One thing going for this place is the super easy in and out with a huge lot, which is totally worth the extra cost if you're towing a large trailer. Easiest access of any place in alamosa.However, they consistently post a lower price on their sign than what you actually pay at the pump. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she said the price just changed and they didnt have time to update the sign. This is the 2nd time they've used that excuse, so I know it's bull.Ok, big deal right? However, thier drinks and snacks are rediculously overpriced.

I now refuse to go to this location, I work right next to this Alta and stop in before work and during breaks but enough is enough. Today I stopped before work and the lights were turned off and the doors locked, no sign saying they were closed. While I was standing out front of the door the employees just looked at me then continued to look at their phones or computer. Not a one of them came and said they were closed, nothing. I understand it is a gas station and costumer service isn't the highest thing on their priority list, but are you kidding me. To just sit there and look at me, I will no longer be spending any of my money it this location. I cant wait for the Maverick to open up the street!

Would rate lower if I could. Pump card readers don't work and the female employee left me with no help and no gas at the pump. She said "there's nothing I can do." When she clearly could have helped me prepay with my card at the register. She felt it was more important to go home. Thanks alot! I will NEVER waste my money here ever again. But what should I expect with a 2 star average rating.

The manager, Cameron and I have a very sorted history. He was able to put this aside and maintain professionalism, in spite of this, and still provide better customer service than I typically encounter at alta fuel stations. As a general rule, I'm not a fan. This location did very well, and the management here did very well. Will return, thanks guys!

I would steer clear of this location Alta if you're wanting good customer service or pleasant counter help. This is the second time my family has been there and have received rude service. Someone needs to train these folks on better personality skills because they don't belong in the public face. We have been to many other altas which provide superb customer service but this location is extremely lacking. As being in the customer service field for many years we made a point to be pleasant with customers and even in times where others may think they're handling rude customers you got to be above that. The review under this one is not far off. Please considering hiring pleasant help or give incentives to current employees that will help them provide better customer service. In this case which happened today October 10th at approximately 10:55 a.m. please address this with the female manning the counter at that time.

Diesel Fuel is cheap because fuel filters are not!!! I won’t be back ever!! I got stranded due to dirty fuel. $350 in fuel filters I finally got home. No fun changing filters on the side of the highway!! First filter only made it 30 miles and was plugged!!!

Will pull a gun on you and assume your robbing them!!! Also, closes when he want to, not at 9. Has happened multiple times. Better get there before 8 45pm or the doors will be locked

Deserves 0. Wrong advertised price and half the pumps were inoperable. Talked to store associate and excuse was they were trying to fix the price. Its illegal advertise the wrong price

I go to this store quite often, but I find my self hating to go there. The employees are extra rude that's what makes the experience horrible. If you dont have to dont go there.
