This store just opened. It looks like it will be a nice little change to the community. The prices seem fair, and there is a different selection of foods from that of your regular hometown markets. There are a lot of off brands that I've never heard of, and a lot of the meats are branded by their company name. It is a nice looking store on day one, and I hope they are able to keep it that way. The same goes for the staff. Hopefully they are as friendly in a month as they are today.

Clean, organized, and great selection. Top quality and reasonably priced. I enjoy coming here to shop for the food. I would go more often, but the employees are still rude since they open. So, uncomfortable. The four stars are not for the employees!

Always the best prices and the best food. My favorite grocery store for everything. The outdoor furniture and any decorations are good quality and last.

Always enjoy coming to this store, although I try to avoid it since every time I go, I end up getting more than I needed. Their selection of cheese is my favorite. Where else can you get shredded Gouda?Their pizza dough is also a big hit. This store is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. Don't forget to check their weekly changing ads for their famously dubbed "Aisle of Shame". I have gotten quite a few items there. I would very much recommend any Aldi and this one in particular is a favorite of mine.

We were surprised to see an Aldi in the Joshua national park. We just grabbed some of the requirements for the trip ahead and also some of their special stuff on offer such as pans, throws etc. we had a good experience with the staff and the shelves were well organized. It’s like any other Aldi store.

I chose an ORCHID plant on the shelf it said 7.99 assorted varieties. There was only the one price tag for the whole area. It rang up 13.99 at register..I alerted the clerk of this price difference and he walked over there with me to see...all he said was the 7.99 was for those.( Two plants had purple colors..all rest were the white as mine). I said that's false advertising..he replied . .no. That's NO advertising. As I got back to register I looked back at KEVIN..HE WAS MIMICKING ME COMPLAINING ...to the other cashier. I did state it should have it's own price tag then. I paid 13.99 for my 7.99 shelf tagged plant.

Not anyone behind me in line, I had a cash, and debit purchase. KIYARA was RUDE because I was not going fast enough. 2 recent hip surgeries and this is the KIYARA treats disabled senior citizens. The store heard me yelling because she called me GROSS, when I asked her why she was rude and disrespectful to me? All she kept saying, do you have a question? I said why are calling me names, she said your GROSS! By then i asked to talk to someone in charge, her smiling with a stink face as escorted out of the store.KIYARA turned her next customer on me, laughing and calling me GROSS! I called her lazy and disrespectful after she started calling me GROSS! KIYARA told me 3 times to bring the cart back and told her I would, talking to me like I’m deaf? The store was empty with just a few customers, never have I ever been treated more insulting or disrespectful. What is wrong with people? I don’t think KIYARA is a retail kind of gal to work out in public.

I always like going to ALDI. It doesn't get overcrowded like some markets. Their produce and other groceries are reasonably priced with a great selection and their employees ask if you need help. Cashiers are always friendly. Ample parking also.

Sad city and Ms. Janet Nasty. The produce is moldy and fly ridden. What really adds to the depression factor here is it's cavernous without any music. To boot, it's not even that much cheaper than other grocery stores.It's strange because Aldi's is a German chain and the grocery stores in Germany are much better. I guess they just gave up when it came to America.

The cheapest prices for quality groceries!Americans are so used to eating pre-processed, hyper-palatable, fast food, and junk food. We spend the most on healthcare, yet we have some of the shortest, sickest lifespans in the developed world.Aldi has quality, basic foods, the kinds used for preparing meals at home. No wonder Europeans are healthier and happier.

I got double charged at this store and they did nothing to rectify the situation. Doesn’t help that the cashier, Tony, had a nasty attitude towards customers since he was the only cashier working at the time. I had nothing but respect for him and he was extremely rude. Bad example for other ALDI locations

Excellent prices. They don't have a giant produce section, but their selection is good, and the quality is great.They also carry a generic Italian carbonated water version of San Pellegrino at a much better price point than San Pellegrino.Not a place to shop vegan.

What a nice looking, fresh, new, clean store! A much nicer experience than the local Vons and Stater Bros. The staff were so friendly and I'm seeing some brands and products that aren't available elsewhere with good pricing. And 59 cents avocados! I'll be back just for those.Some of these reviews are being way too harsh about the cart situation. Yes, you need a quarter but store associates said customers can just go ask them for a quarter and they will gladly provide them to unlock carts. I get it, it's one extra step, but I would gladly do it to get super new clean carts that haven't been off roading and dumped on. Perhaps they can change to the kind where they will lock after you pass a perimeter line? Providing baskets would also be a great option.

What a little gem! I love going in there because it reminds me of the Aldi I shopped at with my son and daughter in law in Spain. Great prices, nice wise isles, good quality, friendly staff....what more can we ask for?

Aldi is bare basics, so you shop there for good prices. Don't expect any extra service or amenities. Don't be surprised when they use your pizza and pineapple as a food stop to bunch up the person behind you food, in order to fit more on the counter. Or when the person in front of you has difficulties paying and the clerk finally calls another checker only to let everyone behind you go to that register (even when you were in an very patient mood and didn't say a thing or even do a eyeroll). It's just that kinda store. Expect to save money and that is all.

Having grown up with an Aldi back in the Midwest, it’s nice to see another one built out here in the deserts. I come up the hill to shop at this one because it’s much better stocked than the one in Palm Springs. And yes, they have always had the quarter coin cart unlock mechanism, I’m not sure why everyone is getting so tripped up by that. It’s a store that started in Germany and they do things differently to maximize efficiencies. It encourages you to return your cart instead of leaving it in the parking lot.

I've always heard good things about Aldi, and now that they're here in Yucca Valley, I can see why! The prices range from average to mind-boggling. $1/lb of ground beef? In 2022?? Insane! But you can find deals just about anywhere, but the staff make this place special. Every time I have interacted with employees of this store, it has been a very pleasant experience. I have to give a special shout out to Tina. Tina was my cashier today, and not only was she delightful, but she actually made our day better. My partner and I had a hectic and stressful day, and her positive energy turned it right around. Since the store was only accepting cash at the time, we had a very strict budget, and the $5 coupon she gave us kept us just under our limit. Thank you so much, Tina for being a shining star on a dark and stormy day!

Putting a lock on your grocery carts for a 25 cent deposit coupled with not offering a grocery basket shows a detachment of service worthy of mentioning. The products and prices are reasonable and the two people working the store were nice.
