First time visiting. I don’t do in person shopping at stores with lots of merchandise because of my anxiety. This is by far the most organized Ross that I’ve ever visited in California. Not only that; they have a lot of the things that I need when I need them and more. Their customer service is good and can we talk about how neat this store is again. One thing I did notice was a couple of the home goods had scratches or torn marks on them. I picked up a chair that had an obvious tear and a kitchen mat that I really wanted but had a long tear. Fortunately I noticed the tear on the latter but the chair I noticed at the register. I really liked even with the tear & they gave me 10% so I paid for it. Other than that I really enjoyed shopping here.

Manager sat behind the checker. Watching our transaction, while she had a line. No sense of urgency. Then asked the clerk for a copy of our receipt. Not a very welcoming environment. 1/5 star experience

To be honest I generally hate to go clothes shopping but women need for address or cute outfit for special occasions Ross is the place to go! Needed a couple of nice summer dresses for a wedding and festivities and found everything I was looking for including the shoes

As always my wife and I went in fo a few things and found over 200.00 worth of goodies. The store is always clean and well stocked and always new things to oogle over. She likes it a little better than me but I don't mind being the cart driver for her. ( Can ya tell been married a while?) We even got stuff for the fur babies so everyone wins at Ross.

I like Ross better than Marshall's for clothes (plus suze) but NOT customer service. Usually there's a line to pay, but today, the sole cashier had a long line and issues with a customers card processing. The Hispanic female coworker stood 15 feet away the whole time, and became irritated when she had to clear something on the sole cashiers register. Afterwards she walked away leaving the line of 5+ people waiting. I saw another employee come near the front and I thought she would open a register but NOooo she turned and disappeared.Customers don't seem to mean much to this crew! I felt bad for the older lady working the sole register. There was a 4th employee who came to the front, just to disappear.WOW, Marshall's will be where I shop from now on!!!

Sometimes you find cool stuff here and sometimes there isn’t much. Turnover of items and restock could be a bit better. They do have a decent selection of art supplies such as sketchbooks and even canvases at times.The girls are always friendly and greets you at the entrance and checkout never takes too long. Store is always clean too.

This Ross is nice and clean. You'd have to take your time shopping because like things aren't always together. Good pricing and pleasant staff at this particular Ross.

I always love coming here because the staff is super friendly, however they generally don't have what I'm looking for and overall the store seems to be lacking in the amount of merchandise. Of course, I'm sure it's not the fault of local management. It's usually really quiet at least the times that I go, so checkout is fast. The store could use a deep cleaning, however.

This place is rude. Never am I greeted. I stood at the doorway for a bit and did not get greeted! Once they were following me and just watching every move I made. I paid $60sum for the clothes I purchased. So, I never get greeted but I get watched. As if I'm going to steal. I never have stolen anything from anywhere!! So...thanks Ross for the insult!!

Employees are great! Love everything about this store. Only thing was a few times security guard made me feel uncomfortable by following me around when I was doing nothing wrong. Aside from that I love it! Best prices too. You do have to look around a LOT though.

This particular location has nice stock and when I went to purchase a small purse for travel on a flight, I was not disappointed. I got a small, designer, black bag, which was normally $158 for only $27. Great deal. There is a nice selection of shoes, purses and clothing here, as well as household items. I got a nice combination food and water pet dish for a great price of 7 bucks. I like the pet aisle, as so many products normally overpriced at other pet stores, are sold here about 50 to 75% cheaper. They have a fair amlunt of towels abd other items for your home at great deals as well. Some locations of Ross do not have as many choices, but this one does. Great parking and easy access of 62. You can also get through the line very quickly for Ross.

This clothing store is nice. You can get affordable clothes if you can find your size. The deals are good. Every once in a while you might find a steal of a deal, other otherwise most of the stuff is reasonable. If you want name brands or some somewhat fashionable clothing you will fair well at this establishment.

I purchased a purse 16 days ago and one of the snap straps broke. I had my receipt and the purse looked new because I only use it a couple of times so they had no problem refunding me my $50.

I was recently remind why Ross is my top go to store. Special mention to Kate, in check out. I must have thrown out 60+ questions and she patiently (not to mention kindly) answered and explained everything I needed to know. I will definitely continue to shop here. Love it!

Love this store. Always try to go on Tues for the senior discount, but shop when I can. They have a lot of great things ... clothes, shoes, mens clothing, suitcases, etc.
