I bought a bird feeder from here, back in January. It wasn't built well, and when I finally filled it up and hung up, the cable snapped, and it fell and broke into pieces. I was not happy. I brought the pieces back, and Darrell, the manager, happily replaced it with a similar, but better quality item. It was nice to see that level of care about the customer. I'm happy, and so are the birds.

I have a nervous senior pup, and the staff at this Tractor Supply Co were so calm and kind with her. I was so grateful with how they acted with her, given how jumpy she was. She had a grand time exploring the dog aisles and happily trotted out when we finished our shopping. Good trip out for her.

The Tractor Supply Company in Yucca valley has everything from UTV's to work apparel to animal feed. The staff are very friendly, helpful and even if something is out of stock, they will give you a rain check and will call you when the item is available. I've been to this location several times now and the place is always nicely stocked and the people are always great.

Have nice stock. Lots of random stuff like work boots, tool boxes, trailer parts, farm supplies. Went in looking for some underbody tool boxes. They had better stock than anyone in town

For shipping and receiving. Receiving hours posted on there door starts at 8am, you go inside they say they don’t receive until 9am.

Products and stock are good, but the reason I give 5 stars was due to the service I received from Darrell. This guy went above and beyond to answer all my questions and spent a lot of time with me looking at dog kennels. He was great and I will continue to return and recommend as long as I see him there!

I only come into town once a week. My visit Friday in Yucca Valley was VERY pleasant, the employee "KRIS", was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind & made all the difference! Even while busy helping others, she was patient & instead of "Rushing" to acquire my shopping list, I was comfortable ACTUALLY shopping all available products I never knew their Store had available. Whoever her Manager is..."KRIS".is an awesome employee. I don't give compliments, but this is worth the time.

I needed a fireplace set for Christmas 2016, and they had sold out. They suggested I go online to their website and order it there. I did, and it arrived just after Christmas, great service.

Like the store, very clean and well stocked and good prices. But there customer service not as good as could be. Like today went in there quick to get a part to finish my sprinkler system and didn't want to deal with home depot. It was not on the shelf. So went to the customer service desk in the back of store. The guy that was there was kinda laying on the counter helping a guest so me and my son got in line. The guy looked at us and said. Did you guys need something and I said when your done I want to know if you had any more of what is was looking for. To which he said. If we had it it would be there. So said okay and went to home depot where I guess I should of just gone. At least they try and help and don't act annoyed

I stopped in last night to pick up a couple of things. Great customer service. I bought 2 items that were on the heavy side and an employee noticed me lifting the 1st bag and asked if I needed help-very politely😊i told him that i was fine and proceeded to the register were i was met with another very polite employee . overall, a great experience. Thank you for such a polite staff!!

The employees (or at least one female employee) openly discuss transphobic and hateful things in front of customers. Not a store I plan to patronize after hearing such mean and hateful things. Very disappointing and sad.UpdateThe owner called me personally and apologized and I have not seen that employee since.

Everything is easy to locate, aisles, including the center aisle, are narrow though.They have good coupons and sales, regular prices are decent enough too. The selection isn't huge, but this isn't a bix box store. It still has the feel of a small town store and, personally, I appreciate that.

Well I purchased some items online and had it shipped to the store back in November. I ended up not picking them up and we are now in June. The items were supposed to be returned and the charge reversed after 40 days. Well it never happened. I contacted corporate who finally fixed the problem because they said someone started the return but never finished. I wonder how often that happens. Oh and they are pretty expensive.

I’m writing the review for my aunt that doesn’t use the computer. I’ve been coming to Tractor Supply for years to buy my live stalk feed. The customer service has always been excellent until now. The young blonde skinny girl is very disrespectful and rude. I see her many times just chatting with the male crew. The last visit made me disgusted same girl came out of the public restroom with another male employee. What has this place become? Just not good behavior for employees in a work environment. The manager needs to correct this and I will be reporting this to the corporate office. Yucca Valley Store

Groovy kind of place with everything from quality boots and clothing to baby chicks! The baby chicks have to be bought in quantaties of 10 and the boots/clothing is a bit pricey, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I'm glad they live in my neighborhood ❤

This was the first time I have been to Tractor Supply. I thought it was an awesome store. Lots of quality merchandise. Everything from animal care products to clothing to tools this place has variety! High quality work boots to. Great prices and lots of sale items also.

A huge selection of animal feed and products. Very nice store, very clean and well layed out. Easy to navigate a store i had never been in before. I was able to find what i needed, and be out of the store in under 10 minutes, even though i was distracted by their other offerings. Will return here again. Helpful and efficient staff.

Had an incident last Saturday where a man in the parking lot was verbal to me while I sat in my vehicle. I told him to go away, and he was kind of nutty and in turn he pulled out a tazer and started "cracking" it towards my window of my vehicle.I then backed up out of my parking space and pulled up the front of the building so I could be my wife out of the store. The guy with the tazer started to walk towards me ranting about something and "cracking" his tazer.I went inside the store and explained to the heavy set blonde young cashier that I needed to use the store phone to call 911. At this time she said "NO". I then reached for the phone, and she grabbed it up before I could reach it. I was scared of the guy in the parking lot who entered the store with his tazer out. I asked if a customer in line would call 911 for me and about this time another employee handed me the company phone that he had called 911.I explained the situation to 911 and waited for law enforcement to arrive while I waited in the back of the store to avoid him.When law enforcement arrived, they immediately questioned his guy and took his tazer away from him.As I was waiting to be interviewed by law enforcement, the large chubby blond young cashier flagged the lady officer over to her and told her that I assaulted her.I don't remember, but I guess my hand brushed against her hand when I reached for the company phone that she said I could not use.Tractor supply, If someone fears for their life and needs to call 911, don't deny them the use of the store phone.If this was your daughter, wife or father that needed to use the phone to call for an emergency and things did go badly, Tractor Supply would be at fault and a customer would have been injured.Teach your young cashiers about life and help when possible.Was a longtime customer and will not go back due to their attitude towards a customer in need.I would like to discuss this matter with a corporate manager, and they are welcome to call and discuss.The pic below is the guy with the tazer on the front of the sheriff vehicle.

All the employees are VERY HELPFUL, knowledgeable about products and down home friendly as can be! Great prices too on everything from camping, working supplies to dog and cat food! Very competitive bargains throughout the store.

People count on a business of this magnitude to not mess around. If you say your open till 9pm and Google confirms holiday hours. So you chose to have someone at the door saying your closed at 6pm. Not good business.

Loved working here and loved my customers!..... and to Mr. Ed Greenshields down in the comments, you are a liar. I couldn't leave the front of the store to grab you tape because i was alone on the floor. I called for someone to help you over the intercom..... As for your spinal injury, your chunky self had no problem walking to the back of the store for the bags of chips on clearance.
