Great place. Friendly people. Nice lady working at the check in office. Didn't take long to get loaded. Seems to be an average of 2 hours from the time you check in for the time i spent at shipper and having breakfast around the corner. There is plenty of parking around the company and a great location to do some quick shopping and eat well. Check out the local restaurants and shops. Everything is just a short walking distance. Scale is a block away down the street, It's free, but you have to scale yourself and move the truck to do axle weight and do the math on your own.

I found it easier to turn on to birch street Sign in at the window, then circle around to the doc Kind of tight area, especially when there is several trucks already there. I showed up early and they had me in and out of there in a couple of hours wasn't too bad. Had a good experience. They were polite and efficient.

6 hours to load. We were at N dock. When my husband went in to check, the rude lady said they had 36 trailers and 4 forklift driver and to do the math... YOU need to do the math and get more help or quit scheduling so many trucks!!! Sheesh...

the doors have standing water most of the time , they don’t care about it , if you refuse to backup these dirty doors they told then we have to refuse the load , good luck 👍🏻

First day of the week.You know how Mondays can be. There are several docks at several buildings near Railroad Ave. I didn't have any problems with the personal. I would gladly return again.

I showed up 45 minutes early. Sat in the dock for 5 hours and 45 minutes. For stupid peanuts! Maybe I was just Unlucky. Watched several trucks come and go. At least they had a free scale at the other end of the street. There's an extra star for that.

If you wanna damage your transmission and the tires you are welcome to this “nice” place! Where there is no pavement to the dock and you will get stuck 100%!!! Be careful! Dont get into the left dock closest to the road!!!! Good luck

Overnight parking, had a 1400 appt time and I was in the door at 0700. Gone by 0800. Portajohn by the office was spotless.

Slow all the reviews about them being slow 5 plus hours are right and don't show up early you will get told we don't have enough product to load brokers stop sending drivers here and drivers refuse this load

I’ve seen some of the reviews here and I have not had any problems. Spend the night in their lot and it was decent, the only down spot is a train goes by every now and then.I was in and out within reason, but I was dropping bulk.The gal in the office, Emily, is fantastic. Very friendly, nice.

In and out. They'll accept you early, room to park overnight they'll come knock on your truck door to inform you if you stay overnight. Pretty much 1,2,3.. tight turns, easy backing. Swift is considered the joke of the industry by others. I did it with no problem and I work for Swifty Swifty...so boom.. That should give you confidence.

Tight but there is enough room if you calculate your turns and are patient. Friendly efficient loading they have a scale on west end. Go to full age retirement east side to find check in window. Obey traffic signs. Don’t go down Main Street with semi.

The ladies in the check in office were very nice and helpful. Sent me to a door and they loaded us quickly. Docks were a bit tricky to get around to but not too bad. Overall, it was a great experience.

Got here 4 hours early for appointment and they loaded me right away and had me beck on the road 3 hrs before my appointment. No complaints from me. Appointment time’s doesn’t matter here. Whoever gets in line first leaves first till 5pm.

Showed up at 10:20 for an 11 am appointment. Didn't leave until 5:07. They didn't give me a door for 4 hours then took 2.5 hrs to load up the trailer. They ate up all my drive time and now I'm going to be late for my next load. Avoid this place at all costs.

Had I 1pm appointment, got there about 20 minutes late due to be given load at almost noon. Got there and waited on a single truck for 4 1/2 hours to get loaded. It took another 2 hours to load mine. These people are in Absolutely the worst.... killed my clock without care. Lady at check in/out is rude. All the transactions are really tight and when you are at the door waiting you are blocking the road. Worst set up!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! YOU WILL WAIST ALL YOUR TIME.

It wasn’t too bad. I arrived at 2 pm , my appointment was at 4:45 pm; idk if appointments matter here, the lady gave me a sticker with the truck information I have to be looking for ; because my turn was after him ; which is silly I think 😂, almost all other shippers would give you a call , or some other way. So I got a door at 5 pm, and left with paperwork around 6 pm. The best thing that the waiting there is not too bad , that there are a lot of nice places within walking distance like supermarket, restaurants, coffee shop, so you can enjoy them while waiting.

Agent was adamant about me being on time. I assured him that I would make it to my scheduled 2pm appointment. I arrived 1:50pm. Checked in by 2:15. There was several trucks in front of me waiting to be loaded or unloaded with only one door available. I didn't get loaded and out until 10pm. 8 hours! The receiver was in Ohio so This 8 hour load time rushed my entire trip. Some of these warehouses don't realize how extreme wait time kills our rest time and has us stressed to make delivery time. I would think twice about going to this location again.

First time here. Read reviews, but didn't experience anything negative, except for the mud at the dock, which fortunately was mostly dried up. I had an appt to pick up the following day, but they let my agent know the load would be ready the day before, if I could get it. The new appt was set for 3pm, but I called, and they actually got me in as soon as I could get there. Loading time was normal, about and hour and a half. I found the shipping staff friendly. I didn't care for the high window, no wind block, and it was a really windy, cold day.

Better avoid this place to pickup. Came at 9am now 3pm. Still not finished loading. In winter you should use chains. You can't change tandem because of Ice.

Place seemed to have a social butter fly for the shipping office. They just wanted to chat with everyone and ignored drivers. And when given a door they were vague and refused to answer the phone when called to confirm the correct door.Gave 2 stars because they have portopoties, otherwise it would be 1 star.
