back on the road again.I have to tell you that it's a rare experience when you come across service employees, such as these two young gentlemen, who will go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are taken care of.Heck...we didn't even know that O'Reilly employees went to this extent!This particular battery was, a bit, challenging, to say the least.But, Luke & Jonathan were, not only, knowledgeable...but, friendly and professional as well.From now on, if we're in, or about, Alamosa with any auto issues, I know where to get help.Thank you both for turning, what could have been a terrible day into a most pleasant one!

My car was having battery issues so I stopped by. They were able to check my battery, give me an honest answer if I should change it or not. Which is great because I have very limited knowledge about cars. They even swapped it out quickly and I was on my way. Very friendly and helpful staff glad I stopped there.

The employees are very rude when I call and they put me on hold they play dumb when they take me off hold they keep saying hello several times and I tell them yes I can hear you and then they hang up, so I called back because he hung up and the guy was very rude I asked to speak to someone higher up he said I’m the only one here, for one everyone has a boss and for two he was very unprofessional, I will gladly go across the street to AutoZone where they are willing to help you

Jordan and Christopher were exceptionally helpful when our truck threw a belt halfway between Durango and Colorado Springs. They quickly found us a replacement, let us warm up as needed and continued to be sympathetic and attentive as we replaced the belt. These two make an incredible team and are a perfect example of how customer service should be. Thank you so much!

incredibly friendly staff except 1 creepy male, that lied & DID NOT hook me up broke down off the hiway with my Warranty part!! he lied abt phone number to the mechanic!! & it took me 4 days w/ my dieing Service Dog & i in the heat of the truck!! broke down along the road!! before a woman there found out! & gave me the correct number to get repaired & moved!!!

Like Always the Service was Great.👍Although, the Merchandise I can't say the same. (This is simply a Product Review) Hopefully saving u the Trouble. Those (OBD2 Phone Bluetooth Scanners) in this Case for $110.00 The "Innova 1000 CarScan Mobile + Repair Solutions 2" Is Garbage .🗑 Don't Bother Buying. TRUCK Engine Light and SRS Light never cleared. I knew it was to good to be true. (Product Review) "GARBAGE". (Store Service) "EXCELLENT".

It is a great place to go. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also give veterans a ten percent discount. Also I was surprised with nice discount on brake parts.
