Love this store but will NEVER buy their Christmas dinner again. Turkey was still frozen and even had to buy a pan for a ready cooked meal! The staff is normally really helpful and friendly but they were not on Christmas eve!!

The fish and fries were perfect ! This is the only fish and chips restaurant my husband and I love to go to. We love the food and customer service. They're really nice and friendly there.

I love this store. And the only reason I’m giving 2 stars today is the fact that the recycling shack next door is bad for business. Bad for the neighborhood!!! Just drove by and numerous tweakers on side parking lot and littered with plastic bottles. Very surprised they allowed that at their flagship store.!!!

I like this Stater Bros. Nice layout, and decor, friendly staff. Full deli and bakery. Sushi counter. Usually busy, except after 9pm on a weeknight apparently.

It's been almost 6 years since I started shopping at the Bryant Street Stater Brothers in Yucaipa. Although it is still my favorite store to shop the management really needs to do something about the cashier whose name is Debra. She has been rude to me every single time I have shopped at the store. Doesn't speak to me whether in greeting or in parting. Not even so much as a thank you for shopping and usually chats with the other employees standing around. Hands me the receipt and continues her conversation as if she had never seen me. She would probably be better suited to stocking shelves after hours than being the face of the company at the checkout. Because of that my five-star review has now dropped to four stars.

I am very thankful for my local store. Everyone that works there are so very kind and helpful. The store is always well stocked and clean. If you need help they are always happy to help you even when they are really busy. I just wanted to thank everyone who works there for all their hard work. Thank you all and Happy Holidays

Been shopping at Stater Brothers for as long as I can remember, like 65 years. I like their prices, meat, fruit, & vegetables department. Plus the deals they offer.

This store is beautiful!! I travel quite a bit being that I live in my motorhome. Shopping is a necessity with limited space. In all of my grocery shopping I have not run across such a well stocked and clean store. I do not know if this is a new store but looked new. Employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. Prices seemed reasonable too!

Today around 4:30 pm-5-15pm the two lovely ladies and tall gentlemen were a delight. I ordered some chicken and talked to Monissa (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) and I started to cry cause I’ve been dealing with some things and she helped me through my vent session. She’s a kind soul, as well as the other blonde lady and tall gentlemen working. All 3 deserve a raise for being so compassionate to me going through a hard time. I love this Staters, one of the best in town! Kind compassionate folks working behind the counter at the deli. Bless their souls.

Had a cake made for my daughters birthday. It lack the cream. Just picked up a half sheet cake today, this time it's made wrong. I told the clerk and she looked at the paper work and said your right. She apologized and still charged me full price. I will stick with costco for my cake needs.

Deli had no fried chicken 🍗. Didn't offer to make more. Asked for chicken wings and they said it was $9.99 a pound. I asked for one pound. He had 1.4 pound and asked if that was ok. I was fine with it. Then he hands me the wings and it's priced over $15. Then I see the wings were $10.99 a pound. He apologized and said they must of raised the price. I handed the wings back. Keep them, not pay that much for dried out wings. Management needs to step it up.

Almost all new employees. Manager from days went to night. Use to be a friendly atmosphere. Attitude of employees has changed. Use to interact with customers and always had a friendly attitude now it seems like they are there but really dont like it. Whatever management did they ruined the shopping experience. I only go there now because it's close to my house seems like kids are running the store. Don't ask for help you will get a funny looking face as they walk away from you. Also they use to have a sign by the meat department that said there butcher had 10 years experience thats a full out lie. Use to like going there employees knew my name and disability now like i said kids are running it

This 1 star has nothing to do with the corporate or employees. Store is wonderful! Employees meh, but not bad enough to write a negative review.What makes it difficult to shop here is growing number of rude customers (males in particular) in recent year, lacking respect towards their fellow shoppers & any brains. I never experience any rudeness at the Redlands or Highlands locations.Stater Brothers please raise your prices higher so they shop elsewhere

This is my regular grocery market and I would never think of going somewhere else. Truly feels like a hometown neighborhood grocery store. I left my wallet there somehow, but Carl and Robin went above and beyond to get it back to me. I was so stressed but felt so much better after they took care of my wallet and made sure it got back to me as quickly as possible.

Nice clean huge grocery store, seemingly well stocked shelves? However, like all Stater Brothers stores, they're minimally staffed, especially cashiers!! What normally would take a couple of minutes in other grocery chains, takes 20 to 30 minutes, just to buy a couple of items!! They do have a much better produce, & butcher departments, than other chains, with slightly lower prices over all. Weigh the two or three dollars you could save over all, with how much you value your time??

Store is clean and the staff is courteous and proffessional. Recommend highly.on my return trip October 30 2020. I was disappointed that about half a dozen shoppers were walking around with no face mask. The management made no effort to confront this very selfish act. By a few lost souls.

A little farther than the Central Yucaipa store & they always seem to have most items I shop for. The staff at both stores are fantastic!My cousin Took me to the Bryant store and it was just the fact that that store 95% of the items I shop for are always there. They also have a fresh sushi person making sushi!

This store never has product, their shelves are consistently empty. You have to wait 10+ minutes to even be acknowledged at the deli, and then they act like serving you is a huge inconvenience. The employees are so busy talking to each other, or on their cellphones while doing go-backs, that they can't help you. And the baggers can't figure out how to put cold items in cold bags, or how to keep flat items (like eggs, or baked goods) flat and instead stand them up on end in the bags. Their only saving grace is pricing and location.These aren't new issues, this is how the Bryant store has been consistently for at least 4 months. While I may be the only one posting about it and just a "drop in the bucket" to them, you can bet if I'm posting it then hundreds of others are thinking it.

I've been shopping at the Stater Bros on Bryant St for years. I am always met with a smile and greeting at check out. The store is clean and well stocked. Their produce is fresh and they have a large organic section. This particular store is the best Staters I've been too.

Great market, great staff. Do not care for redesign. Aisles too narrow, second door gone. Should have expanded Eastward, plenty of room to make store larger.
