I looked online at your return policy before heading to the store as the product I was returning I couldn’t use directed by my person.I’ve had the product since 1-6-23 so not even 30 days, and I even said I can show the text message as proof if its needed, along with the receipt and that’s when employee literally chewed me out and gave me an attitude.Telling me I need to not be so dumb and learn how to read better, then said I need to read the policy that’s located on the door.Then proceed to huff and say stuff under her breath, and when I walked away she called me something which I won’t repeat on here.I’m shocked that you would have an employee act and behave like this, and I will say this isn’t the first time she was rude to me, but it’s the last time as I’m fed up and she went overboard.I will never shop at this company again since this behavior is acceptable and has been for over a year.Couldn’t get her name due to her name tag being covered and of course she wouldn’t tell me it either.

Needed to run down to Family Dollar which is right down the street, to get BD card and money gift card. Also needed tape to finish wrapping Xmas gifts and picked up some lightbulbs and batteries. Very convenient. Everyone is so nice. Thank you.

It's a dollar store had a crack head follow me around he was a nice one atleast but still it's a dollar store, it's everything you expect it to be, I've never seen one that really was that great.

Gob smacked employees work alone for hours. Scheduling puts employees at risk, skirting wage and labor laws. Why any regional mgr would allow one employer to work an entire shift shows no real care of what's going on inside this store day to day operation.Some great ppl work there, some ppl I'd avoid like at all cost. Others are very wonderful.Old duckwalls store was 7 timti well stocked and ran. Basically a last ditch means to buy anything inside Akron.A cleaner store inside and out would show better. Year 2023 store should be ran into ground.

I’ve bought food from family dollar and milk that has been moldy they don’t clean there fridges out when people can see the mold on the shelves! I’m pregnant and ate some cheese I just got from there and it wasn’t any good!!!!
