The worst service. I always have to wait about three hours for my prescription to be ready. My prescription was send at 6:pm. At 9:30 I drive to the store to ask why it took so long and it turns out that the pharmacy area closes at 9:pm. I needed my prescription for the same day. I will definitely change to another pharmacy.

Disappointed at there lack of communication with doctors and insurance it took me a week to figure out why I couldn't pick up my inhaler which I was out of. They kept billing the old insurance this has happened to me, multiple times now doctor blaming them they blam doctor no one called me back lack of care and stupid mistakes on both sides .

We dropped in to get our RSV vaccinations. Thomas gave us the jabs, and he was very helpful, informative and professional. I’ll ask for him next time - he was great! 😄

They don't seem to offer the same customer service that I went here for originally at the pharmacy specifically. No more ETAs or personalized service.

Every time I shop at the Rite Aid store in Yucca Valley, I am greeted upon entering and helped with any questions or needs I have. This store has exceptional customer service which is so difficult to find these days. The store is well stocked and I always find what I need. I have also dealt with the pharmacy and received excellent customer care there as well. This store is obviously well managed and it is always a pleasure to to shop there. I would like to say well done to the Manager and Employees at this location!

Horrible service with out a care... I asked several times about a prescription my doctor sent and was told no, there is nothing. Then finally received the medication a month later with last months date on it..!

Customer service is top notch!You can tell the management has put time into training the employees correctly. Every time I walk through the doors, I'm greeted with a friendly hello. The store is clean and well stocked. Pharmacy is efficient and knowledgeable. I drive 30 minutes one way to shop there, that's saying something!

Rudest customer service at the drive thru pharmacy, the lady named paula or however u spell it tells me no to my medication that was supposed to be ready by the morning. Even gave them more time due to high demand so stopped by at 11:01am just to be told it won’t be ready for hrs.

Rite Aid is clean and friendly. I enjoy shopping and leaving with an ice cream cone. Discount/rewards cards are easily obtainable and accumulate points fast.

I have been coming to YV Rite Aid for over four years and I absolutely love everyone in the Pharmacy, they go out of their way to accommodate everyone. They will have your prescription ready within an hour, no one else does that. Always best to call it in and it is ready when you arrive. I read two bad reviews on here, and found it very difficult to believe. Everyone in that store goes out of their way to help you and I so appreciate it. I have seen the manager wear several different hats from all departments helping everyone. One day, he made me laugh, because I watched him for about 15 minutes, helping at the cash register, running back to help someone with beer, two seconds later, I saw him don a hat and start serving ice cream. I thinks some people just expect too much from other people, take a deep breath and relax and just enjoy the Rite Aid experience, it is worth it. Susan O'Neil

If you like to stand in line for icecream and never be greeted or helped...and never get icecream...this is the place to go! The entire line of people left with several employees there. Hmm. Sonic to the rescue. 🤷🏼‍♀️

They don't have it ready when they say. You can't call in and check on it because they don't answer the phone 90% of the time. If they do they say it will be ready in 3 hours but don't put it in untill you drive through. Takes days of games to get a refill. They dont check responses from doctors when there is an issue and just keep putting you off. This is an important med for me and last night I almost had to go to the emergency room. Told the lady at the window that and still next day no text saying it's ready and they do not answer. They are eventually going to kill someone with this level of negligence

Hi. I used the drive through at this location. It was pretty slow movin..But when I got to the window I figured out as to why it was soo...slow.After 4 hours my prescription wasn't ready.I get it though all businesses are pretty backed up..lack of help 🤔.The girl was nice enough to round up my things pretty quickly though.I appreciate that as I could not afford the fuel to make another round trip to town. 15 miles..Thanks for helping me with my order. 🏆🙂

My most recent visit to shop at rite aid focused primarily in the pharmacy department..the service was very inclusive fof my need and knowledge of the prescription s ordered by the Dr..Availability of pharmacist to assist with question clarifications was encouraged recommended . I am very confident having professionals of there caliber being on my health care team

If I could give this store zero stares I world. I asked the pharmacy if they can give me the booster shot. The lady that answerd the phone was more than just rude. She said if you don't have an appointment then walk-in were from 2 to 3pm or till 4pm. I told her that if I didn't get my shot at this moment I would get suspended. She didn't care. She just kept repeating if you don't have an appointment then walk-in were from 2 to 3pm or till 4pm. that's all she keep saying with a very rude voice. I will for sure recommend people to go to Vons they were really nice, and they gave me the shot. The girl that gave me the shot told me that she would give me the shot even though the walk-in didn't start till 9am. She didn't want me to get suspended, while RITE AID DIDN'T CARE. Zero starts for rite aid

Worst Pharmacy I have ever been into. Staff was swearing, making fun of other customers. They always seem over staffed and the only management around seems to just want to pass you off to someone else or get you out of their way. I had an issue over 8 months ago where they over charged me, they said i could come in and get cash if i wanted a refund. which i didnt with covid, and asked if they could at least send me a gift card ? finally they said sure, and it came in the mail today. 8 months later. walgreens up the street is kinder to their guests and staffs correctly.

The store overall was super clean! The employees were smiling and working hard and there able to answer any questions. The pharmacy is always busy and they seem to get the lines down in a hurry if backed up. I had recieved scripts and they are always done in a timely manner and I also get a text when ready which makes it great bc I don’t have to call! Thanks a ton Rite Aid Yucca you Rock!

Very nice staff. I've been in there right after I got my tooth pulled and the ladies in the pharmacy got me in and out in just 15 minutes. I also get my flu shot here every year, it's fast and pain free.

Yucca Valley Rite Aid is a cool place to find a little bit of everything. I always check out their seasonal items since they're on sale WHEN YOU NEED THEM, not the day (or week) after, which almost always proves to be a good deal, no pun intended. The day we were there we'd gone in specifically for ice cream, but the counter was closed... not their fault, the virus' fault. We got a container of ice cream from the back and took it home, but it's just not the same, y' know? YOU know!

Have had great experiences when I walk into the store. Staff say goodmorning or hi when I walk in. I get asked if I am in need of help often. And have noticed it's a clean and organized store. The staff and management have done a amazing job. Always look forward walking In.

Pharmacy here is awful. Multiple times now I have tried to pick up prescriptions hours after they were supposed to be ready or after receiving confirmation that they were ready, only to be turned away again and again. Don’t waste your time with this place.

The Cashier 'Donna' is extremely friendly helpful and always greeting me when I come in. She pointed out to me that the store had the Flu Shot which helped me out a lot. Donna is GREAT!

On Google it says the pharmacy is open until 10pm. They apparently close at 9 and 6 on the weekends. Waiting for antibiotics and they failed to send me a text and they close earlier than what is says on Google. Everyone at the rite aid pharmacy clearly hates their job. They are all rude, they are always 4 hours out. Even in an emergency they will not let you wait to get your script.
