Dealing with his company from start to finish was quite the easy and enjoyable experience.From setting up the order over the phone, to having their technician inform me of his imminent arrival at my home, having done so with his company I.D. picture on his text message.Once at my home, the technician Garrett showed me everything I needed to know about the system he brought me. Went to AeroCare to fill my husbands prescription for a nebulizer machine. He is an Iraq war veteran with severe asthma, and i was going to pay for the machine instead of going through the VA insurance , because it would be faster and he was at home dying. He told me it would be $100 dollars and I was willing to pay, but when he went to ring me up he said it was coming up at $175 and he didn't have the authority to change it, and someone named Amy could do it but she of course wasn't there today. I am assuming it is only $100 but they charge the insurance $175. Which is fraud. I went to Rocky Mountain Home care and got one for $80. AeroCare is a scam, do not get your medical supplies from them!!! They were willing to price gauge a war veteran who needed life saving equipment. GROSS!!!!

Somewhat frustrating. Sometimes service is good, other times not so good. I dislike that they have changed their phone setup to where I have to leave a voice message and wait for someone to call me back, (within 24 hours). I am beginning to think that online vendors may be a better choice.

Q2Since the first time they called me they were very nice and very knowledgeable about their bussiness. Both of the techs that delivered my equipment had a facemask on and i saw them put on clean glove. I would recommend them to anyone that needs that type of service

It took them over a month to contact me . Then after gave them my Medicare and Supplemental insurance they demanded I put a credit card on file . When I questioned why ? I was told it was company policy so that if the equipment was lost before the coordinator has time do her her job I’d have to pay for it . That just added insult to injury. I’m disabled with heart failure and COPD . I’m federally disabled and made to wait months and told if I didn’t give them my credit card I’d do without . I am filing a complaint with the medical board .
