I have personally relied on their expertise to repair my Kirby vacuum multiple times, and I can confidently vouch for their trustworthiness, honesty, and commitment to fair pricing. Sheri, the owner, is an absolute gem - not only is she honest, but she is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you happen to be in the Beaumont, Banning, or Redlands area and require repairs for any small appliance, I highly recommend Yucaipa Vacuums and Sewing. They are a shining example of a family-owned business that goes above and beyond for their customers.

I have had my sewing machine in this shop 3 times now and have been very satisfied. FAST, FRIENDLY, & FIXED. Understandably, the wait was longer when parts were needed. I contacted a more renowned shop in Redlands and was told the wait for repair was much longer. I am happy to find a shop close by and prefer patronizing our local businesses.Also, I was also able find an accessory for my vacuum for a reasonable price from this shop.

I went here to repair my vacuums several times- excellent. I moved to east hemet, I tried several locations local and nothing like the service I got from here. I now make the trip every six months to have my vacuums serviced. I have a 6500 sf home with 3 vacuums so I just rotate them for service.

Took my sewing machine here for some a needed tune up. Customer service was great and my machine was left for some care. Was told it could take up to 2 weeks. One week later, got the call it was ready.Picked up and eagerly went home. It runs like a dream. As good as new. Trust this shop with your babies, your machine will thank you!

Don't believe the one star reviews. Some people are impossible to please. After having gone to several other shops and been over charged and screwed around, this shop is a rose among thorns.Was sent to this shop by my dad who had recently had a great experience buying a vacuum. Awesome experience every time. Sherri and Richard are salt of the earth people. Had an industrial sewing machine serviced there for 1/7th the cost quoted at another shop, and a much friendlier environment. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and even hand fabricated a new plate for the machine for the cost of a replacement because stock is hard to come by on these old machines. They stock things no other shop had, and Richard is a walking encyclopedia of sewing machine parts and inner workings.Sherri is very friendly and knowledgeable herself, and talked me into a new vacuum after letting me do my own research and verifying everything she already told me. Very good prices on sales and service. They've even stayed open after closing time to accommodate me!Don't look any further for your sewing and vacuum needs. You can't do any better, and I've been to shops all over the IE. I'd imagine the people leaving negative reviews could complain about a cold drink on a sunny day.

This shop is terrific the prices are very reasonable right in line with any other repair shop they do a great job they do have a guarantee I've gone there about three times in the last year twice with my vacuum and once with the shampooer and they've always been very quick and analyzing and getting back to me as to the cost I highly recommend if you no answer vacuum cleaner sewing machine or shampooer repaired give them a try the staff is great very friendly and very professional. So give him a try.

I took my hoover vacuum in for some repairs Friday. I picked up just today and I couldnt be more impressed with the quality of the work they did. It looks and preforms better then I ever could imagine. I needed some motor brushes for my vintage 80s Filtex whole house vacuum and they had them on the shelf. They were only a little more expensive than online vendors but my vacuum is back up and running same day! The lady who helped me also kindly dressed the commutator on the motor to make sure things ran well and gave me tips on how to remove and replace the wire connectors. Everything is back together and running great!

After buying generic vacuum belts for so long I decided to buy manufacturer belts from this vacuum store. The sales person knew exactly what I needed and she was friendly and helpful. It's nice to know a great business like this is still around. I highly recommend.

Amazing friendly staff. Took my cross wave pet pro in for the brush not turning and they cleaned it up and made it good as new. And most definitely reasonably priced. Received my vacuum back ready the next morning.

This is the 4th vacuum cleaner I had serviced...no i don't have a vacuum fetish...lol. First 3 were for friends and they came back better than new, so I knew this was the place to take my Mom's beast. Over 10 years it had been neglected but Sherry and the Shop brought it back to life. Gave it a test run and the power was so intense, it made vacuuming a breeze. Love to support local businesses especially when they are among the best...and Yucaipa Vacuum and Sewing is in that class. Not only technically savvy but service always with a smile. Oh ya...in this throw-away society it is a rare find to come across a business that repairs and renews quality products at such reasonable prices. Shari was great .took sewing machine in to c if it could b fixed. It couldn't but she did not charge me .she took the time to look at it and it didn't cost me any thing .I had taken it to Gt Sew n vac they kept it 10 days charged me $30.00 and didn't fix it the guy told me he couldn't get the part but if I could get it he would fix it for me .???? I thought that was why I took it to him

Got my vacuum back after 2 weeks and it still doesn't work! It's under warranty, they said it's ready, ud thk they would test it B4 telling the customer it's ready and WORKING!

Vacuum wasn’t working so I took it in. Turned out to be a simple fix of a worn belt. Walked out with a working vacuum $8 later. Super helpful and friendly and will definitely return. Had parts right there in stock and took care of me in under ten minutes total.

They sold my 89 year old mother a sewing machine for $150 that did not work right they did not want to give her money back they finally gave her 85% of her money back and wanted to sell her another one . I think this was sooo wrong

Initial contact with girls at counter was good. They were cordial and helpful. The man who works on items was rude, unhelpful, and seemed very irritated that you asked him to fix something. The item to be repaired isunder warranty from Hoover. He insisted the intermittent stopping and stopping was not enough issue to fix and using sandpaper to clean contacts was normal maintenance. His answer was when it completely stops bring it back for repair. Why would you ever take it back to him. Notified Hoover of his attitude as a Hoover repair person. Wouldn't waste my time going there

Took my Dyson Vacuum in for service!!! Very pleased with the service!!! The vacuum looks brand new and I think it works better than brand new!!! So glad we have a service store in Yucaipa!!! I believe in supporting small businesses in my Town!!!

I took my vacuum in because it wasn't picking up. They cleaned it and returned it to me. It still didn't work. I decided to drive all the way to Upland to the shop I purchased it at and they discovered Yucaipa Vacuum put the roller back in BACKWARDS and it needed a belt they didn't diagnose. DON'T GO HERE.

Nice that I don't have to travel all over God's creation to find belts & bags for my 20 year old Kirby but I just wished it wasn't so expensive. I think when my Kirby finally kicks the bucket I will get a vacuum cleaner that is bagless😁

Well all seemed well till I called to pick up my machine some older guy just assumes he can talk over customers and not let them explain or ask a question, even worse the way he talked to me not only was rude and obnoxious, he is gonna do it to the WRONG person one day and even to top it off passed the phone to another associate without being apologetic and then his other owner/associate was like I don't care how he spoke to you it's besides the point....In closing customer service 101 you need to realize something we pay your bills, and we can bring or take away business, I know you think you are set since you are a warranty place but guess what it can change, and if you think you can just talk down to people and have a few buddy buddy reviews and say it don't matter who you lose as a customer well enjoy the review and take some courses and respect people.Summery
