Where do I start?! I remember being helped by Rose and her showing me which nails she liked and also a girl that shared a love for Disney and had a Raja tattoo.great staff always attentive. Clean and friendly people. Also want to add a shout-out to Brenda she always helps me and I love running into her and saving time and money cause everything I need is in one place!

Decent selection of organic options and reasonable selection for household items. The pharmacy tends to be relatively quick. Only bummer is as of a couple of weeks ago they shut down half of the check out stations. I’ve always relied on the self-checkout for a speedy exit and now that’s been completely screwed. I read that Walmart is starting to close self-checkout and this store is following that trend.

This location is probably one of the last Walmarts who actually care about customer service. They are always super friendly and quick to help with anything you need. I was shocked to discover that they use cashiers to check you out and immediately open a new lane to assist waiting guests; there is still an option to check yourself out as well. I have used their customer service center quite and bit, and I can not stress enough how nice the associates running that department are. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service, considering so many other locations are extremely lacking.Thank you for making your customers feel seen and cared about!

The Walmart Supercenter in Yucca Valley, California was excellent, the outside of the building was completely different than any other Walmart nice bricks. Inside no self checkout all human being's it was spectacular, wish all of them looked like this, great having people working...oh and the people were the most friendly ever in a Walmart.

This Walmart Supercenter truly has it all. Get your fishing licence here while you get your car tires rotated and oh you need to get some fabric cut while you're at it? Done. After that, go get your paint mixed then head to electronics to pick up a new laptop and get some photos printed. On your way out you can grab some snacks and a get a cool new t shirt. Truly has it all. Minus one star because it's Walmart.

Diana was not happy on Friday, April 5th 2024. It is amazing how she could act with such rudness, impatience and disregard for the customer's. She let EVERYONE know she was all by herself and all are stuff would be back for a long while. There is only 1 technician back there and it is lunch time. I asked for her name and left in tears and was humiliated by her attitude. It was so apparent how I was bothering her with my lack of correct info. Her tone of voice was awful and insincere which is whatsoever why I left. Never had anyone there treat me like that before. Thank you.

First time shopping here. Went on a Saturday late afternoon at 5pm. I usually get bad anxiety shopping in crowded places and aisles but I had no choice. Went to get vapor vaporizers for my sick kiddo & ended up with that and so much more all for affordable pricing. Surprisingly enough the aisles were clean and organized. I’m from New York & I think not shopping at a Walmart in a big city helped me enjoy this shopping experience. I recommend and I’ll return.

It’s a pretty garbage policy to have the returns counter close a full hour before the store closes (even if the special hours policy were posted on the Walmart main website Yucca store page, which it is not). This is the high desert. People (like me) live 20+ minutes away from the store, not 2 minutes. It’s unpleasant enough to shop in the Yucca store already with the theft-prevention beauty section and it’s very-time-consuming prison checkout system. Would you please try to balance the customer service experience better in the mix here, while balancing your staffing and theft prevention issues? I get all of it (staffing issues and theft issues), but man does it stink to have a manager bark across the store “the returns desk is closed!” when it’s 10:05pm and the store closes at 11:00. And it stinks to wait in line to separately pay for razors or face moisturizer in the middle of the store before lugging your cart up to the front to wait in another line and pay for everything else.

Best Walmart!!! First it's clean and organized, and employees help you without bad attitudes, now for the bare bones we needed tires so we called several different Walmarts in our area several times a day for several days no one ever answered the phones we even resorted to calling different departments to see if we could get help that way but to no avail no one answered the phone, finally we called Yucca Valley Walmart Automotive dept and Tracy the manager answered the phone unbelievable right, not only once but twice when we called again to confirm the tires were in stock, we drove the extra miles to Yucca Valley it was so worth it Michael one of the service technicians helped us right away with a Great attitude and we noticed as customers were leaving they thanked Michael for his help, we were impressed, needless to say we left with a job well done, the wait time was reasonable, good tires, and change left over in our pockets, this store and employees need to be rewarded Tracy and Michael for sure they represented the company well.

Good evening everyone, Now I really don't like to complain... However this is not something to look over especially when it could affect the safety of their customers. I went to the automotive department for a flat tire. A simple job one would think.. Unfortunately this was not the case. I understand they were busy and a little backed up, I didn't mind the wait the first time. 2hrs has gone by and they'll tell me my car is ready. I get in and start driving when my car starts dinging and a light comes on that wasn't on before. My car tells me, my tire pressure is at 20psi and the other back tire was at 0 psi. I'm thinking the didn't air the tire up all the way. So I pull up to the garage and fill both tires up with air. I go to put the air hose back and put the air valve caps on when I hear air coming out of the back driver side tire. I told them I think it's still leaking air. They take it back and take another look. After another long wait they come back out and tell me the tire is good. This is when she tells me that there is nothing wrong with the "Back Right Passenger Tire." I said no I brought and said it was the "Left Back Passenger Tire". She tells me it's not what the work order was for. !!!! OH MY MFS... Are you kidding me right now. You were working on the working tire. They say they took a little price of metal or of the right side. Just to charge me. And not even really doing anything. So I wait some more .. after awhile they send another person out to talk to me. To tell me they didn't see any bubbles in the water when they checked. I drove off at this point and go get dinner for my family and I and then start hearing home. When I notice my car pulling one way. So I pull over and see what's up . My tire was flat for the 3rd time I pull in to a gas station to fill with air. Still went flat. I pull into O'Reilly's, I explained my situation they told me what they thought it might be so I had to buy a tool to tighten the little pin inside the valve stem they where all very loose. Not at all happy with the service I received today's. I don't trust their work not any more. Thank you

Very well kept, and I've never had any issues finding what I'm looking for. I have no negative experiences from this Walmart, they're order pickup area is great I've used it several times and my fruit has always been fresh and as close to perfect as I've ever had. Actually I'm really very impressed with this store, Walmart staff are friendly and always smiling which makes you feel welcome, very helpful and busy, my personal observation is that everyone out on the floor in public view is always working, always moving restocking or helping customers, I can't recall ever seeing any employee just wondering around or not doing a job. I live very close to this Walmart and am there regularly, sometimes nearly everyday helping my mom with heavy items or whatever she needs me to do or get for her. She really loves going to Walmart lol. I could literally cover all areas & departments of this store and rate everything, it's actually what I used to do throughout San Bernardino county, however it's much easier but rare for me to give everything a solid 4 stars. this walmarts consistency from what I've seen maintained all through the year. The very model of how Walmart stores everywhere should operate. I'm not easily impressed but it is what it is.Outstanding Job to everyone at this location, perfect teamwork, courteous employees, welcoming environment, well stocked and maintained, clean, no shortage of baskets, parking is good for both handicap and non handicap. Friendly and helpful staff..

Both customers and employees are treated poorly! Went in to pick up my prescription and was miss treated right off the bat! The lady flirted with the older gentlemen ahead of me then when I step up, complete rude and very hard to hear like she was talking low deliberately!

One star review for the auto department in the Yucca Valley Wal Mart. I drive a 2017 Volkswagen and was told Id need to BRING MY OWN oil plug to have my oil changed by them. Never have I ever needed to do this and it felt like an extremely lazy response from the man working the morning of March 7th. Which is on par for Wal Mart in general, especially this location. The only information this guy had was my make and model and that I wanted an oil change. First try using them for auto and I won’t ever be doing that again.

Fantastic selection of veggie burgers and eggs, wine and more.. Also have six count eggs which was helpful for our camping trip. the staff is extremely helpful. the restrooms weren't too clean but the store is amazing no complaints

I like going for pickup instead of going in. The staff is friendly and quick with the pickup orders. The only time I don't mind going into the store is early in the morning, even on weekends. Less crowded, but much better than the ones down in San Bernardino/ Rialto area.

Very helpful and didn't mind the mess I created when reaching for the top shelf and brought down a bunch of other bundles. Very polite and asked if I was injured. It was bags of monorail. Very light. Actually very funny. Great sense of humor."was I injured?"I laughed for minutes afterward. Very good experiences.

SO SICK AND TIRED OF THE RED HEAD LADY AND THE OTHER DOOR GREATERS ALWAYS TREATING ME LIKE IM A THIEF. I WORK HARD FOR EVERYTHING I BUY AND THEY CONSTANTLY HOUND ME FOR MY RECEIPT AND MAKE ME FEEL LIKE IM STEALING. THEY YELL AT YOU AS YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR IF YOU DONT STOP. ITS CALIFORNIA I DONT NEED TO STOP AND SHOW YOU MY RECEIPT WHEN I PURCHASED ALL MY ITEMS FROM THE CASHIER. GREAT ME OR BE SUCRITY. WHICH IS IT.

Busy but not overly crowded. Average Walmart. Not super clean but not that dirty. Stocked very well. The layout has changed since last time I was there so I had to keep looking around for what I needed but I found what I wanted.

I love Walmart but I've had some trouble here. Autocare. I dropped my truck off for an oil change and tire rotation. I spent a couple hrs getting a manicure and shopping and then returned to Autocare. I waited another half hour for the mechanic to come tell me he couldn't do the job, saying the bolts on the skid plate had been tightened too much and he couldn't loosen them and one tire had seized to the hub and he couldn't get it off. I was particularly annoyed because they DID manage to achieve an essentially metal-slinging fuel injection which they expected $15 for. If you can't do the REAL job, don't do the little frivolous stuff. Took my truck to Discount Tire and they knocked it out in an hour. $90 synthetic. Same price as quoted by Walmart and no metal-slinging extras. Walmart also left the key in the ignition because they couldn't get it out. I took the truck to Autozone and they took the key out, refined the cut, and all is well. I also had to return to DAVI Nails at Walmart a second day as well. She happily filed the sharp corners off, but I did have to return.

They let to many dogs in the store that are NOT service animals....allow them to urinate & defecate near food products. Staff is oblivious & on their phones. Disgusting.

In my opinion, Wal Mart is not the "discount retailer" anymore. I compared prices at Wal mart to those at Dollar General Market and found Dollar General to have much lower prices. Not only that their staff was much more friendly and helpful. Not only the prices but out of stock that day of Rosarito Refried been w/ jalapeños.

One of the nicer Walmarts I've been to. Never had any issues here. Usually in stock with what you need. Better selection of camping and hiking supplies than other Wal-marts

Nice store with lots of items. This store even has water for refill for 36 cents per gallon. Other places are 50 cents per gallon!

Everybody had an attitude , you have name tags for a reason I like to address people by their name it helps to break the ice I addressed this young man by his name on his name tag he looked at me like I was crazy …. All I wanted to do was buy a brisket they were not worth buying too much fat way too much fat!

They have gone downhill again. Got a print catridge, the said I could pay for it now. I said I nHad more shopping. They said they would take it up front, just ask for it when I check out. So I did the lady got upset and said you have to go to self checkout,hmmmm. Said the line is pretty long and they td me to tell you and you would get it, since I can't bring it up. She said no, go to self checkout, u think she wS just being lazy. So si k of the laziness of people these days. But the have us by the b....s. Not happy!!!
