Bought some vanilla frappe Starbucks and they were sour and then wouldn’t exchange or refund them. Now the lady at the register was very sweet and nice. That is why I gave a two star. They still don’t have bathrooms.

Would put less than 1 star. Got sour Starbucks coffee and they refused to give a refund or exchange. And the workers there said they couldn't do anything which is stupid.

Give it one star for now. CHeck your prices at register. 2 items in my ordered rang up the wrong price. After 15 minutes of conversations with asst. manager and store manager they gave in and corrected the prices.

Soured Starbucks coffee, wen told about this manager got very disrespectful. Did not let me get money back or exchange while telling me "I can't help you with your problems."

Should have a public restroom for customers. 4 year olds don't hold it for long... had to leave carts behind. I'll shop where they have restrooms available.
